Once again @Optus and @NBN_Australia did not come to fix my Internet. 2 time now has booked for 1 pm to 5 pm and waiting for no reason. No one shows up again. Once again no give me any answers.

@jenfereddy Yes, I fear it's my connection - hard to believe I'm in the Perth CBD (well West Perth but still on the business side) The NBN has been terrible here 😪

@dylee90 @NBN_Australia For some perspective, for me cancelled twice came on third appointment. In all 12 days to fix the issue.

@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?

A reminder to kick this #IncompetentGovernment out (and fair in the *****) at the next election! Rorts, jobs for mates, treatment of AS gaoling for over 8 years, vaccine rollout, NDIS, NBN, demonising poor people and the list rolls on and on!

I have a @LenovoANZ clock radio, which I love. What I'm not happy with, though, is the way it drops off my wifi network DAILY! (Only since upgraded to NBN and got a new modem.) Massive PITA.

Had NBN outage and @TPG_Telecom helped reschedule after 2 appt no shows. Came on the third appt issue all fixed after 12 days. @NBN_Australia you are affecting daily lives now!
