    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    We also don’t need investigation into why the nbn is ***, rip the copper wires out of the ground and replace it with fibre problem solved what ******** do we have a minister of tech for if they can’t even tell you why fibre is better?

    @TonyHWindsor @ScottMorrisonMP Sabotaging the NBN has created another LNP ‘legacy’. We could’ve had a world class comms system like NZ et al .. but no, that would’ve been progressive and worst of all, a Labor initiative.

    ...(they haven't) The problem persists. Sometimes the NBN techs turn up and attempt to get me to engage their own out-of-hours data cabling business to solve the alleged problem. Sometimes they say they can't fix the problem because the power pole is condemned and they need a ...

    And that some of your contractors would not be keen to do a little extra work. Please ensure that all work that is carried out is to our requirements and in A1 order. I have had problems dealing with your contractors @NBN_Australia in the past

    both @Internode and @NBN_Australia seem completely powerless or unwilling to fix it. But that's not all. the sheer saga and monotony of dealing with customer service reps who go through robotic steps infinitely...

    @AmandaBlesing @Internode Don’t be fooled Amanda. I’ve been having problems for 6 months and their only solution is to send NBN technicians to confirm that a have a problems. Apparently they don’t k ow how to actually fix anything.

    NBN should be available at all times ie Always on by default in every home. Connect to emergency, government services, health and education no fee. Buy data access if required by the hour. Time to innovate. #nbn
