Love how I contact Optus over my phone constantly getting call failed when I make calls or it does it 30 seconds into the call, plus I wanted a cheaper plan for my phone …. Their solution “We have amazing NBN plans” Why does anyone use them? Seriously … terrible

@NBN_Australia Chris, I mean no disrespect when I say thanks but no thanks. I wasted close to 6 months trying to get connected and being rejected, all whilst getting access requests to my property so NBN could connect the homes around me. I'm happy to support wireless 5g broadband

@Real_Trident40 We're not a fan of outages too, Jayden. However, planned outages are necessary to maintain the nbn™ network for optimal internet performance. Checking if you're back online? - Gwen

@ShroedingerBird Ministers are administrators, not specialists. They should be getting specialist advice from the Public Service, as well as outside expert bodies. Scientifically literate Malcolm Turnbull still stuffed up the NBN. I don't believe your point 4; evidence please.

@DaveMilbo Never had an issue with NBN. Switch to a wireless option. 4G/5G or try Starlink.
