    @_thomasparkes @NBN_Australia Yep - starlink (and similar services in US) appear to be the primary use case. It's a per-device service; I'm using it to access a Raspberry Pi server. Setup involves installing wireguard and configuring a tunnel to the endpoint.

    @dmccann65 @Ballyurra @slsandpet Thanks for the NBN rant, I’m well aware of its shortcomings.. but she asked for an alternative provider since Telstra are refusing to help her perform any troubleshooting. Superloop will help her with this

    @NBN_Australia idk if this is an NBN issue or my ISP issue but since about Tuesday my internet witch has FTTP all of the sudden became slow and I can’t even look up anything sometimes and my internet hasn’t been like that since I got FTTP.

    @PaulineHansonOz @GreensAU2 Pauline, you should have seen the corruption when NBN kicked off. I worked in scope, design , construction, activations and repairs. I’m bound by NDAs but **** that. I’m sending you a letter that will upset a lot of people. I’m tired of playing nice.

    You know how it goes. Labor outs in place big reforms, Libs get in and **** up the process. Just like NBN and copper. NDISS they let loose free enterprise rip offs.. You always vote with libs so……..

    @ruicharadrius The government did the same thing that Biden / Harris did in USA... They promised "fast NBN" but didn't do ****. They could have just provided us all with Starlink set ups for a LOT cheaper... They could have paid for our monthly connection fees and STILL saved money.

    I look at this guy and all I see is rorted ****** internet. We have such poor leaders in Australia that they cant even recognise how basic, how integral, stuff like the nbn is to Australia. Still fixing yr mistakes, so stfu

    A Direct result of the ALP gutting of the NBN. And they wonder why I'd never vote for them. Still on the same HFC I was on 10 years BEFORE the NBN. Now I get multiple dropouts a month due entirely to infrastructure that should have been fibre for YEARS.

    @KendallJenner Optus struggles to cover here too. It isn't as bad as Vodafone, but it doesn't seem to have any better signal than Telstra & they're like double the price. It's in the small hours of the morning when signal drops. One NBN fibre connection between 150 struggles.
