    Why is @3AW693 targeting @Telstra about the NBN and how it’ll cope with the increased load on the network. There are other providers of the NBN out there. #sheeple listening will take any slow downs or outages as being Telstra’s fault/problem.

    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

    @Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @Telstra after spending almost an hour on the phone to your tech support yesterday my NBN has died.. initially had some cover but I cant get any tech support until the 9th Feb. Only reason I can get this msg to you is via a mobile broadband so no TV at all today sick kids

    @_KangaWho @NBN_Australia Unfortunately it's very common for outages to affect some and not all services in a particular area, to tell if an outage is impacting your service and then troubleshoot accordingly if not, we would need for you to get in touch.     @Aussie_BB Hi Lizzie. I did that and an NBN ... I can't call them engineers as that would be an insult to engineers was supposed to come out yesterday to fix the damage the engineer that came out on Monday caused. Looks like they balled it up. No surprises there.

    @NBN_Australia I never lost power... just lost the NBN - no lights at all on the nbn box. I rebooted when the internet connection "died" ensured the connection but not a green light (or any light) showing on the nbn box

    Hey! @NBN_Australia don't want to take you away from the lego team building meetings and parties, but can you kinda just get on with building the network? I.e Gunning NSW still relying in on satellite, can't even get adsl from @Telstra

    @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I'm pretty sure you see POIs and know if an area/suburb is down. Also, I did call at 5:44pm and the wait time was 82mins, so I requested a call back, which I haven't received.
