    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia what does it mean when downstream upstream lights are blue instead of green, power and online lights are green and all 4 flashing? @Telstra modem is on backup 4G. Is the issue with NBN, Telstra or both? Working from home and needing urgent help.

    @LeftyScumbag @WardenAJames @MildCuthbert Cost isn't the issue, the issue is time, the infrastructure has to be re done for the entire nation, that takes time. You can't pay for the infrastructure to be done quicker, it's like the nbn, and that was rushed and ended up being far longer and more expensive then it said

    @Telstra why does the nbn web site say there is an outage at my address, but telstra outages says their is no problem. I have had no internet for 2 days. Telstra chat have no idea but will monitor it over next 12-24 hours. That doesn’t help.

    Internet friends, please help. We are on the NBN and have downloads speeds of 51mbps and upload speeds of 18.55mbps. However, streaming is super slow, particularly when connecting to our TV. Any idea what might be going on?

    @TomRU12 @grugstan @Kynes99 bzzt wrong. Rudd/Gillard's NBN plans always intended to privatise it when it was done.And they always intended to have private contractors build it. They never considered having it built or run publicly, only paid for publicly. NDIS was similarly build on shaky privatised grounds

    @NBN_Australia Hi, "An unplanned incident is affecting the network" but as another customer said, the whole area is down, I don't think NBN has done anything about it as it's been down since yesterday 8AM
