    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @NBN_Australia @Aussie_BB Based on the last five days, the suggestion that I just wait longer is not encouraging at all. Can you please talk to your support team and get an ETA? Just keeping in touch is not going to work. Thanks.

    Anyone here with knowledge of Telstra / NBN / fixed wireless? A question about Internet provision. We are with Telstra as provider and have fixed wifi (a dish on the roof). We are happy with the service and speed.

    5 years ago the best home broadband you could purchase in Australia had 5mbps download speeds, sub 1mbps upload and constant dropouts offered by the largest private ISP in the country which was once a public telecommunications utility. The NBN improved on this and it’s still bad

    @NBN_Australia changing of outage notifications on the day before and on the morning off to on off and on is not helpful! Some people have work and exams and need to plan ahead #poor
