    @_thomasparkes @NBN_Australia Yep - starlink (and similar services in US) appear to be the primary use case. It's a per-device service; I'm using it to access a Raspberry Pi server. Setup involves installing wireguard and configuring a tunnel to the endpoint.

    @PeterDutton_MP Do you count the 5.5billion for the French Submarines that as axed as defence spending ? Its also effective spending. You wasted billions on subs & NBN. So you inflate bad expenditure as well spent money.

    Ive been advised that the "NBN" aka #NoBloodyNetwork is being installed. Yet they cant tell me how Im going to contact emergency services during a power cut when I dont have a mobile phone. If I need #ambos or #SAPolice then what? @Telstra @TKoutsantonisMP @fultonhogan

    @allenby_darryl @orlandomazzone @PRGuy17 The fragmentation of the NBN, moving more services to inferior technology (fibre to the node/kerb) leaving us with a piecemeal network that let a lot of people down during the pandemic, while increasing roll out costs

    The NBN box arrived but it’s not picking up service…lays down. I’m too tired to troubleshoot. Will try tomorrow instead I guess.

    Hi @iinet my neighbor and I are both experiencing intermittent drop outs on our NBN service in Bondi junction near Waverley Park since about 2:30 this afternoon. No faults noted on your site but clearly something going on. Any advice on when normal service will resume
