@deniseshrivell Gas elec , centrelink , health, Qantas ,NDIS , NBN any big corporation really is just not working and there is absolutely no customer service anywhere anymore no person to person help all online so hard to find a phone number to call and if you do your on hold for 1 or 2 hours

@EmergencyBK I have it a guess you're on nbn satellite? I used to oversee the maintenance and practically begged them to change this practice. Expedited changes were supposed to have been retired. Scheduled mAintenance has specific lead times. Ericsson were a major influencer in your issues

turns out #4G on #Optus or #Amaysim is faster than @NBN_Australia to download 65MB file from @ITMastersCSU as NBN (25min) was slower than 4G (30sec) on this file - it was network or router not server

Have just spent 2h 38 min waiting on phone to talk to Services Australia about an urgent enquire because there is an NBN outage in my area. Still waiting….or am I an idiot for thinking someone will pick up? Still waiting.
