  Publicly owned generators in the NEM today are some of the worst players in the market withholding supply to force peak prices up. NBN is a financial/business disaster. (Though the network is actually good)

  @desmondbratcat @nbn @Starlink In a sense its not the ISPs fault, its the NBNs fault. The problem as per last week, an NBN tech came out to connect someone in my complex. Seems he unplugged me at the pit. I don't know why we still have ISPs when they just default to the NBN to come out & fix the issue.

  @Starlink Hi, I received the Starlink kit today. I thought the installation would be easy, but I found it difficult. I have decided to keep my NBN service instead, so I would like to cancel my Starlink service and return the kit. Please let me know the return process. Thank you.

  @AnthonyDonB @Starlink Latency is terrible - it works but if you can get fibre / nbn - stick with that - even Elmo says it can’t compete with cable in cities

  @TopherField Satellite has been about forever, the government never got in its way, I had it and it was ****. I used NBN relatively successfully over inferior satellite technologies until Starlink came along. Your opinions don’t appear to align with my experiences accurately.

  @showcallcrewing @NBN_Australia The wireless modem is worth the extra $10/month. I can work, kids are happy, wife can do her work, but says it is slow, but okay.

  @TopherField I didn't say I was against Starlink, what I'm saying is people can wax lyrical about this being disruptive 15 years after the NBN was started to sound prophetic when it was not a viable solution 15 years ago
