    @NBN_Australia @danilic Don't you hate being the one to apologise for being left with something substandard. Usual approach of senior management (government): put someone in between the users of the service and yourself and get them to take all the crap.

    @NBN_Australia The issue was finally addressed, it is very sad it took 8 days to have this fixed after 3 visits from NBN while the root cause was clearly explained by us.

    @Twitter fix your ****. I have been waiting 2 weeks for an nbn connection date and all I keep getting told is that there's no appointment, wait 48hrs and use 4g backup mode till then. I've waited 48 hours, 336 hours to be exact. 4g backup mode ******* sucks

    @NBN_Australia That is such a disrespectful responce. Of course I know you are the wholesaler. But because it’s your property, Telstra has to call you out to fix the problem and I have waited on two occasions for a NBN tech, who never show up! NBN keeps pointing the finger at someone else!!!!!

    @Telstra Hi Anto, my neighbour is but I am not. I have been told by nbn techs that they are both optus and telstra cables and they can't remove them. The council won't remove the tree till they are removed so hence why I am trying to get some one to fix the issue.

    @abcnews Australian NBN was nerfed by LNP. Some fibre infrastructure is being given the gigabit upgrade currently, but very delayed. @elonmusk and @SpaceX have a good solution with their Starlink program coming online. Healthy competition for NBN.
