Thank goodness I have prepaid internet service, I keep that service if we lose our home phone/nbn and mobile phone/internet services to outages or the services are suspended because I don’t have the money to pay for them

@Aussietranstara @Telstra Hellstra™ are good in the country. Even on the Mornington Peninsula, I had to stand outside to get any signal. Went with Amaysim who piggyback off the Optus network. I still have a cable connected to the house for Internode NBN. 1 planned drop out in 2years

@iiNet home internet down InnerWestSydney. Sim only modem Not NBN. Great start to lockdown IiNet! You really need to set up messaging help as alternative to clunky voice calls. Fast & one thing Telstra gets right.

@NBN_Australia Please clarify how a NBN scheduled maintenance has anything to do with my ISP and how they are responsible for compensation. Please stop pushing people around! I am in the process of contacting the news media as NBN does not have a direct complaint line and this is unacceptable.

@VodafoneAU Every night we have NBN and mobile outage. Tonight it was from 12:10 AM to 12:29 AM. Last night, it was around 2 AM. The night before, it was around 3 AM. Why? Do I need to get another service for redundancy for when Vodafone is down?

@Telstra My father (existing customer) recently moved apartments and you are unable to provide him with an ADSL connection as “NBN owns the lines” and you are not doing new connections but there is no NBN into the building. How is this a new connection? How is this acceptable?
