    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

    And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

    @NBN_Australia I have done all of this multiple times. Our provider can’t give us an ETR because you guys haven’t given them one. There is currently a broken cable hanging from a pole and no technician in sight. Will they be there this weekend so I can work on Monday?

    @Telstra is there an NBN outage in 3161 Caulfield North? NBN hasn't been working since last night. The uplink light on my connection box is continuously blinking.

    Thank you to @NBN_Australia for once again failing to deliver us a service. We explained several times that FTTC was inappropriate given we had robust HFC. You cut us off but connected next door. This is a joke. So we have 2 very senior IT consultants unable to earn an income

    @NBN_Australia I was eligible for fttc/hfc. Until you broke the network without any supportable cause This is on your organisation alone. You should just did the original monumental mistake you made in the design. You cut my service speed in half and reduced reliability. #GreatWork

    @BarryLi51767296 a small problem when you are using the nbn. A regular problem experienced when you are stuck on a Cashless card. the power drops the eft pos machines go down. if power off long enough the local exchange goes down so even if you have a generator or battery you are out of luck

No other utility/service (gas, electricity, NBN etc) can send you bills for, not only no product & no intention to provide it to you, but not even do what they're claiming to charge you for (maintain waterways) in your area. Bullshit

    @9NewsMelb Isn’t the speed dictated by the NBN network! Unless they’re paying for a plan with a speed that NBN cannot supply to the carrier.

    The NBN has handsomely eclipsed the infamous blue screen that for years paralysed networks like a stalking peril. If it was any other well paid service the constant interruptions would not be tolerated year year out! To refer to it as a train wreck is praising it up, its a PEST!

    @NBN_Australia DM's didn't help last time. I prefer this communication on a public channel. The issue was reported and earliest possible tomorrow. So we are off air for 2 days because your screwed up the network seeding and reduced Fibre to HFC. We're forced to run on 50+ yr old copper.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks… but the reply was that you can’t escalate my complaint via social media… Also my service provider @Aussie_BB can’t escalate it until your tech team provided and update and resolution date… so please stop pretending I have any other avenues to appeal #governmentservice
