@KRV1944 @NBN_Australia Similar experience here recently. Hours on support chat to RSP. Eventually fixed with new modem.

@karendumas NP Karen We'll do more NBN Promos periodically (BTW Our college Kid Volunteers made a couple editing errors in that video So VNA needs to perfect the audio, couple of little errors in the subtitles & too lengthy in time black screen frames, then repost it we'll do that Sat or Sun

@DrCraigEmerson My mother was Betty Heferen passed away…her sister Shirley is over in Tamworth 86 stills casual at big W ..her husband was Des King race caller/ sports reporter on nbn nine..and Aunty Pat is down the south coast at Bomaderry

I moved into a new house. No one can install gas because there’s a new NBN box installed that no one knows where came from but the end result is six months of living in a house and for only two months of them having Hot Water **** all of you. @originenergy @QldGov

Had the best @NBN_Australia for two years. Fast, strong and never cut out. But it’s been flimsy since “maintenance” works last week. Too often forced to tether. Did you forget to plug it back in?

@PolAnimalAus @aussiejaydee @Ausbobsmit Not really as starlink has only taken a small % of users off NBN. And when users disconnect from NBN sat or fixed wireless, the service improves for those that stay connected
