    Don’t know what’s gonna happen in regards to my internet and streaming for the foreseeable future :( I’m currently unable to stream using my wifi and I’ve been using data (which will probably run out if I do it again) and I’m having issues in getting NBN installed :( I’m sorry

    @BelongAU hi, I just received my belong modem. I have been told my building is NBN already. I have call connected my modem. I can see power, wifi buttons in green. Internet hasn’t turned on. Please help.

    @NBN_Australia Thank you, I take note. But I am aware of scam methods and handle them. It’s the annoyance of the multiple calls, that’s the real problem. I have to let people know, if they don’t leave a message, they won’t get to me. I won’t answer calls from numbers I don’t know.

    @SurprisedWow @Returnpuff You’re missing out on nothing. It’s terrible. My modem has a sim so I’m hoping 5g is here soon. NBN will@be obsolete then.

    @RissMeister When a provider raises a fault with nbn, this gets sent to their technical nbn support team who then works toward resolving the issue, while liaising with your provider to pass on any update made available. 3/4

    @FR33Z3_isTRASH It’s the NBN Co. It was out of ISP’s hands. Gonna have to povo-strim for the month. That minimal resolution baybeh.

    @Telstra Hi Luke - update. Waited all day until 2:00pm as advised that @NBN_Australia technician was arriving to try and resolve the issue. Contact Gold Member chat at 2:30pm to ask why there has been no technician. Told that @NBN_Australia CBC as not their problem

    @NBN_Australia Thanks audrina, was really annoying being out for so long but the tech came out this morning and fixed the issue by giving us a new NBN box. Service was not that good leading up to this point, but cant fault the tech, he was amazing
