@CannonFodderJnr My current one is NBN ready but we actually use TPG's own FTTB and it seems like they're the only network which passes those savings down lol

@NBN_Australia @KosmikTTV There is nothing you could possibly say to me that would make me like the service, the best part of the service is the customer service of @AussieBroadband

Signed a lease, found out afterwards that the building isn't actually NBN despite being told it was, it's a separate network with select providers, meaning we have to cancel our current contract AND find a provider on that small list (which are all more expensive and bad reviews)

@lynlinking @independentaus @WgarNews The problem is this. We all clearly knew the LNP’s version of the NBN was going to be a disaster .. and that’s exactly what the LNP have delivered us.

@NBN_Australia You have the wrong end of the stick, Sarah! I can’t get adsl at my current address. Too far from the exchange. I moved here two yrs ago. The first thing the bushfires did, was to knock out Telstra comms. I had no emergency comms, other than the ****** voip connection!

@Optus. @NBN_Australia. Immense problem with broadband in Carlingford NSW area. No communication from Optus or NBN. Almost impossible to contact either, due to organisations make it difficult to communicate.

@independentaus @vmp9 @paulbudde Providers ***** about NBN's high wholesale costs squeezing their margins, but if wholesale cost was lower retail competition would compete away those margins too. The issue for carriers is they no longer have infrastructural barriers to entry which they seek to resurrect with 5G.

more issues than just coal, unemployment, our lack of telecommunications in an emergency, did we learn nothing from last years fires when the NBN and mobile networks both failed, any risk assessment done beforehand showed we had no backup plan.
