My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

Using an @nokia 2.3 on the @amaysimAU (@Optus) network, regularly get (much) better @Speedtest results than using same device on @NBN_Australia networks.

I’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

@Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

@mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

@badgergloveppt NBN had planned outage between 8am and 4pm, so no working from home for me today. Nearly 11pm and still out, tech coming in the morning between 8-12 apparently. Don’t exactly trust their word. And they are doing it again Friday.

@KaneCaster @NBN_Australia Have you filed a complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman? I’ve had similar issues in the past and as soon as I’ve done that, my problem has been fixed within the next few days

Hey @NBN_Australia. As has been common recently, my ****** satellite broadband isn’t working because there are storms around. When are you going to implement a system for country people that is reliable, doesn’t go on strike in bad weather & has decent speed & download options?
