    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @PaulineHansonOz @GreensAU2 Pauline, you should have seen the corruption when NBN kicked off. I worked in scope, design , construction, activations and repairs. I’m bound by NDAs but **** that. I’m sending you a letter that will upset a lot of people. I’m tired of playing nice.

    @bluewavedream Fibre nbn shits all over Starlink. It’s orders of magnitude more bandwidth and better latency for same price to customer. If you don’t understand the different nbn technologies you really should think twice before posting this.

    And email that the order has been completed. My nbn service including phone went dead. After 90m on phone with @Telstra, I finally got back internet via their 5g sim in the modem. I was furious when told cable nbn and phone wouldn’t be be restored for a week.

    @J6otti @bluewavedream ALP started it, then LNP screwed it by wasting 10 years and $30B reusing copper. LNP eventually realised the massive mistake and gave more money to fix their mistake. The copper part is costing #nbn a fortune each year and needs to be replaced
