@Telstra 3 x 45 min calls with Tech Support …. I get told my NBN is still being commissioned. I’ve had nbn for 3 weeks. I’ve moved from Bigpond broadband to NBN (it’s a different modem). Switch from a coax cable to a telephone like.

@MoLoMins Oh, I am so sorry ! We have been in lockdown since Monday, so not that long! My internet (NBN) is not working properly. I also live in a small rural town. I live in a small farmhouse. It’s beautiful and Bella ( my dog) can run and plays with the horses etc…

@NBN_Australia Did that. The internet dropped out half way through my conversation with someone who was trying to help. Haven't heard from them since.
