@Henjam48 @JaneCaro @TonyAbbottMHR @NBN_Australia They’ve been set up to fail. Like most entities that are answerable to govt. The person responsible for it all is JWH. Had Telstra not been sold in the first place, it would have continued to upgrade its network and we may not have needed an NBN on the scale the ALP envisaged.

  • KathyReid Kathy Reid, Servant of House Corgi (@KathyReid) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

Summary: we almost-delivered an obsolete network not fit for purpose and now we're struggling with finding a way to make it valuable as a private asset and service our debt, and raise capital to rebuild it post-2020 instead of it being made a public utility #NBN #NBN2

And 3 out of 4 premises are now capable of connecting to the NBN! Well that is at your own risk! It's just more bullshit from government and ISP companies to scam more money from anyone stupid enough to opt for this NBN CRAP!

  • tonywalker1 Antony (Tony) Walker (@tonywalker1) reported from Fenwick, State of Victoria

Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

@AlboMP Dude your nbn sucks and quality of education isn't equal all across the board. Family needs to fork out million just to buy a property on a high performing public school. Maybe scrap the school zone. In addition why not scrap nbn and subsidies STARLINK?

  • betterbushcomms BIRRR (@betterbushcomms) reported

@progressiveagri @ktxby Mobile in regional areas is very congested and often not useable in peak times. Nbn fixed wireless network is in the middle of a huge $750 million upgrade eith speeds of up to 325mbps available soon.

  • James57136915 JamesW (@James57136915) reported

@NBN_Australia @ericsson @MWCHub I’ve got outages scheduled for the today and the next 2 working days - basically most of the working day - the reliability of the network is shocking. I’ve had at least one a week for the last few months. It’s not fit for purpose just waiting for 5G to roll out.

  • Ashby03824020 Ashby (@Ashby03824020) reported

@JulianHillMP Almost 12 months on and the stench of corruption still wafting around the LNP years. I’m still interested in how our NBN, as proposed by PM Rudd, suddenly got so bad under the LNP, and TV streaming services didn’t look half as good compared to the Foxtel service offer. Hmmm 🤔

  • brooksieg brooksieg (@brooksieg) reported

I wonder if @Telstra departments actually talk to each other? Moved out of a house a week ago and still cannot get NBN-Telstra disconnect through. Useless and incompetence don’t begin to describe customer service.

  • brianstandlick Antifa bleeding heart Union thug Brian Standlick, (@brianstandlick) reported

@IsZomg @RobertCawood2 Why would a privatised Auspost run an unprofitable service? Is that the same as the rural NBN and "public" transport. Privatisation has never improved anything, anywhere world wide.

  • Skippidydoodah Jeremy Law (@Skippidydoodah) reported

@NBN_Australia thanks guys, 4 days no internet, your guys working on our street started it and they have told all of us its not their problem. You're still copper to your house and we install fibre!!! You friggin caused it so fix it, what a **** company, starlink here we come!

  • alipage6 Ali (@alipage6) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia @ericsson @MWCHub What about homes with constant NBN outages? I’d look forward to a service that works.

  • dunxcorp Dutch (@dunxcorp) reported

@RavenZech2 @sowdented The government wasted $74 billion building a $6.4 billion NBN. If you truly care about saving tax start there. I will support new taxes when the corruption and waste are fixed

  • zac48253501 zac (@zac48253501) reported

@NBN_Australia Seriously NBN what the hell? My fibre is down since 2pm and apparently Aussie is showing you have resolved issue. Why in the world would you do such a stupid maintenance on a friday? when everyone wants to watch tv shows and relax??? I checked the fibre lead and theres no light!
