@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

@mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

@PaulineHansonOz the NBN wasn't labors fault infact it would have been better under Kevid Rudds NBN but unfortunately we got the LNP half assed and way over budget version. Also the only reason the NDIS has been going to **** is because of the LNP constantly cutting from it

Nice one @kayosports. Increase your subscription price and at the same time sound drops, buffering and network errors like never before! Not doing yourself any favours. Oh! And before you shelve the blame on me, my connection to NBN is FTTP and download speed is >75Mbps

@Darkmechx @N_Tys26 I sit at about 75 down/15 up AFTER upgrading to NBN. Before 2020 I used to have 7 down/0.5 up lol

@launtel Just a heads up that, on mobile, the service disruption message doesn’t appear on your site :) annoying! I could only see it, because nbn down in qld, when I used phone as hotspot and looked at your site on desktop :)

I guess I go back to begging my ISP to escalate it but, considering a different ISP had the same issues and even mobile data from ANOTHER ISP has the same problems I don't know if its related to some weird NBN hop or something stupid either.

@AmiesPhilip Definitely records from eg iNat entering databases like NBN without proper verification is a real issue. You raise an interesting point about keys in this thread - too easy to assume all the diagnostic characters etc being presented are well-supported and result from good data

@Telstra I am trying but connection keeps dropping. I am finally chatting to someone in the app now. We have bad mobile coverage too so can't communicate when nbn goes.
