@NBN_Australia our nbn service has been intermittent for the last 2 or 3 weeks. Is the nbn fixed wireless tower at Lymington Southetn Tasmania being serviced or something

@NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

@NBN_Australia When are you going to acknowledge problems in Canowindra NSW. Myself and neighbours have problems registered with our various service providers who are all telling us that NBN says everything is ok. Get someone out here and fix. We have had no internet for 4 days now.

@Trace72467320 @SpaceX It wasn’t for me. Telstra & NBN both refused to fix our FTN with pitiful@speeds so we got Starlink. Wayyy faster and more reliable. A bit dearer but if paying for Starlink speeds with Telstra it would be three times more expensive. Very happy with Starlink. 👍

@NBN_Australia Would the NBN please acknowledge that your NBN Wireless customers in Canowindra do not have service since last Wednesday. 50% + packet loss. Unusable. Stop telling us you do not have an outage!!

Optus was going to charge me for what they suspected last week or so was a broken modem. Nope. But they asked me to send it back to the warehouse. Poor sod that ends up with that one. 3 weeks before I get a final bill. NBN charges will be wiped. I "sataned" the situation...

And yes when the internet is not working we can’t make outgoing calls (cos of course everything is now nbn phones=phail) but at least we can communicate internally which isn’t everything but it is something.

@ZBadl2 @ryan_racz @SpaceX Then you probably live in melbourne, sydney or another big city because the server you're pinging MUST be very close. I'm stuck at 50mbs download because NBN is horrible. Least with starlink I could get 30ms ANYWHERE, and a FAR more reliable connection.
