@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

@cathywilcox1 @bencjenkins When I purchased our new 4K TV around 3 or 4 yrs ago - I rang local TV service guy, figured $100 well worth it to get everything working. Did same when we got NBN & got my brilliant local computer tech to get it all working.

@NBN_Australia Hi @NBN_Australia team, Thank you for your response. Yes, it is working, it was very inconvenient ( #FirstWorldProblems ) to be without NBN for 10 days. One thing which remain an ongoing issue every time it rains our NBN drops out, our ISP says it is within the SLA with NBN. Help

@AngelaSlatter @Telstra @andy_penn O ****. If the rubbish NBN looms as a better option, your situation is indeed dire. I’m doing all I can to *avoid* the NBN. A monopoly of **** service. We all need to move to NZ, for so many reasons.

@Telstra Hi Dave, I’m trying to move my mobile & NBN service. Apparently it can’t be done in a single order online & I have to waste my time doing two requests. One would think if I was able to speak to a human on Friday it could be done in a single request....

@NBN_Australia No. You refer to an RSP because that’s the system’s structure (to avoid responsibility at all costs). If there is a referral from an RSP, there is no internal support team at NBNCo to handle. There is further automated testing, which 9/10 times tells the RSP “not our problem”.
