  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • tonywalker1 Antony (Tony) Walker (@tonywalker1) reported from Fenwick, State of Victoria

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

  • 75b0ce8567df4cd Dave Wood (@75b0ce8567df4cd) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

NBN is obviously not weather proof Yes we have had a lot of rain in Brisbane & we are not in a flood area but continually having outrages for weeks now & latest is no service for most of this week A truly **** system which fails during wet weather

  • spo0kyxspice SpookyxSpice 👻 Physical Media Fiend (@spo0kyxspice) reported

@NBN_Australia Yeah, any idea why the 5G network is the only available connection option with TPG at the moment? Yet connecting to 5G NBN network results in constant drop outs and speeds not being what they test as?

  • PTom73 PTom votes LNP last (@PTom73) reported

@stevol321 @WazzaGc Wow, are you really are that stupid. I bet you believe - SA blackout was cause by to many renewable. NBN would cost more to install under labor. Good at defence planing Look after seniors in nursing homes. Does a great job during disaster drought, bushfires, covid or floods

  • Isometimeswish Peter Bradford (@Isometimeswish) reported

Hey @telstra you called yesterday to tell me my very late NBN connection would be made today. Still waiting. Then you told me my backup sim in my modem would be data loaded within 2 hours. Still waiting 7 hours later. A real dearth of service. Should have gone elsewhere #poor

@Telstra Hello, is there an nbn outage in Tweed Heads South 2486?

  • rkd993 Sir Dr Rusty o the Isle #RebootAU2022💧💛🖤💔 (@rkd993) reported

So the bribe to the #DickheadNationals is clear. More announcements, billion$ of bribes WHY WERE RURAL & REGIONAL SCREWED OVER FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS ? Only for a an election do they announce they will fix the rural MOBILE and NBN #WakeUpAustralia YOU are being played #AusPol

  • EstebanInsausti ei (@EstebanInsausti) reported

Medicare PBS NDIS NBN Family Court - not one LNP idea. Their one idea is to lower taxes, meaning killing all those schemes that help all of us by not being able to fund them. LNP are wreckers not builders.

  • AlwaysSunday32 John (@AlwaysSunday32) reported

@davidbewart There was the NBN, the postal survey and I think there was a video about the time Malcolm was so poor he had to answer the door while his butler was out fetching the yacht.

  • mikeaubrey2 🇦🇺mikeaubrey🏳️‍🌈 (@mikeaubrey2) reported

@degtrman @roseannebyrne @davidbewart He's not gutting our NBN....he stuffed it up, blamed Labor.....now spending $bn's to fix it.....including part of Barnaby's Blackmail for zero 😠😡😠.....but it's still, overpriced, underspeed & a useless patchwork of technology....& we're paying for his fck up

  • aussiewongm Marcus Wong (@aussiewongm) reported

@fixedblock I had the same dilemma when installing conduit for my NBN install - in the end contractor didn't even care, just hooked the cable up to the Telstra rope I'd run through it, and asked if I could help pull it through from inside.
