  @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

  @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

  Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

  Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

  Well that's a rarity - had an #NBN #FTTH / #FTTP service dropout for almost 45 min. @Optus Chat Technical support confirmed the NBN backend dropped out at 7:28pm and ruled out anything at a user/home level root cause.

  We got a deal from our ISP for at least 200Mbps and I’m fairly sure my gamer kid will never emerge from his room again. Before we got NBN, we’d get at the most 5Mbps on broadband.

  @NBN_Australia @NBN_Australia do something about the ongoing issues with nbn in Waterfall! 6 weeks down in Feb/March & 3 still counting now! #waterfallnbnfail we can't even talk to a real PERSON about this because only the ISP are account holders not individuals

  @NBN_Australia what your documentation does not tell me is, if another NBN node that I am not on fails then why does that pull down the node I am on. Yes we had a blackout on the other side of town that took down my connection once. Why does the failure of one node
