    @KRV1944 @NBN_Australia Similar experience here recently. Hours on support chat to RSP. Eventually fixed with new modem.

    when I was on TPG FTTB I had one outage in 5 years, I've had 5 outages since moving to the NBN in October. Great service, great platform.

    @mgorman43 @NBN_Australia NBN Flawed design from the get-go. Bodgied to 'worse' since. Piss easy to fix it at the NTP, but never thought about as a necessity for the old and infirm, which successive GovCo's never gave a rats arse about. Watch this space for news about how that will keep happening.

    @mgorman43 @ImTiredBoss @NBN_Australia Ah yes, the NBN... another thing for Labor to fix. Hopefully they do the right thing and put fibre to every premise as the plans initially called for.

    @NBN_Australia I love how you can just have a 10 hour power outage from 7 AM to 5 PM so basically the whole work day. What do people who work from home do then???? Absolute joke!!!! Why not do it from midnight until 9AM???

    @charleyb2355 @jfshart @Monocotyledon Telstra these days a similar level of ugly quality as NBN. Still servicing rural areas with 3G only, lousy overseas outsourced customer support, many and large outages, 5G not deliverinf as promised, etc. Stop praising Telstra.

    @Zampakid A couple of years late, but I can now confirm that Colin Baldwin voiced the headlines in this update! If I'm not mistaken he is now (or at least was until recently, not sure if he was one of the many culled in the service's Nine-ification of 2021) Executive Producer of NBN News.

    @charleyb2355 @mgorman43 @NBN_Australia You may have missed that we were discussing the alarm type lines at a retirement village. However, while we're here, the flaw is in that pesky detail where we provide the power now, where the exchange was the supplier in the old system. So, the mains fail, the coms fail.

    @mgorman43 @roaminglibrary @NBN_Australia A fault needs to be lodged with NOC at NBN, if you cannot get through - I would look to contact the sales person who manages the client, which is the retirement village, they receive a commission for your on going service monthly........hope it works out.

    @Monocotyledon I like our fast NBN plan ( terms and conditions apply ). In terms of anything it's garbage and when it rains , it's conditional. So fast that at times it's impossible to measure the speed , because it's to slow to even access the web. Thank you Malcolm. I hope for #ICAC .

    @dannolan Got an outage at the moment that neither Telstra or nbn are willing to cop to which is great. The automatic diagnostic for Telstra says nbn outage, but the phone staff say it's fine.
