    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    @NBN_Australia It's a bit late now Jo... and how am I supposed to check anything when it's Sat evening... and I don't have internet? 😑 I bought tickets to an online LIVE concert with my favourite group and I missed almost an hour of it because of the network

    @samywamy10 When a provider raises a fault with nbn, this gets sent to their technical nbn support team who then works toward resolving the issue, while liaising with your provider to pass on any update made available. 3/4

    @Telstra Thanks For checking in - it is back now & seemingly faster........ both NBN & mobile backup went out yesterday. Mobile backup came back on mid-day maybe - NBN was out till sometime last night late. Yesterday there was no statement on the Telstra website of a system outage? 1/2

    @AaronSGreen @NBN_Australia It’s my own fault though. I’ve chosen to stay in Australia for the time being, the world’s largest country town, and connect with a company that states their customer sentiment on the door - dodo, “you’ll feel like one by the time you’re done!”

    @NBN_Australia The Government expects the network will provide peak wholesale download data rates (and proportionate upload rates) of at least 25 megabits per second to all premises, and at least 50 megabits per second to 90 per cent of fixed line premises as soon as possible.

    @NBN_Australia Yeah thanks, I've been trying to get answers from you guys since last Monday and I keep getting lied to, redirected to the NBN outage hotline and plain ****** around. So I ended up upgrading my Optus phone plan and hotspotting until it gets fixed. Thanks
