    @NBN_Australia Same as everyone else, non-stop dropping out, having to reset as much as three or four times a day, slow when working. Been like this for weeks and weeks, apparently there was maintenance but can't have been this long

    @NBN_Australia First it was a connection issue, which was supposedly fixed and now it’s devolved into a speed issue, with speeds down to about 1/5th normal

    @Optus Yes, it must have just been updated since I last checked. "Reduced service" is a cute way of saying the "the NBN doesn't work at all"
