    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @AustraliaPs5 Don't forget if you've got a NBN plan and a phone plan with Vodafone you can order a PS5 on a plan with them as well. That's how I got mine. If you cancel any of these plans you just have to pay out the full cost of the console, ie. no additional fees

    @TurnbullMalcolm Wish you were still PM, but you stuffed this one up with the shift to mixed technology. Idiot NBN ran NEW infrastructure my house in 2019. Not fibre, but HFC. Cable internet. I had that in Singapore in 2002.

    Sitting in a TAS Library using a hotspot because @Optus phone AND internet not working at home. None. Huge disruption to my business and professional capacities, angry and unimpressed. In 2021 why is stable, fast, consistent internet unavailable? #auspol #NBN #internetshutdown 1/

    @NBN_Australia Thanks for your assistance so far @NBN_Australia. I have asked a question in DM about the charges to activate the existing second line on top of the fees from Telstra that is currently unanswered. Do I have to pay again for the existing second service on top of normal fees?

    9 weeks. @Optus @NBN_Australia still haven’t sorted out the problem. To try as a solution they terminated out accounts - me and next door - so we’ve been down all day. Oh ....NBN can’t come until tomorrow. The incompetence is stunning

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Alicia. To summarize, @NBN_Australia cannot help because we work with a retailer. @Telstra can't help, because they are constrained by the wholesaler/NBN leadtimes. But my order was cancelled unfairly without notice. If I reorder, delivery will be at the back of the queue.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Sherief, as I said in chat, I'll give up on this if there is no way forward and wait to see what comes of all the correspondence. At the end of the day this is about moving my NBN service and phone from one place to another. Shouldn't it be easy?

    @Telstra - yep good ol regional services fail again. Lost landline a week ago - which drives our ADSL as NIL NBN - partner PhD submission due today and I am trying to support isn’t working remotely. Of course, nil service response. Thanks Telstra!
