    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @NBN_Australia One of the biggest problem with NBN is you close things, saying all fixed and the customer has to start the process all again.

    Beware #Foxtel contractors Australia! Foxtel transmission has been booted off NBN and are now having to revert back to satellite coverage. Contractors are routinely wrecking digital free to air cabling in roofs with no accountability. They don't come back to fix their sabotage.

    @NewtonMark The gall of them saying "we want to raise prices and provide the same ****** service, but we want a tax on 5G to make it more expensive because it competes with us" is, I mean, not the point of the NBN.

    @NewtonMark I’d argue management at NBN needs to be gutted and refilled before anything meaningful will happen, they’re calcified with profoundly broken notions of what they think they should be doing. Anything short of this is a Band-Aid on a tumour.

    @JaneAlcorn @jmil400 Feel your pain. Spent Thurs afternoon & Friday trying to get so called complaints to act on dangerous NBN cable across road outside my house. Maybe next week! They are as bad as Telstra..

    Almost 3 hours wasted with back and forth messages to @telstra via their app. Maybe a phone call would sort out this NBN (wifi) problem.

    @NBN_Australia I have, we do. Often you cancel appointments saying everything is fine. Everytime NBN attends they have no notes of what the previous technician has done, I have to tell them. They all agree the infrastructure is stuffed, but your limits won't allow it to be fixed.

    @NBN_Australia How can you close a job as fixed and the customer has to ring back the same day, with the same problem? 1 of your techs told a fib about where our node is, left for an hour and returned and said fixed. Next never even found the pit, put in a request for it to be found, job closed
