@mana_sean Don't take any **** from these people I put up with telstra for years If NBN provides up to 50 mbits you have a right to have access to it There is lots of competition

@NBN_Australia 1. These slow speeds are common across different service providers in the district. 2. The many times I’ve pursued this topic it becomes a duck-shoving exercise: NBN Co. says it’s the service provider; the service provider says it’s lack of capacity at the NBN tower.

A new Space Agency HQ. While hospitals are broken, communities are struggling, the NBN is pathetic and jobs are scarce. Get your head out of your arse @ScottMorrisonMP #LiarFromTheShire #CrimeMinister

@BethanyinCBR @ScottMorrisonMP Err. The NBN is so slow the country could not sustain online learning.

@NBN_Australia Please advise of the direct line because my provider @Aussie_BB has advised this is a NBN issue not theirs. Not sure how a fault like this can’t be fixed for over 2 months
-
Simon Templar (@vk3xem) reported
Optus lied to me at least 3 times, so I am changing mobile and NBN to Belong. Any trouble from Optus I will contact the TIO.

Mushfiq Rahman (@MushfiqTRahman) reported
@NBN_Australia I appreciate the reply. @Aussie_BB are actually the ones who kindly provided all the data re: drop outs and said NBN are trying to fix without any update on when it’ll be sorted. They are fully aware of the fault. Over to NBN I think to sort out…

Mushfiq Rahman (@MushfiqTRahman) reported
@NBN_Australia For those wanting to know, this is the latest response: “Hi Mushfiq. We're unable to determine an ETA for you, however once the info becomes available, this will be liaised directly with your service provider. We ask that they monitor the service request regularly” #poorservice

@Optus you have reported an nbn outage in my postcode since Friday . Your chatbot is no help. I want a human to contact me.

@Mark72160129 @DeakinBeard @AustralianLabor 5G won’t as latency is higher on a mobile data transfer, you have the issue of more outages, a LOT more devices on the same interface makes congestion worse. If it’s not affordable, why are NBN now retroactively upgrading fttn connections, it’s only unaffordable when you 1/2

@NBN_Australia The moment you start assuming that you know better than the customer (and you may, but you're assuming at this point, rather than knowing), you start to lose all credibility.
