    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @Telstra Hi I see there are NBN outages, can you check if there is a problem with 13 valleyfield court Wattle grove NSW 2173, I’ve had very very slow internet for hours now and I’ve reset everything multiple times and checked online for outages but still no good

    2. NBN blamed their outage on a remote & seemingly inaccessible Fibre Access Node in Woodburn. That outage impacted over 81,000 customers for days. EFT terminals were down as far as the GC. People without cash couldn't buy food. Where are the apologies ?

    Day Four: No word from either my ISP nor from NBNco about a resolution to my continuing disconnection. Have tried multiple PPPoE clients, the problem is 95% likely to be the NBN FTTC Modem. Which I need either my ISP or NBN to replace. ISP not answering tech support today. 🙄

    @johnteee Day Four, final: Text message from ISP informs me that I can expect a visit from an NBN technician sometime between 8am and 12pm on Tuesday. That'll be the sixth day of outage. Fingers crossed.

    @NBN_Australia Hi, can I find out what the ETA is for my service? Has been down since 5am and provider says that it is an NBN issue with cabling or something..

    Why does it take so much sheer mentally draining effort to have @Telstra raise a support case with @NBN_Australia when you've clearly proven where the fault is - you'd think they'd handball all issues over to them ASAP.

    @_sadAthena_ @jenary__ Same though. We got the business 250 plan and never have drop outs. Except for one time when our NBN uni-d box decided to just stop working ;-; those things are garbage.

    Thunderstorm around our town had power off briefly. But internet connection won't come back. Thanks to the tech support at @Aussie_BB it's an NBN issue & we will have no internet til at least Wednesday morning. Resident 15 y.o isn't coping well, lol.

    Day Four update: The wonderful @johnteee just dropped by with his NBN FTTC modem. We tried it. It fails in exactly the same way. So there is no problem with the customer premises equipment. This is an NBN problem. Which thus far they have refused to acknowledge. Ugh.

    @johnteee Day Four cont'd: Get call from ISP - line very bad - they call back. Line still bad. They tell me that it has been 'escalated' to NBN. I ask them what that means. The line goes dead.
