    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia My address isn’t showing as having an outage on the link you’ve provided, however there is definitely an issue. As there are evidently many of us in the outer east of Melbourne having the same problem, is someone going to look into it?

    @NBN_Australia @xspance We can’t contact our service provider there’s thousands out of internet, these generic responses saying contact your service provider when a large chunk of the Eastern suburbs are without internet .. it is not a service provider issue .. it’s Telstra it’s Optus .. Jesus Christ

    @NBN_Australia I’ve tried contacting them (impossible!), Telstra and Optus are apparently saying there’s no issue, but Aussie Broadband are telling their customers there is an issue at the Lilydale exchange. A bit of transparency would be good!

    @EziWebinternet your websites are down including the Eziweb status site - my nbn is down and there is no way to find out what’s going on. It’s been offline over 12 hours now.
