    @Optus I went to Harvey Norman Wonthaggi and spoke to Laughlin. This young man was wonderful I have not experienced such superior customer service before. He solved my problem and even told me how I could save $ by changing to your NBN.

    Our nbn modem died, and I had minimal data on my phone, so sorry for my 4 day absence. I am once again available for random advice, moral support, attempts at humour ( both successful and otherwise)

    What's with myoptus messenging service, drop-outs while mid conversion trying to correct another issue optus created because you hire under trained people to fix issues. I can't believe the mistakes optus had made after simply changing from nbn to wireless modem

    @ScottRhodie What about buy iPhone outright from Apple pre-order and get a SIM only plan? From Telstra or a reseller like Boost 🤔 I gave them up years back. ******* ball ache to get anything resolved from ppl's phones to NBN, the website sucks. Couldn't even cancel a landline properly 🙄
