Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Finally got NBN installed after 6 bookings. 14 down 8.2 up. Unfortunately FTTN so it depends how much porn and Netflix the people in this gated villiage use.

@baxters I did the same. Asked them which countries NBN service he was calling about (he said Australia. I laughed) Asked him which landline service was being cut off (pre-recored spiel at start of call said my landline was being cut off) the he hung up on me.

UPDATE: just 'phoned my ISP, no update from @NBN_Australia other than they could not access the inspection cover (what's new?!) - they will try again tomorrow. WtF?! It's not just me - it's an area (don't know how big/small). Without internet 42 hours now. @NBN_Australia FIX IT.

@elkeee Oh so often I tether and it’s way better than the NBN… but yeah also, they were upgrading the network in our area too and for like a week was in a blackspot.

@baxters My favourite is getting the scam call for solar power and i proceed to ask questions about my insulation only being 3 bats and they have chewed through my fibre to the node NBN and ask how soon they’ll be here to fix it.

I challenge anyone who works at @NBN_Australia from the 'bonused up' CEO all the way down to the work experience teleservice person to listen to the on-hold recorded message for 25 minutes straight without washing down an entire box of sertraline with a bottle of Rektyfikowany.
