  @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

  My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

  Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

  I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

  @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

  @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

  Your regular reminder: Snowy Hydro 2.0 was a stupid captain's pick by Malcolm Turnbull. Much like the NBN and Inland Rail. There were and are much better pumped hydro storage options. NSW did a whole investigation.

  @LCHF_Matt @SkyNewsAust Hilarious so how is that done via NBN. How do fire, emergency services weather services, local, state and federal government agencies do this in one area. Being done now. How does an emergency text system send warnings that have gigs of data. You’re just proving you have no idea

  @TMFScottP I was a gamer and hated ADSL living outside of a state capital it was ****. NBN to me personally would have been great, but blowing that money that money on shortsighted populism didnt sit well with me. Seemed shortsighted.

  Just spent 1.5hrs with my ISP figuring out why my NBN had died. He (from Indian, a nice chap) put me through hoops & then said that the NBN box is faulty but can't get a tech out till next Tue. Then a light bulb moment hit me & said, what if I look at the metre box - sure enough, something had tripped the circuit in the room the NBN is hooked up to. I just didn't need the added stress. Then he had the hide to ask me to 'rate his service'. Yeah - nah!

  @PaulGugAI @OfficialLoganK @Starlink We were paying for 500gb of nbn directly to our house. Very rarely did we experience those speeds at all. We had numerous technicians come out to fix the issue and nothing changed. We got starlink delivered and set up and we havent lost anything since. We live rural too. 🇦🇺

  I’m so sorry but I don’t have an Internet connection right now, something has gone horribly wrong, either the new nbn box is faulty or nbn hasn’t activated my new service.. either way.. I’m not sure when I can next stream. I’m extremely upset that my isp recommended this. Gutted.
