  @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

  Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

  @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

  I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

  @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

  @Telstra I’ve got a complaint in the system already, been to the local store, Spoken with a telstra representative about 10 times and nbn twice. Im extremely tired of being asked to escalate. Cannot this be done by telstra themselves.

  @Telstra You slowed the service because we went over the monthly allowance but that is too slow. Simple applications like mail which can operate slow speeds are timing out. For NBN should be about 10 times that

  the NBN's issue is they started rolling out FTTP, then decided it was too expensive and rolled out cheaper shittier fibre-to-the-node in most places ... and they never had a good plan for rural areas

  @Internode 4 hours offline before I had a message saying my NBN was down. Seriously? Why couldn't you see the issue that I was plainly having with my connection? #Frustrating

  @jeshyr And with the half arse job this gov did on the NBN, many of us have slow & glitchy internet. My doctor & I have given up on zoom or FaceTime ‘cause it keeps cutting out. Phone call is far more reliable & doesn’t impact my health nearly as much as leaving the house.... #auspol

  @Optus Thanks for the reply but doesnt help my situation, given there’s no ETA looks like once again I cant work from home , costing me a fortune in down time. This isnt a once off, its now 5 times in the past fortnight . Sucks to be me on this 💩service. @NBN_Australia @optus
