    6h 7m on to @Optus since Thursday trying to relocate NBN, to somehow be in a position where I’m now getting 12/1 on FTTP, whereas I was getting 100/40 on FTTC. One of, if not the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. This needs sorting!

    @shoebil57672266 This bloke will cost this country a bloody sight more than Rudd with his handouts, roof insulation, school libraries and NBN. We will never recover from Bowen's attack on our economy and industries.

    @NBN_Australia why my nbn modem is not working I’ve been trying to fix this thing since this morning and still don’t have any answer, downstream light flashing all the time pls send some help

    @SirLLizzington That's usable Wireless NBN where i moved to was less than 3Mbs 6-9 P.M But close to 50Mbps all other times. But the upload was always slow at never more than 5Mbps So i went 4G terrestrial on a voice/data sim and it's 25/25 Mbps reliably so usable

    This is a regular occurrence these days: "NBN has let us know that they are doing emergency network maintenance between Tue 20th September 2022 13:20 AEST and Tue 20th September 2022 18:00 AEST, for 180 min." Not sure 'maintenance' qualifies as an 'emergency'?

    My super's "socially conscious" option invests in Telstra and the NBN, CSL (used to be a publicly owned company), medibank, probably hundreds of other companies. It invests in Amazon for ****'s sake.

    @Miss__Squeaks All depends on your location and the type of NBN you have access to. If its an option, Telstras 5G home internet is fantastic (I use it myself to stream, play FF14 without issue

    @FionaKatauskas Well that’s one way to stop it. It didn’t help when the NBN had an unplanned outage yesterday evening. So nothing on but FTA with #mournporn I’ve taken refuge in an actual book.
