    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    The worst thing about the NBN is how so many businesses can no longer have a reliable fax service and the implication this has on how lunch shop orders from manufacturing plants are placed

    @debbishdotcom We understand how frustrating this would be for you, Deborah. As your provider manages all appointments for new connections, faults, etc, we suggest having them reach out to their nbn support teams and request an earlier appointment, should one be available. 1/2

    Do yourself a huge favour and never get your NBN through @tangerine It's a disaster. No internet for hours now and the same has been happening almost every morning. Can't wait to change.

    Scam caller today: Due to scam calls in your area, we are disconnecting NBN, fixed line and mobile services for 3 months. Would you like to buy a backup service? ... they hung up as soon as I said I was driving and not in front of a PC.

    @NBN_Australia why does your outage site not work? There is a known outage Forest Hill 3131 but when I looked for answers your site says there is no outage in my area. Please fix your outage tool and also your service it creates so much confusion.

    @NBN_Australia Matt, i’m fixed wireless and I already know the problem; it slows down about 80% about 1500hours through 2100hrs. Kids online gaming, choking the bandwidth...

    Government is encouraging migration from cities to rural & regional areas but comms services are crap. Even in Port Macquarie, mobile and fixed line #NBN is appalling. Mobile towers can not withstand demand and the much touted 5G will not work in rural areas. What is the solution

    @theage Telstra already notified customers ~2 weeks ago that prices for NBN bundle(s) will increase by at least $1 from April 17th 2021. Why is it necessary for Telstra to force people into NBN + Landline (that's never used) if they're complaining about financial restraints?! @ACCCgovau
