    Sitting on hold to ***** internet... sorry meant @DodoAustralia. Customer service is as extinct as the dead bird in there NBN phone area.

    @PJS_84 NBN is ****. Mine drops out or blows up if we have a strong wind! Its a disaster. As for the speed, its no faster than the previous.

    @RBJRON Lol know your feeling... my ADSLII plus was bullet proof & faster than my Premium NBN service, it fell over the day it was cut over & has been falling over a couple of times a week for the last 4 years.

    @DeadBeardTV Optus will tell you theres no issue until you've hounded them enough times that they send out a technician for the NBN and discover that while they were upgrading the lines, the just damaged all the cables...#askmehowiknow

    @OrangeFizzer @stufromoz Yeah, no dramas. We actually stopped using NBN at the old place because it was so bad after years of proper cable so we switched to a 4G internet modem. We also have a spare Telstra dongle anyway, it’s just expensive.
