    @NBN_Australia So im waiting for updates from @Telstra, who are waiting for updates from you...and your response to Telstra is we’ll fix it in 7 weeks...then your customer can book in a new appointment.... which will be another 2 weeks.

    Also, update on my internet shenanigans: - NBN says I'm in a network shortfall - No phone ports in my flat for ADSL - I'm equidistant from all towers, leaving me on 1 bar or worse on every mobile network 😩

    Hey @TPG_Telecom funny how you’re ADSL service has gone to shit ever since NBN came in the area. But today there have been nonstop dropouts, and I’ve been on nonstop hold trying to talk to someone about the issue.

    @Telstra you have a major 24hr police station in Melbourne without phones and internet due to an NBN cable issue, it's been nearly 20hrs now and no fix. I think you should escalate this issue ASAP.

    @Trish_Corry @AusIndiMedia Wi-Fi problems would be the router being used not the actual NBN itself as you said the computer via ethernet cable is good. I bet most that complain are all using Wi-Fi only

    Today is the 15th day without the internet working properly- drops out every 2-3 minutes- not enough time to post a review with an image. THANKS NBN for the crap service!!!! on 25th January my internet dropped out 103 times in 24 hours!!

    Last week another office in our building transferred our internet by mistake!! We transferred it back and it’s still NOT working!! Both @NBN_Australia @moretelecomau are completely hopeless at fixing this issue. As a online business with no internet it’s a massive inconvenience.

    @NBN_Australia @SpaceXStarlink Hi Chris. Our ISP (Belong) says there is still an NBN outage. They say they can see it’s out from their supplier back end but it’s not showing on the public website. Nice work trying to shift the blame to them though 👌

    @TheFeaver 1/2 Hi and sorry to hear! We normally should pass on any outage info via email and Myaussie from NBN so apologies if comms were delayed, I'd suggest calling in case we have some old contact details too

    @Telstra I waited at home for 5 hrs for a NBN Technician, no call, no sms, no email, I wasted my sunday waiting on someone that never cameor communicated from a telecommunication company, the irony is real.

    @NBN_Australia Hi NBN, the NBN has been down for almost 4 straight days for most of Nevada Ave, Colyton 2760. I have let my ISP know previously. But do outages typically last this long? I understand maybe 24 hours or so but it's been almost 4 days now.

    @iiNet Hi, I had an outage a couple weeks ago and the same issue is back. I don’t have all 4 lights on my NBN box. But turning it off and on doesn’t resolve it. There are no reported outages in my area. Thanks
