    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

    @mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

    @SmokenMirrors15 @BigVapingNunga @NBN_Australia That's a bit brilliant! yes the #LNPCorruptionParty has failed at nearly everything. They have virtually no successes - except for Howard's gun reforms. The rest are falsely claimed successes due entirely to established policies & systems laid down by the ALP a long time ago.

    @Optus Sent through a private message. But again we are now being told we cannot re connect to the NBN following cancellation. Yet we didn't cancel and some random has taken over our account. Poor security by Optus!

    @NBN_Australia If only there was a way to fix the NBN itself. I can get ~870Mbit from my wifi but NBN can only provide a 24Mbit service. Get rid of FTTN and build an actual network already!

    @Aussie_BB this morning I had subscribed for home ultrafast nbn service. How long does it usually take for the activation. I thought it was the same day

    The moment when you've been talking to @Optus for 5 hours because they cut your internet off, then inform you some random has changed your account into their name and then this has cancelled your NBN service. 5 hours later they are still talking to us in chat.

    @SoxyGamer Just went through a week of the same ****. Although with upload that low NBN will have to respond but keep pestering your ISP to pressure NBN Haha
