    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    hey, @Aussie_BB been having issues with our internet giving us a low bit rate when playing some online games and when trying to stream, I've restarted both NBN modem and the router and have still been getting theses issues...

    @SteveSeymour16 We definitely wish to connect you without delay too, Steve. Most nbn™ connections take 3 to 10 business days, although it can also be up to 20 days depending on the service available. Checking if you've raised an online ticket via My Dodo? - Gwen

    @Dunhacking @SpudBenBean My NBN FTTH worked terrific up 2 the end of initial 2 yr contract. The second it was up the problems started. Telstra only interested in new contracts & bigger the existing 1s. Just pinch their bandwidth.

    @Telstra Ouch. Was happy to migrate to NBN but they dont do relocation of phone socket, so they suspended my service to strong arm me into the $150 "Telstra platinum" charge to move the socket from the garden shed to the main living room.

    @Telstra Now I am finally able to access my Telstra email, I have found this email: "We would love to hear about your experience with us when resolving your recent NBN issue." The level of incompetence is appalling, and is matched only by Telstra's apparent indifference.

    Geez Internode giving only 26 hours notice for an NBN outage is not good. I have meetings already organised. Luckily I have other options but what if I didn't
