    @NBN_Australia Yes we’ve checked, it says there have been no outages detected - yet we’ve been without a connection for almost 24 hours now. Our provider lodged an incident yesterday but given its an NBN issue they recommended we get in touch directly. Can you advise on how you can fix this?

    @Telstra How is it that I can have four nbn outages in one day (and counting) and yet each time I troubleshoot the result is ‘no outage’? And still no one responding to my chat sessions. #epicfail #WFH

    @micwoodward Hi Michael, The NBN box does need to be specifically registered to the Address and service to work properly. I would recommend speaking with the sales team on 1300 880 905 to see if they are able to help get the service reactivated with that box and confirm the details - Adam

    @oreofishy @Skvtz Yeah i had the same problem it would cut out around 12-3 tho. I had that problem from duos all the way till marvel cup. Eventually u gotta get the provider to get an nbn guy to come and look at it (they only send an nbn guy if it cut out like at least 5 times in 1 day).

    @micwoodward Crazy! Yeah nbn was a nightmare here. When I finally got it the guy forgot one thing but because it was marked complete it took another 7 weeks and a complaint to the ombudsman to get them to re-open it and complete it.

    So @Optus did help at the end. Unfortunately #NBN problem is not resolved so probably time to use 5G (or 4G). May be @Optus can work with @SpaceX to get us #Starlink in Australia 🤓

    @Telstra An NBN engineer came today. He couldn’t fix my internet because the DPU needs to be replaced. How can I check if he’s booked someone and when they will come ?
