Your website was reporting it would be fixed by 9.30pm Friday, then yesterday by 6am today, now there is no ETA. What gives?

That’s if anyone turns up. 😡😡

Kristin (@Kristin542) reported@VodafoneAU Tried all that. There is a problem with Vodafone’s modem/nbn connection. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work so we are disconnecting and going back to our previous provider. It’s a shame, because Vodafone’s customer service is very good.
