    @TPG_Telecom you are a communications company that can't communicate. I've just spent an hour trying to sort out nbn connection issues only to be stuck on endless transfers. I call back and the connection was so poor I couldn't hear your staff member speak. I want to cancel

    @phbarratt @Bf99Floyd If you don’t use your landline, many don’t but were told they had to have one when NBN was connected 🙄 turn volume down or unplug phone or get landline disconnected if you are able to go without it. We had the same problem for over two years, tried everything, got rid of line.

    @phbarratt Assuming you are NBN enabled, get an answering machine with a digital display, it will display number calling. If you do not know the number calling don't answer or wait for them to speak. Spammers will hang up as soon as your answering machine answers 99% of the time.

    @gjblue @NBN_Australia That is a problem. Theoretical max would be 20Mbps and likely the actual cable length in the street is longer. When you are borderline for distance it is really worth checking the wiring under the house.

    @TPG_Telecom Or perhaps adsl 2 would be better for me since @NBN_Australia has failed to rectify this issue for the third week. Can i possibly use the existing modem and change plan to adsl2+ today. I need internet up fast

    @NBN_Australia - My sister just moved into an apt and does not have a nbn box. Belong booked the earliest available appointment as March 29. She has a school going kid & with school activities & all it would not be feasible w/out internet for 2 months. Plz help.
