  I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

  @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

  @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

  My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

  @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

  @Optus 3 days with <4Mbps internet after the "problem" that wasn't one before was "fixed" by NBN. On hold 56mins while an agent fault finds a fault that wasn't there beforehand, but now is following an unnecessary fix. #CustomerService

  @NBN_Australia Yep yet another @Optus screw up in a long line of screw ups over the last 6 months ... just decided to cut me off the NBN without reason or warning ... currently on hold with the worst on hold music ever invented do they can reconnect me ...

  @NBN_Australia STOP! Read the comment. The provider is NOT the problem. NBN in the contract state you throttle back VPN traffic.

  It's 2023, and the local @NBN still switches off everytime it rains. it rained 12 times today, so 12 outages Until 6pm when it just shut off completely for everyone around me. No messages, no explanations from NBN or @iiNet. They charge $70 to $120 a month for this pathetic crap.

  @marble_wraith @Zemochcb @TurnbullMalcolm What happened with the NBN was atrocious. Looking for an alternative to their opposition's policy and coming up with a bad idea, then selling it. But we can divide the issues. The subs will degrade our defence while making us dependant on another. Expensive and dangerous.
