    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @bsperic @Telstra Yep same in 2153; very slow - have been on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes - telstra nbn internet is rubbish

    @Optus What’s the deal with a reduced service in my area for over a week now? My NBN internet has been so slow it can’t even play @netflix at full resolution and new movies look like they were made in 1980. Help.

    2nd storm in less than a week and the nbn termination unit is fried again. Have to wait 5 days to be replaced not very good customer service #nbn_australia

    @NBN_Australia @b_medlyn .@NBN_Australia the problem is the nbn boxes. They are too sensitive and blow everytime we get a storm. If home we have to uplug them from the power *and* phone line. Surges are also coming via copper phone line.

    @tomdflynn @NBN_Australia Asking for bank details to 'restore' service, or some other personal info; date of birth, mother's maiden name, or similar. Money and/or identity theft.

    I’d like to take this moment to thank @Telstra for wasting my day waiting for the person who was scheduled to turn up but didn’t to replace the NBN modem.. really thanks for the terrible unreliable service.
