@pauld08 @NBN_Australia Paul, go to the ombutsman for telecomunications. Seriously the only way any issues get sorted as NBN take no responsibility and your provider washes their hands of it.

@cozyjozie Sydney (and Australian) Internet is so bad; it's either absolutely great (if you're in the right area) or absolutely horrible (the majority). The land of the #NoBuenoNetwork #NBN #AustralianInternet

@NBN_Australia Service provider says caused by brick home. I don’t understand why Broadband wifi often slower and far more intermittent than my previous 4G Westnet wifi (& current Aldi 3G mobile data) at other end of 10 square brick house. May try a mobile 4G for that. So, so over this.

@DoctorKarl you need a third shot. That will do it. It won't improve your NBN service though. Nothing will do that.

@profsarahj @NBN_Australia Gotta admit, the 4G wireless broadband is good. I put my sister and mother on it too (the NBN didn’t even come to my town, just the BS satellite crap option!) Routinely get speeds of 100Mbps download and 60Mbps upload. $65 a month Upgrade free to 5G one when it’s available

@pauld08 @NBN_Australia good luck. NBN issues are such a pain as NBN take no responsibility for anything.
