@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

@craigreucassel @DanielBleakley @NBN_Australia Spent numerous hours talking to my IP to fix my shonky I/N. NBN tecs come out 3 times and everytime problem not fixed. Everytime i call IP back i have to do the same line testing because NBN require it. Can't call NBN. No public phone number. Absolute disgrace. More Lib handouts.

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Send them an invoice for the 4 hours, and any other time you’re having to take to fix their poop. Better still... hand deliver said invoice. And make it a giant invoice like one of those giant cheques! ✊🏽

@craigreucassel @NBN_Australia Your Service Provider should be able to organize a box if you cant source one to try out. Ask them to courier one out

@markhumphries @craigreucassel Ours took 6mths to sort. Originally installed & ranging to an address over km away, to fix they set it up to random address nearby-couldn’t find ours. 5mths later our nbn is cut off when the random address tries to connect. They’re a bit on the stupid side

@craigreucassel NBN couldn’t even coordinate with my ISP to tell me they had to cut me off for a week, or that such a possibility could happen. Kept ISP in the dark. Basic customer service diligence lacking.

@TPG_Telecom Except, they aren’t. TPG escalated it to the NBN Co, NBN Co have escalated it to a third party. I was told they won’t look at it until the 11th. The problem started at 2 PM (ish) yesterday and affects others as well. If they look at it on Monday, that will be 5 days down.

@kiwiinvader @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia no - not as you said. The network terminates at the NBN box in the house. The Router is yours or the ISP supplied

@deniseshrivell I actually think the NBN works pretty well when it’s up. I just can’t believe their service can be that bad.
