Debbie dean (@debbiedean1966) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

Geoff Day (@GeoffDay4) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@mheywood88 @JohnRHewson I had that problem in my old address. One of the pits was at the bottom of a hill, so it filled with rain water. Each time, a tech would advise that the pit was OK (when it wasn't raining) It only got fixed when NBN crew broke the pit requiring it to be rebuilt ....

Emma D'Agostino (@amassedmedia) reported from Bendigo, VictoriaI’ve been advised it’s possible NBN Co will cancel and rebook the technician, just to amend the address on the job. An address they were given documentation to amend at least a month ago, and which I was assured occurred.

Phi AU (@Phi_AU1) reportedA Direct result of the ALP gutting of the NBN. And they wonder why I'd never vote for them. Still on the same HFC I was on 10 years BEFORE the NBN. Now I get multiple dropouts a month due entirely to infrastructure that should have been fibre for YEARS.

harleyw (@harleywattsconn) reported@NBN_Australia It always does this. I shouldn't have to use a different device. I work in IT and have tried it on 46 laptops and 23 phones. Literally went into the pit on the street and took out all the NBN cabling as the NBN never works so Im now im with another company and couldnt be happier

ISEPTAPHILLY (@SEPTAPHILLY) reported@abhishekarghya Morning. Early NBN plans had Route 40 realigned significantly and frequency upgrades. Changes to Route 40 are not included in the FY27 Annual Service Plan but we are looking at making these changes in FY28.

When in the process of moving in I hadn't connected my router up after signing up, they rang me to check of everything was okay and if I was having tech issues. Great customer focus.

Vic (@ImVicLoLagain) reported@mrru5s3ll @LCHF_Matt @pikkkkaro this is the only decent explanation for what he said that could make sense. the only other way is if his NBN is unstable. because if you have a gigabit connection you need a router capable of it and they all have fine wifi by aus standards , which I would argue is **** but w/e
