I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@PatsKarvelas NBN is a disaster That NBN is set up so households aren't clients makes a culture that places no value on end user service. I recently complained about NBN to the Ombudsman who sent the complaint on to Tesltra my ISP who wanted to close it because it wasn't their problem.Bizzare.

Woke up to our NBN connection being out yesterday morning. ISP escalated to NBN Co that morning. NBN Co advised their tech would visit next day. Tech arrived early morning and fixed issue. Thanks @NBN_Australia for the great service.

@Telstra Without internet for a week now. 3 NBN appointments and tech hasn't shown up. Spoke with support and was told will be called back in 4 hours. That was 7 hours ago. Called back and was on hold for 29.5 mins and just cut out. You guys are ******.

Due to the #nbn being a complete embarrassment of a system and not wanting to work, my internet is down and a technician isn't available till next Tuesday so unfortunately the streams for today, the weekend and Monday are a no go Stay tuned for when we're available

Get your house in order @NBN_Australia. You cancelled my appointment as you say my NBN issue is fixed but my upload speed of 0.1Mbps and 43% packet loss proves otherwise. Been three days now without service! Failure of a National Broadband Network. #nbn #failure #aussiebroadband

TFW there's about to be a power outage and you're tempted to trigger another upload of something yet the rain over night has slowed the #NBN so much you don't know if the upload will finish in time ... Only a Coalition government can screw up national infrastructure this badly.
