Hey @Optus you have hijacked our FTTP NBN home internet service and messed up our address with @NBN_Australia. @Internode say it will take days to get it fixed up by NBN. Reckon you could sling us a 5G modem while the damage is being repaired?

@laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

@NBN_Australia Don't need to apologise, just pass the msg onto the boss. It's not just my connection or internet. It's a lot of Aussies. We used to have 4 or 5 consoles and everything ran smoothly. Now it's slow asf and keeps dropping out curtiousy of NBN.

  • MinervasRefuge Isolation Abby (@MinervasRefuge) reported

@NBN_Australia I was checking that last night, it was marked as "unplanned maintenance" but given there's no estimate on the recovery time, it's hard not to feel frustrated esp. while sick. If there was even a rough estimate of when the network was coming back online, that would be nice.

@NBN_Australia Appreciate it Chris. Just extremely frustrating to have such ridiculously slow “broadband” when the alternatives are so close yet so far away.

  • LeeBruh_Greene I.M. LEEsel. (@LeeBruh_Greene) reported

The problem is that as a whole NBN (Northern-bred *****) I can’t really deal with the way they deal with snow in these other areas.

  • reideemer Reideemer (@reideemer) reported

Was going to stream this morning, but it's raining so my internet stability is an absolute garbage fire. Gotta love Aussie internet. #NBN

@NBN_Australia 3CAU has been down since ~8am this morning. ETA on services restoration at all? Thank you.
