@morgan_mysterio @derridalicious I had a speed issue early on, gave them a call and it was a network issue (NBN) which they were able to fix over the phone. Immediately jumped to the highest speed from a pretty slow one. Definitely give them a call, they’ll sort it out if its possible to do so.

@Aussie_BB my NBN HFC line went down about 10 mins ago in Northcote, and I’m getting a bunch of errors trying to login to the app. Are you having an outage at the moment?

@jeamland @Aussie_BB My NBN line came back up about 5 mins ago (HFC in Northcote), but the app/website is still down.

@Aussie_BB think internet is down. NBN box looks right but your website and app is offline. Any idea when you'll be back up?

@NBN_Australia @AusChamber Ironic given our internet is down

@Kimbo_Ramplin They know to call someone on the network team to sort their stuff out (and tell them what they need to do sometimes) the nbn guys iirc are paid per appt. So paid the same whether they fix the problem or nor 10 minutes or ab hour.

  • Allkai Darren (@Allkai) reported

@roglurveshockey Q: For a while now my NBN speed has been less than half what it used to be (12-16 down from 46). ISP has tested and supposedly everything correct at their end. Any advice? I’ve power cycled, tried cable instead of wifi, no diff…..

@andy_penn You have no mandate to talk about anything other than the nuts & bolts of Telstra. You can’t even facilitate the transition to the NBN. Cut the narrative BS and focus on your business, to deliver service to your customers.

  • DaveyJohn_676 John Davey (@DaveyJohn_676) reported

@TH3xR34P3R @NBN_Australia @AusChamber It's an issue of laziness. There are plenty of places around here where if properly positioned wireless NBN would have provided good coverage. Instead they just threw darts at a map. As to the issue of greed if Telstra weren't banned from competing with Wireless for 20 years...
