  @showcallcrewing @NBN_Australia I do not know. I use iiNET, they responded well, once i was able to talk to them. I did ask for a refund for the days I have no service. So they promised to fix it within 24 hours. I also made notes, and responded to their feedback email, and summarised my notes.

  @adamnicotera @NBN_Australia Go to NBN outage page get no info whatsoever, have to sit on hold to service provider instead. How hard is it to put some detail on your own NBN outage page to save customers the running around ?

Starlink is the same OR cheaper and gives better service! while our sat service costs a LOT for lousy speeds and is ****** if? it works at all Elon Musk cashes in on Australia’s NBN fail Bush families are being forced to pay the world’s richest man for basic phone coverage, as Australia’s bungled NBN rollout leaves dangerous black spots across the regions.   We're paying progressively more taxes, and our services are decreasing. We just got a generic letter telling us our landline phone will be disconnected in 7 months. We used to have copper line which provided a highly reliable service in emergencies, whether power and internet was on, or not. I recall ringing a (surviving) neighbour in the middle of the Marysville 2009 Black Saturday fires. We had a chat while his smoke alarm was going off and the fire was raging outside. Phone through broadband was hopeless whenever the power or internet went down, which happens frequently. Mobiles are useless whenever the internet goes down, and not long after the power goes off. But those copper wire phones were fantastic. You could actually ring the electricity company when the power was off, and tell them that the power was off and could they fix it. I'm not joining the nbn.

  @immyonboard @Telstra If you are talking about NBN, there are many choices of ISPs that are superior to Telstra. If you need mobile, anyone on the Vodafone network is probably the best (seems to be the most reliable of the 3 networks)

  @moffat14 @TopherField You do know it was the Libs that ****** it up. Labour started the process and as soon as the Libs got in, they put the handbrakes on it and started all this NBN node ****. Fine to blame governments but at least blame the right one

  @p_terg IT ordeal 😵‍💫 They got the NBN on today. Box nowhere near the computer and computer doesn’t have a wifi adapter. So I did the dash down the road and got them a 10m Ethernet cable and away they go.

  @TopherField Kevin07 rammed an uncosted NBN idea through with ~$10b funding. Next gov continued despite true costs far higher & timelines half of actual. Downgraded to cut costs so never as promised. Both major parties keep pouring money into bad ideas like this. did someone say NDIS?

  @Willygc13Will @JimThom90458694 really ? $45 a month for the first 3 months and then $75 a month and its twice the speed of the NBN plus its never been down since ive had it. Ive been paying $78 a month and it goes down for a few hrs just about every single day with the NBN
