    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @ellymelly Never, as a former employee of NBN, I had proposed a non terrestrial backup service but they flatly refused to consider updating their satellite communications, and now we are digitally vulnerable.

    @TopherField Kevin07 rammed an uncosted NBN idea through with ~$10b funding. Next gov continued despite true costs far higher & timelines half of actual. Downgraded to cut costs so never as promised. Both major parties keep pouring money into bad ideas like this. did someone say NDIS?

    Our @optus NBN internet/Phone service problem has been fixed. My mother can watch online movies and music videos on youtube. The internet is her only source of entertainment

    @basespanker @Batman2242 That was a fttn upgrade with Telco support, but libs called it fraudband due to the minor upgrade so it got scrapped and years later the #nbn was formed to rollout fibre to 93% of premises. LNP got in and decided to do fraudband

    Further update, Mum was just on the phone with Optus and apparently Optus (an internet provider) isn’t able to call NBN to fix this, they can only text message them. Or at least that’s the line they are spitting out about the network degradations DO YOUR JOB!!!
