@DanSmith18 @NBN_Australia @Telstra No, the NBN doesn't talk to customers. They just offer crap technology and then hide behind the RSPs.

  • Sor84172970 Sor (@Sor84172970) reported

    It's better I unblock NBN when I had a complaint.. :)

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@wiki_Luke I can see you have an NBN service, not 4G. Therefore, please send us a Direct Message via Twitter along with your account number. From there, we will take a closer look at your internet connection. Tina.

Just got a call claiming to be from Telstra to help me as my internet was infiltrated by bad people. Thing is, I have no Telstra account nor even nbn. Having watch lots of @JimBrowning11 videos I new precisely what was happening. Would be funny if not so despicable.

@BazzaCC **** I feel old. I remember when it was definitely black & white, & in the Upper Hunter we only had 2 channels. NBN 3 & ABC 5, for fastidious fact checkers

  • Deanosim Deanosim 🥔 (@Deanosim) reported

I wonder if NBNco and Ausnet are going to reimburse all the Victorians that have been without power for 3 days for all the mobile data they've had to buy because the NBN doesn't work?

  • dontcallmekatie Kate Giles (@dontcallmekatie) reported

How is the NBN this fundamentally bad? I live a 10min walk from Ad CBD. I pay a premium for unlimited quality NBN. And yet I have zero connection *often*, terrible service and am advised that there is no fault when I try to report it. Monthly faults at best. @Optus - FIX THIS.

  • XanoLlVE Xano (@XanoLlVE) reported

@NBN_Australia How much longer guys please. I’ve been waiting since February. I literally pay 4 bills for 4G internet so I can actually do my job and it’s terrible. IM BEGGING YOU 🥲

  • Dave_Matteo Dave (@Dave_Matteo) reported

Anyone have the problem where NBN disconnects online games but nothing else? @NBN_Australia

  • FickleRatio Fickle.Ratio (@FickleRatio) reported

@NBN_Australia It's your issue, not my service providers. Your lines are down, not theirs.
