    @NBN_Australia our nbn service has been intermittent for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Is the nbn fixed wireless tower at Lymington Southetn Tasmania being serviced or something

    @NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

    You may have seen my whinge to Optus about the NBN being down It’s been working since later that day As I requested updates I’m getting, we are still working on it updates This one advises I’ll receive the next update in 3 days WTAF, I’m lucky it seems

    NBN back up after a support call. That's good. On the down side, another unit in the building lost their NBN as soon as the technician fixed ours. Not the first time. It's almost as if there is a financial incentive for contractors to set up multiple call outs. Surely not?

    How good is an NBN that drops out when it rains? How good is getting disconnected from work video calls as a result? How good is the service provider (NBN) who won’t investigate unless there’s 6 dropouts a day? Thanks #LNP. Another reason to vote the clowns out. And thanks NBN.

    @Optus NBN has dropped out 3 times here in Richmond 3121. Impossible to get through to tech support.

    @LeanneBrummell @jo_noCSG They've just been told by NSW Gov that they also have to comply. All attendees seated & quiet or its clised down! Good old NBN Newcastle News ran the complaints & footage & gov responded quick smart!

    Hi @telstra, I just had an @NBN_Australia technician come through who could t fix my cable, and has now apparently ‘let someone know’. Given we’re working remotely at the moment, we really need to know when our service will be restored? Can you help?

    @TPG_Telecom it's report out of time，not only my home nbn，almost all TPG broadband have same issue. I saw few report on TPG community and Chinese social website
