    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia my internet has been down for 48 hours and have not had an update for 24 hours…what is going on? My partner can’t do his job without internet and unable to use a hotspot for security reasons so unable to work today. If it’s a known issue, why no update?

    @downdetectorau @NBN_Australia Our neighbours and I (various providers - Vodafone, Telstra, Optus, iiNet) have been having multiple NBN dropouts every day for the past few weeks. We escalate through our service provider, but @NBN_Australia say it's not them.

    @NBN_Australia I was reflecting on the original plan to roll out FTTP as an essential service not paying for connectivity…I realise this govt stuffed it up,not your fault,thanks for reply but no thanks. In these Covid times FTTP would have made a great contribution.

    @NBN_Australia That’s great but why can’t you fix my line which has been down for EIGHT WEEKS!! All I can do is hassle my ISP but they are hamstrung because you cannot give a time or date to reattach my 30 pier aerial. At this point I cannot even work from home! This is disgusting!

    @originenergy have been trying to connect NBN for 5 days - truly awful customer service each day a call is made and a new excuse as to why we can’t connect. Monumentally incompetence

    My mum has been without internet and landline for nearly 2 months. This is isolating and dangerous! We have been badly let down by telco, NBN. And now it’s your turn @australiapost. One week and the parcel hasn’t moved in express post.
