@mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@bruhchef1 @AusSyndicialist @toasterpoaster It really is the worst indictment of Labor that, with the exception of the NBN and NDIS, you have to go back to the beginning of ******* time to find talking points to defend Labor. And by the way:

@jrhennessy That’d anger me because it’s not that expensive. One NBN would buy around 50 lots of nationwide Pfizer jab — two shots per person. Measuring taxes and projects in the size of an NBN is useful — we spent so damn long arguing over it through the media.

@pharnzwurth @LaTrioli Same government that invested in oil when it was cheap, still got a bad deal, then stills stores it abroad? Oh and exports gas cheaper than what it's citizens pay. Oh and airportgate. Oh and Watergate. Oh and port of Darwin. Oh and nbn cockup. Oh and newscorp.

@Optus It has now been more than 24 hours! My @Optus NBN internet and phone service still remains practically unusable, with an incredibly slow and patchy connection. Enormously frustrating! And no update yet from anybody as to when full service will be restored

@NBN_Australia Now @VodafoneAU just needs to reliably provide 4G backup. What a shame that we have already spent >250 mins in at least 16 calls since January just to reactivate the backup service every 1-2 wks. Waiting for their written response so that we can further escalate to TIO.

@NBN_Australia I was just wondering if there was a timeframe for when the fault for service activations would be resolved? I haven’t had internet since I moved on the 31/03 even though I was told it would be on when I moved in.

@benpearn Sorry for the frustration, Ben. Judging by the screenshot it appears that NBN has identified a fault within the network. These faults are handled by NBN directly. If you'd like us to look into this please DM us with your service address and we'll investigate - Ness
