    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

    @NBN_Australia Done all that. @Optus called last Friday &whilst giving ' directions ' the call dropped .Have not been able to contact them since. It is not acceptable that infrastructure issues have to be explained from my end to a call centre operative in the Philippines. Contact me.

    @8DavezAWeekes @HazRobert Mate. I took issue with your demand to “nationalise” the NBN, which is already nationalised. We agree there are many problems with governance of the NBN. Making it a government department will not fix them. Getting a better government will.

    @NBN_Australia "Our business hours are Mon to Frid 8 am- 6 pm . " I want to speak with a person who is actually responsible for something, not a 'customer service' individual offshore. This may come as a surprise to you. As a customer who pays 24/7 , this is not acceptable.

    @BazzaCC My pre-NBN speed was little faster than dialup. My PC took 3 hrs to download a 300mb gfx driver update, and 1hr to install felt so damn quick. Now, my NBN is 250mbps, the same file takes 6 minutes to download, and that 1hr to install feels like 3 weeks!

    @chrisjej NBN? That was set up as a company owned by the government, so not public works/public service, and process exactly the opposite of what you've said...

    @NBN_Australia Yeah I lost money from not working and not having anyone show up on my property with no warning. My service provided was told by you all day long that no someone WAS COMING yet no one showed up. Explain that to me

    @BazzaCC Yes I remember that and the sound. No NBN where I am ATM and dodgy network coverage. Often have to wave my phone around to get things to load. Kids don’t like coming here for too long.
