    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Sarah. All is good now, but no updates. I would like an answer though on how the NBN outage was caused by an “unplanned” power outage but locally United Energy are calling it a PLANNED outage.

    Optus how did you allow another provider to disconnect my NBN and allow them to claim that I requested that change? I never gave permission and that supposedly new account is not even in my name. Now a week trying to reconnect back to Optus and getting pushed around. #optus

    @ivaforgotton Optus is just the retailer. They sell the NBN connection to you. NBN infrastructure is the problem.

    @AslinnAfterDark Could be a long while until fix, NBN damage from Sydney floods where servers are it's been hours, after the 24hr maintenance and now this feel like I've been offline more than on :L

    @miriamcosic It's their main job! I remember having so much trouble getting the phone on with Telstra a couple of times when relocating before NBN. It was their bread and butter!

    @NBN_Australia we’re in Skye Victoria and the internet has been out since last night. Our provider says it’s an issue your end but don’t have any outage for our area displaying. The provider does but has no eta. I have wasted too many hours getting answers?
