Our @Telstra home internet has been down for 15 days, with visits from 3 different NBN techs who all said we need a new @Telstra modem. @Telstra customer 'service' continually starts our conversation from scratch and refuses to do anything except book another NBN tech

@NBN_Australia How about deploy a temporary solution today anyway and stop wasting your customers time. Here in Murwillumbah we have barely any phone network, and no NBN, please do something today

@tanya_plibersek @tanya_plibersek the Northern Rivers desperately need help. Please push to send in military assistance. NBN is down in areas due to scheduled works - my elder parents have no phone, internet, their home barely livable. No food, water, petrol. Local member unreachable.
