Ok, @NBN_Australia. I just got a call from my RSP saying that the repair to my illegally slow FTTN service at my house, replacing 60 metres of 10 pair copper cable, has been put back from July 2013, to August 2014. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! #NBN The house literally next door has FTTP.

@Jameseatworld2 Hey @Jameseatworld2. It sounds like this could be an issue with NBN's infrastructure, which is why our team recommended an appointment with them. They usually come and try to fix the issue. Fingers crossed they can get you back to enjoying those sweet 1Gbps speeds!

@Gergyl Our only option is satellite internet. We rely on it to make calls as well as we have no phone reception. The NBN satellite doesn’t offer unlimited and 50GB a month is about $80 - it is unreliable and slow. Starlink was a game-changer for us, so I suppose I put more value on it.

@ridetoworkpol Hi Matthew, sorry to hear about your internet connection issue. Can you please send us a direct message to confirm which internet service is this in regards to, I mean 4G home internet, 5G home internet or NBN home internet? Kartik
