    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Captor cleaned up beside her desk. The Wolfie gate came down. I got to play with the cords and nbn box captor was cranky when I did that and I played in the places that hold all the bottles of alcohol. Then the gate went back up

    @NBN_Australia waiting since 1030am for outage to be fixed. Told it was working. Still not working. Yes I've turned it and modem off and on several times.

    @lizduckchong Landlord told us we had to pay for the NBN upgrade that was already being done to our entire block (we were one of six apartments), because "NBN is a luxury". Of course that our ADSL was about to be turned off didn't matter; still a luxury! After enough '**** offs' he relented.

    @lhjh70 I had Sally the other day. She couldn’t tell me my NBN customer number but she could tell me my “line was down”. They need to work harder at this crap.

    NSW SEVERE WEATHER UPDATE: The severe weather and flooding is continuing to cause outages across the nbn™ network in Northern NSW. There are approximately 12,578 premises impacted by outages on the nbn™ network. The majority of the impact is around the Lismore area.
