Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

My nbn dropped out at 12 which is half way through my work day and it will just not reconnect 🙃 and the trouble shooting is like “if the network icon is flashing blue it’s connecting so just wait” except it’s been doing that for 45 minutes

@TheFightingRoo Great. Starlink is providing a service where there is demand for better than the very ordinary NBN retailers' offerings. Maybe the company you speak of could do the same?

@NBN_Australia one of you technicians visited today. Just before he left, I said the internet is not working. He said it wld be on in 5mins and left. From drop outs, I have no internet. How does a technician leave without ensuring the it works? Why no new booking after six hours

@Cassara71 Hi there. The team is busy developing plans to both continue the migration of eligible nbn Sky Muster satellite premises to nbn’s Fixed Wireless network and launch our enhanced speeds. From mid-2023, we expect that we will start to move the eligible 120,000 premises currently 1/2

@ruamused @MirabowMistress Poor health services, rubbish public transport where it exists at all. Same for NBN, landlines and mobile phones. Many older Tasmanians flee to warmer states during winter as arthritis etc flare up, or MS in autumn or spring.

@NBN_Australia I would have thought the diversity award should have gone the NBN contractors from Canberra who fixed our NBN so well we have had no issues since. Didn't have a word of Eng between them but sign lang was enough. Problem had defied efforts of 7 or 8 techos previously.

@NBN_Australia Hey you should reach out to Starlink.. Most of what you're fixing is already superseded by what's already in orbit.. Unless you're upgrading it to support low latency super high speed then it's essentially wireless fttn with a 30-1000ms ping that doesn't like our rugged terrain
