    @_thomasparkes @NBN_Australia Yep - starlink (and similar services in US) appear to be the primary use case. It's a per-device service; I'm using it to access a Raspberry Pi server. Setup involves installing wireguard and configuring a tunnel to the endpoint.

    We have also installed 14 generators to maintain service continuity at six nbn Fixed Wireless infrastructure sites, and we are preparing to deploy an additional 15 generators to 11 other nbn Fixed Wireless infrastructure sites to maintain service continuity.

    @yvmzy Starlink is better then Satellite NBN it's currently the best Satellite internet service out there. But in terms of being better then Telstra it more then likely won't fix that they average 50mb to 240mb depending on location. But there's a 20-40ms ping delayed compared to FTTP

    Since I started this tenancy 5 months ago we’ve had no gas supply for 4 months, no nbn for 3 days, no hot water for 3 days no water supply for 12 hrs, no electricity for 17hrs and counting. Never in my life have experienced such misfortune in a rental. Get me out of this place!

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Alicia. Unfortunately this needs to not be treated as an individual issue as our whole street still seem to be out. No ones NBN is back on after it was apparently “resolved”. AussieBB mentioned it could be something simple the technicians missed before the left.

    Could @NBN_Australia validate that the technology FTTP/C/N etc doesn't matter when it comes to frame delay nor does it matter what speed tier you have 12/1 or 1000/50. As a residential customer you are at the mercy of how many people share GPON fibre with you with frame delay.

    @NBN_Australia I know how to check outages and have spoken to service provider twice. I want NBN to provide info for when they are going to fix their problem. Thanks
