@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

@Optus @yaakov_h The SMS template for that planned outage notification should be changed to include the word "outage" so that customers are informed of an @NBN_Australia planned outage. Customers might assume that improvements are performed with no outage because you didn't mention one.

@telstra cable nbn has been down for 10 hours, Foxtel say the cable is down, Telstra outages say 'everything is fine' and 45 minutes on online support gets to "we'll monitor for 24hrs" :-(

@NBN_Australia Yep, all checked with provider and the earliest an NBN technician can come is in two weeks. So that means I'm without service for two weeks. It is unfortunate since my overall experience when signing up and service so far was great. Can you guys speed up this?

@NBN_Australia My service provider has booked a technician to take a look Wednesday morning. The problem I had is I had tried all the FTTC troubleshooting tips and asked the service provider was there anything that needed doing on their end at first and they said no. Clearly not the case.
