Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • jackfjack6 Stiletto Black Jack - Very Unpleasant to Trolls (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

  • GordonGhekoAus GG (@GordonGhekoAus) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

Internet outage in Moss Vale with Harbour ISP - anyone else impacted? #harbourisp #nbn #OutageUpdate

  • jackfjack6 Blistering Black Jack - LNP Chasseur (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

@mattjcan Perhaps some of that is true in your universe. But here, he was a bloody awful PM. He wasn't as deceitful as Morrison or as lame as Turnbull but his only real legacy was stuffing up the NBN and setting us back a decade or two in dealing with climate change.

  • NBN_Australia nbn® Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@FixTechStuff1 Hey there! To connect to our Fixed WIreless network, you'll need to contact your chosen Service Provider. If nbn equipment is needed, your provider will book an appointment for an nbn tech to complete the installation. Thanks, Khan

  • SchoonerLita 💧Rodent. #FreeJulianAssange @Rodent@aus.social (@SchoonerLita) reported

@KateEmerson88 I know and he's nothing more than a murdoch rep. From trashing #NBN to smashing the ABC trouble, lies, ego and murdoch is all he was.

  • TazyDevel Social Commentator (@TazyDevel) reported

Just another horrible 1 hour experience with @optus trying to get #optus nbn & phone and wifi for ailing mother. Aman and Suja in the Indian call centre trying to sell other products as we plead just for internet & phone. @Optus always very difficult they don’t listen.

  • NonPuto Non **** (@NonPuto) reported

@NBN_Australia after 8 years on opticomm Ftth I moved to your Ftth in March, and in comparison your service is woeful! And being Ftth I do not know for the life of me how your service can be so bad!

  • YUHeff2BSoGreen This Dalek's Workday 🇺🇦💉💉💉 (@YUHeff2BSoGreen) reported

now they tell me because i didn't receive their stupid sms at 6am while i was asleep and it's now less than 24 hours to the appointment they booked without consulting me first, they cannot reschedule it because NBN CO ARE A BUNCH OF POXY, RIGID *****

  • jasonandrade Jason Andrade (@jasonandrade) reported

@stilgherrian It would already support a thriving microbial ecosystem.. Did you really thing “supply chain logistics” was the biggest issue for NBN on its tendering decision though?

  • mycrouch JC (@mycrouch) reported

Wow. 26% of Aust are connected to non #nbn services. nbn want the regulator to tax to these services to make them less attractive. Maybe nbn should focus on better service at a better price instead.

  • VBontheMove VinceB (@VBontheMove) reported

@Telstra Extremely disappointed today. Telstra/nbn tech did not show. Upon investigation nbn had not confirmed apptmt. Another 4/5 business days required to fix connection. Case # 49051360

  • BigBadBoogieMan BigBad Boogieman (@BigBadBoogieMan) reported

@NBN_Australia Instead of spending millions on useless marketing campaigns to the masses, spend that money getting your **** together. FTTN "expected" to be upgraded with FTTP by 2025 for so many suburbs in metro areas. Most of us would be on 5G by then whether you like it. Not pretty.
