    @beourmate @NBN_Australia Thanks for replying MATE 😜 But between my tweet and your reply, the issue had disrupted our evening and work and we'd made alternative plans and gone to bed and woken up again a few times to settle the baby and then by the time we woke up this morning it had resolved itself...

    @plastictree123 I can confirm, NBN are already aware of this and their technicians are working to fix it as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no time frame for resolution at the moment. Apologies for the inconvenience. Kartik

    @Vurtuew If the issue still continues then please sent us a direct message to confirm which internet service is this in regards to, I mean 4G home internet, 5G home internet or NBN home internet along with your full address so that we can investigate further. Kartik

    @jaycee53195200 The speed was good but they posted the modem to my old house then sent an NBN tech here and told him a completely different story about what was wrong. Had to wait 4 days for internet so I tried to switch to TPG and they made it almost impossible to cancel my plan!

    @Optus NBN connection in Sunnybank has been almost entirely down for two days now and is still "under investigation". Is there any update on when this will be fixed, especially given most of the neighbourhood is working from home?

    @Letofski I had some issues with NBN doing this crap sometimes, turned out I was hitting the limiter (can't recall exact wording) and it was throttling it down. That or route between me & twitch was doing it.
