    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    Arh had @NBN_Australia out to see why I have dropped From > 100 to 10. Spent 3 to 4 hours before blaming @superloop. Then @NBN_Australia contractor reported it as a modem issue, after spending 4 hours here. What options do I have?

    Every time I get a text saying @NBN_Australia are doing scheduled works I shudder. They *always* f*ck it up but tick the job as finished with no faults when they don't even check for faults. Last time was 4 days lost service. This time we are one two and no sign of a fix. jfc.

    @MichelePlayfair @Cloudflare Super unexpected! Great customer service, internet connected within an hour and not a single drop out... I'm going to continue the experiment, but it could be that a 4G dongle is better than the NBN

    @Shane_Lefty @MRowlandMP The unit in the picture appears to have an internal transformer. A very cheap unit. But as I said I agree the Labor solution for NBN was by far superior. I should mention that I am a Computer Network Tech & have never been a fan of the LNP(Tony Abbott/Malcom Turnbull) solution.

    @Telstra Hi Ryan, we have been through the process before time & time again & it is always the paying customer that has to do all the work.. We still need help but Telstra/NBN are not customer friendly at all. Hats off to you though for following up mate, appreciate it...

    @optus when your NBN has been down for 2 days and you have waited at home for the entire 4 hour technician slot and it's a no show. Then optus tell you to blame NBN. Which company takes my $100+ per month? Get a grip please.

    @alexdante @NBN_Australia Ah, **** no. I have a shitload of quota saved on my mobile plan. Streaming services are go!
