@gomoau The Optus network - theyl stop your internet without notification then say its NBN and the engineer cant come till June the 16th - another network sets you up in three days - Optus the service without service

@annabellebrett The fault that was raised to our Engineers requires an NBN technician visit to resolve it, however, due to the issues within the transition to the new systems in the NBN Co., we are not able to booked an appointment for you. This has been raised to the NBN Co management. -Basil

@NBN_Australia 3rd day of No show for confirmed appointments. Have had no internet for a week. Yes we have gone via service provider. Hasn't worked since work was done in the area recently. What do we have to do to get some action?

@BuzniakPiotr You’re lucky we average between 10 to 20 download speed with Internode. 4 weeks on, NBN out, technician out, new modem and still same crap. Paying for 50. So many dropouts and during the day the speed is dreadful.

@superloopnet internet has been offline for the last 2 hours. Neither your page nor the nbn shows any outage. I was 6th in queue 2 hours ago when I tried to call support. When I try now I'm 28th in queue. The response time suggests I'm not the only one experiencing issues.
