@GladysB I have been @Optus customer for 20+ years. The past 10 weeks our internet goes on and off 10-15 times per day. Two weeks ago we were lucky to have it for a few hours. NBN & Optus each blame each other. I keep paying the bills for a substandard service. Telstra, here I come..

  • DavidHa30584721 #MurdochRoyalCommission. (@DavidHa30584721) reported

@RuncibleH My nbn has been out for 2 days. No word on their SM accounts no answer from their phone staff. Bugger all signal on my phone.

  • JosephRadley Joseph Radley (@JosephRadley) reported

Just spent 10 mins winding up an obvious scammer wanting to upgrade my NBN connection. So "Alex" from "NBN tech support (subcontinent division)" maybe next time you should call someone that actually has an NBN connection.

  • NYCAntipodean Nicole Smith (@NYCAntipodean) reported

@DrKate_Miller @JaneCaro @AlboMP I imagine there might also be some doctors who are not tech savvy plus our **** NBN that needs to be replaced with an actual high speed network.

  • thevixter2 Vicki Clay (@thevixter2) reported

@Russputin2 I act dumb and keep asking 'what is NBN?' Followed by 'what is the internet?' For some reason they hang up on me

  • AustraliaPM Prime Minister of Australia News 🌻 (@AustraliaPM) reported

So no more gas for new homes in Victoria @DanielAndrewsMP ? When will you make FTTP mandatory for all new home builds? It's not rocket science. The Internet is a utility and the NBN is crap. Do it. Lead the nation.

  • Choldie1 Choldie (@Choldie1) reported

@noplaceforsheep Settle down the nbn couldn't handle it.

  • ChopDaSesh ChopDaSesh RickFPS (@ChopDaSesh) reported

@NBN_Australia WHY IS IT SO ******* HARD TO GET MULTIPLE ROUTERS TO DETECT MY NBN CONNECTION. **** ALL YOU ***** THAT HAVE ANYRHING TO DO WITH THIS **** SYSTEM. **** ALL YOU *****. **** YOU ALL. **** YOU.

  • achard Chard (@achard) reported

@antizeroalt @misguidedjenni @MichaelWestBiz Telecoms.. like Telstra.. where we had to buy back the pits for billions of dollars to make NBN work? Where prices went up, service got worse, corners were cut so that shareholders could get their pound of flesh?
