    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @drunkenmadman @BrightCoworking there is no mention of the PS5 on the website, but my mate who got one said to ask, and when I did it was still available. I'm waiting for the new phone this month before deciding. Surely the only value an NBN provider adds is price and billing dispute resolution?

    Well, @Telstra and @NBN_Australia still with outrageously poor service. 5+ weeks for a simple NBN service move for our business. Hotspot and 4G only for weeks in a low signal area.

    Hey @NBN_Australia Ten medical practices at 100 Victoria Parade East Melbourne have had no phone or internet access for 2 days. Patients can’t contact doctors. It’s potentially life threatening. Why are you refusing to fix the problem? Stop arguing with the service providers!

    hard to fix fault - @exetel @NBN_Australia - always stuck with line going down every 3 mths due to poor copper and water in pit in #Caboolture

    @Vergops @Telstra Don’t worry Dennis, extremely disappointing at our family home too. We have had the same phone numb since 1966 and they can’t understand why we don’t want it changed since the NBN was added. Then they cut the service for several weeks. We don’t need a new#, give back the original

    @RanTLaw It doesn't help in the short term, but some RSPs are better at letting you know about planned NBN outages than others. NBN don't seem to think they need to be transparent to end users as we are not their direct customers.

    @Optus I have demolished and rebuilt a house, and there is no nbn connection infrastructure yet. I’ve spent a week calling your overseas call centres who barely speak English, who keep telling me 24 - 48 more hours but it never gets done. Surely it’s not that hard!

    @Telstra all services are down in Airport West Vic, NBN and DOT. Dropped out about 40 mins ago...
