@iiNet Thanks Liz. Nadine called and confirmed the many drop outs, especially yesterday. I was informed that Someone from NBN will have to come out next week if iiNet can’t find an issue.

@Redcar51 @NBN_Australia Dodgy NBN during bad weather is just dodgy NBN & a common issue, not an outage (so NBN's mentioned that). You can do a speedtest with a speedtest app to discuss with yr service provider. Sometimes they can be helpful

@Telstra I told these bastards I'd pay them in full on a certain date. I don't was only 1 month behind, been with them 20months. They disconnected my nbn and phone the day before I said I'd pay. Just in time for Xmas. Telstra are low life scum. I swore I'd never use them again. Aassholes

  • btckr Barry Tucker (@btckr) reported

Jeepers, the internet must be crowded. Having trouble sending & opening anything & everything. If only we had a half decent NBN. If only we didn't have Rupert Murdoch & his evil influence.

  • Ryan_Makepeace Ryan Makepeace (@Ryan_Makepeace) reported

How does one actually get @Telstra technical support since the pandemic started in March? My NBN has speed is verging on dial up & no one answers the phone or chat to even troubleshoot it. Can we all get a 9month credit to cover the time you've abandoned your customers?

  • aethgod aeth! (@aethgod) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia hurry up and fix this I’m not waiting until the 7th for a technician to come out. Pretty much the whole street has been down for 3 days.

  • moylecroft Matthew Moyle-Croft (@moylecroft) reported

@jplonie ok, the only above ground bit for me is from the pole to the house (mainly because NBN wanted stupid money to move it underground, and I mean stupid money). Annoyingly the NBN NTD is short supply and it's the one thing you can't self spare!

  • cherniTweet Cherni (@cherniTweet) reported

@an_leavy Ok that is FTTC... Your problem might be that the copper pair from your property to the node in the kerb is damaged and gets wet. Call NBN and ask them to replace the pair. If you had an analogue phone line still you would hear static when it rains!

  • matt_barrie Matt Barrie (@matt_barrie) reported

@an_leavy Was told Telstra/NBN won’t fix unless four people in the street complain

  • bolangum Alex🇦🇺🖖🌞😎🏊🏽🦈🦠😷 (@bolangum) reported

@alexeiw123 @BJafari In my particular neck of the woods Optus is better, cheaper, and their customer service is superior to Telstra. To access Telstra mobile internet for home, Yagi $1400 aerial was bought. (no NBN, never will be, satellite too ropey and expensive for my pensioner parents)
