    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @AonghaisC @JamieDunning @thaxalot Perhaps it's something we could suggest being incorporated into ebird, NBN Atlas or birdtrack type citizen science recording platforms with some kind of batch service to upload data from post construction surveys?

    @itsJerian I play on nbn however I live somewhat rural so it’s “nbn fixed wireless” .... which means my internet works basically the same as my mobile data .... I get internet wirelessly xd. Terrible speeds, spikes, ping

    @netz_melb @unkelwatteaux @AlboMP Fixed line internet users continue to grow. Only people moving away from NBN to mobile are those with poor connections - connections delivered by 2nd rate LNP NBN. While 5G might have good speed, you need to be close to tower and have no interference. Not so good when indoors

    @Telstra our NBN is down. Again. And you have throttled our mobile backup so we basically have no internet. Can we please get it unthrottled until our NBN is fixed?

    @black_nightwolf Not all that bad, you're using satellite right? I think we have the Satellite as an alternative option now but by default its NBN.

    @Telstra when are you going to stop wasting my time making false promises and fix my NBN service. I’m over dealing with incompetent call centre staff from India!!! Every one of them ask me the same question and keep repeating myself. They say we will call back but never do!!!
