What ******** is with our NBN lately? Getting dropouts at 10-11pm the past 3 nights in a row. Not sure if it's our NBN box or if there's work being done on the fixed wireless in our area.

@Telstra Hopefully the NBN connection will be fixed. I’ve already spent nearly 3and a half hours on hold with @Telstra (2calls) . I get it might be a complex issue to fix, but please employ #humans. I like many others prefer speaking directly to a #person particularly if it’s complex.

@Optus Already did all that…then he told me it was an NBN problem. Nope. It isn’t. It is an Optus issue, Optus cable, Optus box, Optus issue.

@MrKRudd @FinancialReview Totally agree Kevin, your governments foresight with the nbn was astounding, so sad to see it ruined by the coalition under "Mr Broadband" I still think however that the nbn despite its numerous issues still created a fairer competitive market that no longer was just Telstra

@CrocodileChuck @iiNet iiNET NBN service is fine, I could have saved a couple of hundred a year - IF - the wireless worked. Now I can't return the modem due to corporate ineptitude! Should I bill them for my time spent trying to return it?
