    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @NBN_Australia It's pretty poor form to assume that an outage that happened on Cup Day at 1:30pm was weather related and not bother to even send a crew onsite to check. If you had, they would have discovered a truck had taken down a cable and fixed it then rather than 2 days of no service.

    @andy_penn Hi Andy. You had an awesome staff member who helped me out in May when my mum's landline was affected by NBN work in her area. He made one call & it was resolved. The issue was external & not with her landline or modem. Exact same issue has happened again. And.... (1).

    @NBN_Australia I haven't had NBN for 5 days, and my ISP can't even give me an update on recovery. I'm in inner Melbourne. NBN SUCKS! I'm going 5G asap.

    @natashamitchell I was so over the nbn crap connection that I snapped a couple of months ago and on a recommendation, went with fibre to the building (FTTB) - I didn’t even know it existed! Have not looked back

    @MrsBker @Telstra I have been waiting for my NBN from July ? secont internet cut every 2mints-7mints , then again 30 mints-1mnt etc ....can same one Brains telstra fix your internet before you get parts to connect me with your NBN ? were zooloo Eagleby QLD
