@Optus NBN failure. Have been chatting to a tech rep from Optus “nbn support” for closer to 1 hr and now the option is calling some number to get a tech organized tomorrow at 8am ? Seriously? Telling me this at 1.45am? We are in a lockdown

Hey @ScottMorrisonMP is the #LNPCrimeFamily and @NBN_Australia going to do anything? Or was these internet outages planned? I'm pretty sure someone in parliament should be pissed off after giving them BILLIONS for this network to fail? Or did it go to the #caymanisland accounts?

@TelstraEnt Get off twitter. You need all your resources to fix the atrocious NBN service you provide. And having an actual human answer the phone instead of that hopeless mobile app you force customers to use. It would be more useful calling my Grandpa for help. And he's dead.

I then get an email from the ISP. My NBN connection cannot proceed ... because there is already a service connected to the apartment. Even though the flat is completely empty.

So, while I was staying with my mother all weekend I got a message about an NBN outage in my area. Then it said the issue was fixed, but if it was still not working reset your modem. I did that, by switching on and off. It didn’t help. Iinet is checking
