    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    I've been trying to connect to #NBN with #Optus for a week. I'm an existing customer yet cannot add a service to my account. The online chat is so slow. Which #ISP wants my business? Clearly Optus doesn't.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks Dev. My NBN is running well, thanks. My modem is dropping 2.4Ghz network, but this is a Telstra issue. Cheers.

    @Planet_Rach @JaneCaro They have better internet! Both major parties in NZ agreed that fibre-to-the-home was the best way forward for the country. You know, the same tech that Labor originally deployed for the NBN until the Libs scuttled it and replaced it with ****.

    Bloody @NBN_Australia How can you schedule outages during the day between 9.00 am to 1600 when ppl are locked down kids need to access school, THAT IS NOT ON. Maintenance should be at night

    @Telstra Hi Anto, this was unexpected as I was obviously exaggerating somewhat, BUT since you're here... The Gen 2 Arcadyan NBN modem constantly loses its 2.4Ghz WiFi signal, likely due to a hardware fault. It's a known fault. Do you know if there's a firmware update coming? Cheers.

    @NBN_Australia OH STOP WHAT ALTERNATIVE SERVICES. This is NBN there is NO ALTERNATIVE service for ppl need ZOOM and internet AND YOU KNOW IT. NOT OK AND THERE WILL BE MASSIVE COMPLAINTS

    @jriewolod @vanOnselenP @Telstra Yep similar issue at my mothers paying for a service she doesn’t have use ie still paying for mobile broadband when changed over to nbn 18mo 2 years ago I wonder how many more the same ?? .. can’t ring I’m not authorised .. parent doesn’t want to admit she’s been dudded
