@NBN_Australia AND ONCE AGAIN, the NBN has collapsed. This is totally unacceptable for a Telstra Business system. We will be down for 3 days. That means our clients cannot reach our servers. Unacceptable NBN. Please advise.

  • markc Mark Cohen (@markc) reported

@joahua Came in on the HFC coax, nuked the nbn box, took out a network switch and then down the network cables 😬 looks like I have some survivors though. I think the switch took the brunt of it

  • Matt_Tulk Matt_Tulk (@Matt_Tulk) reported

@JunJunisKing @cherniTweet @Aussie_BB Whinging that for months ABB useless techs tried to blame my gear or NBN for obvious outages on there network and couldn’t come clean and actually admit

  • UpikPatel Upik Patel (@UpikPatel) reported

@Optus Been with optus for over 7 yrs. Try to upgrade NBN and ask about fetch tv. All consultant has diff answers!! Finally gave up on that. For mobile without asking my choice for physical sim or esim. Ordered physical sim so i lost network right middle of the call!! Wow!!

  • TopPilotGaming Kieron (@TopPilotGaming) reported

Why is the #NBN so bad? Well, for the 2nd straight day, I have had connection problems around 4:30PM.

  • zerogrindzero Michael Anthony (@zerogrindzero) reported

Wow. @optus NBN tech support is a dumpster fire.

  • lucyloc72593422 lucylocket (@lucyloc72593422) reported

@KateForsyth @HNSAustralasia @KateQuinnAuthor Was my lousy slow nbn

  • MarkHnsn Mark Hansen (@MarkHnsn) reported

What's the point of having fiber to the building if you can't offer upload speeds better than NBN? We're now looking at paying $109/month to Aussie BB. Not happy about the internet bill doubling for equivalent service (probably worse, as we'll now go over shared NBN lines)

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@UpikPatel Hi Upik, we're sorry to hear about your experience when looking for assistance with your NBN and mobile service enquiries. We've tagged this as feedback to relevant teams for review. (1/2)

@Christi49154364 @Internode We so many nbn outages, both planned & unplanned, it makes working at home almost impossible. I have to use my phone to connect on most days. Don’t know why I’m bothering to pay for an internet service that doesn’t exist.
