    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @F111RAF Garbage. The $45 B spend was absolutely necessary. Minimal debt compared to Morrisons waste today. LNP have wasted $50B on Subs, & another $50b to repair NBN. Money spent on O/S goods.?LNP gave away the same stimulus that ALP did with handouts. Stop the LNP bias .

    @Telstra Having NBN installed thru Telstra and it has been a long and drawn process with little assistance Just had an NBN piont fitted in my house in the worst possible position. Coming to the point where I will cancel my contract under the Customer satisfaction clause.

    NBN just dropped out mid movie. Rebooted the network but still offline. Modem shows connection so one of Telstra’s techs must’ve broken the DNS settings again… @telstra

    @AnarchoNina That sounds frustrating, Nina. If you are having service issues it's best to speak to your provider. They will be able to test the line to check for faults. If the fault is with nbn they will let us know and we will work hard to fix it. Let us know how you go. Thanks, Amy

    @tgracchvs so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. When a provider raises a fault with nbn, this gets sent to their technical nbn support team who then works at resolving the issue, while liaising with your provider to pass on any update made available. Thanks, Amy 2/2

    @NBN_Australia So I’m stuck on 27Mbps max attainable downstream but my address is eligible for business Ethernet which for as little as $79 a month I could get a full fibre install to my house for free NBN 50/20 or $109 for 100/40 static IP etc. but because I don’t have an ABN and name too bad.

    @damovisa @NBN_Australia Same here a month or so ago, at least @Aussie_BB was good enough to credit me for the day's the outage occurred. Adds up when you're paying $150/mth for ultrafast.

    @weezmgk Quick question, with the severe storms and rain you guys get do you ever have NBN issues. We have locker sized boxes every 50 metres for the NBN, every time it rains they short.
