@NYKAustralia Do you rate Telstra? They were trash for us. We changed to Aussie Broadband on the NBN and basically haven’t had an issue at all. Need peak performance to see the Knicks dominate in HD definition

@Telstra The frustration is that I did nothing to request a change in my service, but when it was looked into Telstra said I had contacted another provider and was connecting to them so Telstra had to turn off my internet as you can have 2 NBN lines! I did not contact another service.

@Telstra Hi Jimmy, I'm happy to report an NBN Technician attended and were able to reinstall the cable and reinstate the service. The next important step so this doesn't happen again to others: I have useful, objective feedback for Telstra to help improve your process. Who can listen?

@StephenJonesMP @mahootna2 Beggars belief it hasn’t rolled out there yet when they’re already beginning upgrades to existing NBN infrastructure in other parts of the country The whole rollout under LNP has been a scandal. I don’t know why the Australian public aren’t more angry over this essential service

@NBN_Australia Its been reported on multiple occasions. Your sub contractor spent 9 hours tracking down every break and repairing them but it still drops out. **** Telstra cable is the issue.

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Thanks Loren. Who should I invoice for the mobile data I’m using to hotspot to my computer? I shouldn’t be paying a premium for a service that I can’t even use. This is the 6th fault I’ve had with AuBB in 6 months.

@Telstra Process is under way, that my original internet service, connected to the NBN is still being disconnected (this has taken since I contacted on Saturday). Then once this is done I need to contact Telstra to connect a new plan! This will end up with over a week of no internet
