    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @Ballyurra I’m lucky. My Nbn is on the HFC Cable network, which means the old underground copper sh!t, always in trouble when it rains, doesn’t affect me too much. No pits to get flooded, as HFC piggybacks along power line infrastructure.

    @dade_furphy @Asher_Wolf Strata here did a lot of work to convince NBN to do fibre to the apartment, instead of fibre to the building. Building has 1,000+ people. Also extensive roof & plumbing repair, fire safety fixes after original builders left problems

    @AmandaValentina Suggestion, The NBN box in your premises may have upto 4 connections into which your modem from your isp may plug. Have you tested your modem in each connection. You may need to wait a few minutes between each plugging to test your phone or computer to see if service working.
