    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @NBN_Australia We also have issues with the wifi within the house that also creates major issues when speeds received by the modem fall due to maybe congestion or wet weather. Not much can be done to fix until we can access higher speeds which not possible under home FTTN at present.

    I changed NBN providers from Exetel to Aussie after a support request submitted to Exetel went unanswered for 5 weeks. On asking how their system failed so badly, I was told there was no determinable reason.

    @andy_penn @telstra 2 months without nbn cause Telstra don’t now how to fix - get it fixed. Why should I wait till 5th ofMarch for technician when it’s been broken since 19 Dec

    @Dynamics_______ cant get fibre where i live but thats not the issue, it works fine when there isnt obvious issues on the isps/nbn's end

    @Telstra we had lightning blow our modem. Monday 21/2. NBN out Tuesday 10am. Given incident 17708841. We run a business & nothing from #telstra to tell us what is happening, if modem dispatched, when it will arrive. No communication. @AnnyDruett account holder I’m her partner 🤬
