    @NBN_Australia any update on restoring power to Woodburn node, or if NBN traffic can be routed north so that Coolangatta, Tweed, Currumbin etc can have services restored? Fail-over path might be an idea even in non-flooding type failures. #DR #failover #removesinglepointoffailure

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra I'm located NSW 2481 trying to run communications and a marketing business using 3g. Day 4. Zero NBN connectivity. Zero on 4G, overloaded? No 5G signal. 10 minutes ago was the first time I could load Twitter. Zero What's our timeline on connectivity?

    @NBN_Australia @Optus First week I was treated like an idiot by @Optus who sent a Technician who all they did was check the router was reset, and that the ethernet cable was plugged in securely and could not fix the actual problem, which was a cut underground cord. A waste of an entire week waiting.
