    @KateEmerson88 I had this problem last year. We do not have NBN (not available in our area). We put up a rooftop aerial and it has made all the difference even during the most torrential rain. Use a local tradie, Telstra etc. are far too expensive.

    @LJPatton @NBN_Australia With WFH now the norm for me, my wife also WFH several days a week and kids doing home schooling due to COVID restrictions again, waiting this long for a service restoration just doesn't cut it. I'd say "any more" but frankly, it was never good enough to start with.

    @Telstra Not really. Been trying to sort something out for years now. Outside NBN fixed rollout so stuck with what Telstra let us have, so get bounced around until sometime says sorry we can't help you.

    @FeeFeeCee @Aussie_BB Had an email from TPG warning that NBN might be down today re maintenance. Not here in Greenslopes but 2 warning emails this week.

    Safe to say that the mobile network is not coping with half of Western Vic losing their NBN connectivity from the power outage.

    @NBN_Australia Already lodged with my RSP. Apparently it takes days to get an appointment to get someone from NBN to actually look at the issue. I bet it's just a NTD replacement - that's what it's been in the past...

    @hartoast Hi there, that sounds very frustrating. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues. You'll need to raise this with your provider, as they manage your services. They have an internal nbn support team they can request assistance from on your behalf, if required. 1/2
