@Telstra just had a look It was 25gb of bonus data. Oops. But I still have 60gb to go. I used heaps in February because I forgot to switch my Bluetooth off, and use the NBN. For about 10 days. Bad Lesley 👎 👃

@Judith54Nunn Have the same problem nor We are told there is a problem so we are now on backup. Nbn said to contact telstra to get a tech around??

@Judith54Nunn Had that issue last week. NBN tech came out and found a broken connection in the street. He said it was a common fault, and also added that fttn was the worst solution, should have stayed as fttp.

@jaynie44 The only issue I have is if there no money in my account for auto payment and then they alway help. NBN will keep you connected for ages Aldi not so much :)))

23 Days after requesting a plan upgrade which was supposed to take between 2 to 24 hours still hasn't happened. Yesterday Telstra filed a complaint based on a fault that no one has said exists. NBN technician called us and said there was no fault. @telstra is a total #circus
