The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

Although returning it with the receipt for a full refund is a good idea. $51 billion for the 43rd fastest internet that already is past its used by date is crazy.

When I call I talk to a person almost immediately, not automation. Since I got set up I've never had to call. If there is an outage coming up or if one is finished they email. It really is excellent service
