My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@StevePriceMedia @AusTodayListnr @LiSTNRau Well it’s on the role … I’ve worked a booth many times & people show up with ID or name written down on paper .. but making it official could block many from voting because they don’t have acess to tec etc like me nbn = no bloody network

INTERNET UPDATE So my house decided it didn’t want to be apart of the NBN program anymore and I have a technician coming out tomorrow and hopefully they fix it. Sorry about this guys!

@Kermitron @SWrightAU @Telstra You shouldn’t *have* to do anything - but it’s worth noting it only kicks in for zero NBN signal. If there’s something, even if it’s worse than 4G, then it won’t fire up.

@primo_health @ForgotBeauty @mattjcan Yeah, the increase in the country’s debt is bad… but the real failure is explaining what they did with that money? No Snowy Hydro 2.0, a sub par NBN, no major projects. Cuts to education (Gonski underfunded), effective cuts to NDIS… Where the hell did it all go?

@iiNet still no internet and nobody from NBN showed up at the time you appointed me today. I'm also getting messages there is an outage in my area but then no outage is listed on your site when I check.
