@Dr_Opbear Once NBN service is declared ready in your area you have approximately around 18 months before the old network (ADSL/Copper) will be switched off. You will eventually need to switch over to the NBN service to continue using the internet. 1/2 -Mel

Hey @TPG_Telecom your NBN service has been down in Canterbury NSW from 1/May 1:30 PM ! NBN site reports no issue.

I bet you’re asking ‘why don’t you just ring our NBN support?’ Well, I have, a number of times. I go through the agonising identity checks, with every. Single. Operator. I go through the usual steps to reset everything, then get told the issue is on your end.

@RoshDigital @NBN_Australia Around 50Mbps down & 20+ up Doesn’t drop out every time it rains!

  • TPG_Telecom TPG (@TPG_Telecom) reported

@Dr_Opbear The speed you provided definitely suggests there is an issue with the service. Even on the entry level NBN 12 plan, the typical evening speed between 7pm and 11pm is 12Mbps. Kindly DM us your customer ID so we can investigate your issue. 2/2 -Mel
