    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    Love to sit around all afternoon for an @NBN_Australia technician who never arrives... Love when the appointment is 1-5 on a Friday so now I can't do anything about it until Monday. Love not having Internet for over a week.

    @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia They've been back, and been out again because each time it rains your pit floods and the 5000 year old copper you use from FTTC to my house causes outages. But apparently I can't even have a Tech come out to assess. @Aussie_BB also not much help. #nbn

    [The NBN person went off to investigate the pit and hasn't returned. Of course this means the worst, when it comes to me getting internet again.]

    Does anyone know how we can get @NBN_Australia to come and investigate our FTTN service? @Aussie_BB have refused to send anything to NBN citing "no proof" despite us upgrading internal wiring, several modems and them still seeing the drop out issues on their end.

    @Jeff_Sparrow Never trust the LNP. Turnbull made his moral choices and screwed our NBN rollout. Then he got screwed by his party. His preaching now doesn't cancel out his ethical failures from before.

    @NBN_Australia I’ve replied to her email and called and left voicemail. Just closing the case without having made any attempt at actually dealing with the issue is disgraceful service. Now trying to take it offline to hide it? Nope

    @NBN_Australia Hi Rosemary, i'm talking about monitoring of your service... @NBN_Australia provides the infrastructure so if there's a sudden drop in traffic say due to an outage, then if you have monitoring then you don't need to have access to account information

    @petehanssens if there are any issues with the services the nbn technical support team who monitors these issue will be able to advise your provider, what the specific issue is and help rectify the problem. 2/3
