  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • 75b0ce8567df4cd Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

  • tonywalker1 Antony (Tony) Walker (@tonywalker1) reported from Fenwick, State of Victoria

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

@nobby15 @reinventionfail I've discovered I'm blocked by quite a few reporters I've never engaged with in the past. Now I don't bother. I'm also still blocked by Turnbull from his days in opposition spruiking Abbott's NBN debacle. Good times.

  • elstormcaller Andrew Kim (@elstormcaller) reported

@KoganSupport Internet at my address has been down for 5+ hours. the NBN website claims there are no outages in my area, can you help at all?

  • josephcooney Joseph Cooney (@josephcooney) reported

I've been dreading the migration from telstra cable to NBN, figuring that it would be a big hassle, loss of service etc. Was seamless. Literally unplug the old telstra gear and plug in new gear. Change a couple of IP addresses and IJW.

  • WilliamTLSec William (@WilliamTLSec) reported

One week since I made it into the 21st century and the NBN is still working fine. Only problem is my graphics card is now dying every time I try to use it with any nVidia driver. Whether it be Windows or Ubuntu, most recent or known working; that’s a dead card. Yay for 1Hz!

  • RissMeister rissmeister (@RissMeister) reported

@NBN_Australia They’re not allowed to test your lines, so I have to wait for one of your techs to find the time to come out and test. No issues on Telstras end. They’ve checked multiple times over the last couple of months.

  • REDRAWRADIO RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported

@mister_wynn @Judetomyfriends ****! How will I pay my excessive NBN bill from all the streaming I’ve been doing for my church? And I was using MY money, not an allowance. Some rules for some, no rules for others Les Miserables

  • DroneUrban Urban Drone (@DroneUrban) reported

@TaodeHaas @Anthony23831253 They never can. My rusted-on blamed nbn purely on Labor😳

  • TaodeHaas Tao de Haas (@TaodeHaas) reported

Talking to a rusted on LNP voter who was complaining about the NBN than complained about the Chinese Govt on port Darwin. I asked, what party did you vote again? Couldn’t really see the correlation. Pity there is no god to help us #auspol

  • Internode Internode (@Internode) reported

@timhughsmith Hey Tim, we'd all likely follow the same process of reporting an issue to NBN given they are the network provider and wholesaler. If there's any issues or concerns with the case for investigation we'd be happy to take a look if you want to shoot us a message. - T

  • AlvinNg Alvin Ng (@AlvinNg) reported

@Optus If I have an NBN service under one account in a VIC address and ordered a new NBN service for a different property in NSW, would the new NBN service be under the same account as the VIC one?
