    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @RachaelHasIdeas Case in point: NBN is costing twice as much as it was forecast under labour, taking longer, and producing a worse outcome. Then, of course, there is the failure to pull out of fossil fuel investment, which is now money down the toilet.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Right, Had ENOUGH. Put some monitoring scripts on & ran them up. Between 16:30 & 21:00 TODAY ALONE, there have been 40 dropouts on my NBN Service. This has been going on for months, but neither of you two retarded organizations seem to be able to FIX IT

    @NBN_Australia an nbn tech was here on monday and said they'd file a network case as the cables in the ground are damaged (shocker /s) but i dont have any way of following that up? its unacceptable that i have to use my mobile data in my own home bc my fixed connection is so unstable :/

    @cryptocrine provider, it is best to seek updates from them directly as they can liaise with our internal nbn support team to find out the reason why the appointment did not go ahead and schedule a new one. We understand the frustration surrounding this matter and encourage you to keep 1/3

    @nbn @Telstra Fixed wireless @GrassValley Tower has been terrible for the past 3 plus weeks. It appears to be getting worse with constant drop outs and buffering. Could someone please get it checked out. Hasn’t been this bad in quite a while.

    Seriously, WHAT GOVERNMENT IDIOT thought you were going to run a VDSL connection over phone lines that are up to 70Years old? Mine are 25Years old & they can't cut the mustard. IDIOTS EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU WHO THOUGH THE NBN WAS A GOOD IDEA
