    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @MrKRudd look at the purchase of copper cable by the nbn for replacement not upgrade. Upgrading copper to fibre opens bandwidth and competition for Murdocks Fox network.

    @PsychosisFuzz @KKeneally This crap copper you speak of is the corrosion on the copper at the terminal end of nodes that have had zero maintenance in the lead up to the NBN implementation.

    @NBN_Australia @gscsydney Hi, Could you please respond to my ISP. It's been 3-weeks and I still don't have internet. You won't respond to them. I can't contact anybody via phone. Online forms fall on deaf ears. Please, just send out a technician to fix my line.

    It so frustrating having to constantly deal with internet providers. I don't blame @Optus entirely but it seems when you have FTTN both your provider and @NBN_Australia just don't care if you have speed issues or want to fix it at all. I want to pay more money for higher

    @PaulFletcherMP just wants to let you know that I am in 2125 and nbn is unable to install since 18th December!There is no way I can connect with nbn and there is no help from any retailer.Surely there is something wrong if I cannot get nbn 20KM from Sydney CBD

    @NBN_Australia I'm not 'experiencing' issues with my speed at all - this is all I get. The only 'factor' which is impacting my connection is the crappy copper connection in my area. The NBN is a joke. As soon as I can get 5G in my area, it's bye-bye NBN.

    Really hope we can get the NBN data chips into Australia sooner than what they are thinking, because I don't want to deal with this bad of internet for another year
