    @Hammyhamster10 @TurnbullMalcolm Having a great time with the NBN getting choked and my connection all but disappearing. All the while being told the NBN isn’t down by Telstra. Joke - and a pretty poor one at that.

    My home NBN connection went down sometime between 2am and 8.30am on Monday. The internet is still out, more than 24 hours later. I don’t know why or when it will be back. I live less than 10 minutes out of the Bendigo CBD.

    @Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

    @am11t Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the service disruption. It sounds like an issue has been identified within the network being controlled by the NBN Co hence a tech from NBN is required. DM us your username or customer ID so we can take a closer look in to this. -Charm

    @independentaus @paulbudde Consumers are already being punished with massively increased base pricing for #NBN service. It went up 20% across the board last year.

    @Telstra I have had the bot cancel the service, that is not the issue, the issue is why was it a ADSL 2 and not NBN that was being paid for?

    Any Aussie have Vodafone NBN and how good is it? I've had pretty consistent dropouts with Southern Phone and it's disrupting my ability to day-job (which means bad streaming ahoy...)

    @dingcb @Telstra NBN HFC install hiatus due no HFC hardware. @Telstra confirmed they could install "Telstra" HFC and took my order. That was in late March. Still sitting here today in 'escalation hell' waiting for them to enable the service. Hardware has been installed for 3 weeks.
