    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I think the issues are RSP-related, like not moving to an NBN plan, for starters. 🤬

    @Picketer Which is why I thought it was incredible missed opportunity that the ALP didn’t go hard on Robodebt and a “fair go”. A bit like the nbn this was an issue that touched everyone either directly or through someone they know. A chance to be right and do right.

    Doing some yard work alongside the guy replacing my side fence, turns out he used to be a network engineer so we talked shop for a while. Was fun, but gotta get back to the grindstone - there's still a supply chain yarn and an NBN horror story on my to-do list today

    Be aware - a new scam for me. Just had a "No Caller ID" call claiming to be from @NBN_Australia saying my IP address has been compromised and my connection needs to be upgraded before the #NBN goes down for 24-48hrs. Sure buddy.

    @PaulFletcherMP Yes, agreed. We get roads and rail for life off line but the NBN is so bad that it’s hardly livable online. What are you doing for the regional areas here. FTTN is not acceptable, @PaulFletcherMP

    Hi @telstra @Optus just wondering if there is any accountability with @NBN_Australia regarding the service and communication they provide you? My area has had no internet for four days, and neither of your ‘network status’ pages have updated information since Saturday. So... 1/2

    When I was growing up, there was always a live phone for line for emergencies Now it's hard to go 2 weeks without @Optus, @Ergon, @NBN_Australia going down for indefinite periods leaving a complete and dangerous power and comms blackouts across the region #MillaaMillaa outages

    @TelstraEnt I am truly surprised they can manage to ‘build’ anything given the way they handle poor customers trying to connect to NBN -frustrating people

    @NBN_Australia I am in Epping NSW. The NBN connection is down since Friday 10 am and over 80 hours now. Can you please provide an ETA when will it be back on?
