    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @kaatieee27 I went as high as 20gb last month and that’s solely because my nbn was down for two weeks and I have two small children with debilitating Netflix addictions. No other month has come near that.

    Entrust ICT advise that upstream carrier engineers have been despatched, and are working to resolve the issue at the NBN POI in Tullamarine as a matter of urgency.

    @NBN_Australia I have been waiting 4 months for your technicians to do connect some lines or something in the complex I'm at. I was last updated like 2 - 3 weeks ago regarding the time of when this would happen and was never even given a solid date, same thing was said previous month.

    @NBN_Australia Thanks, I'm qualified to build/maintain networks and have repeatedly checked mine. The problem is clearly the copper line and every time I have tried to get something done about it I'm told this is "acceptable" It really isn't, not the FTTN nor how long FTTP upgrades are taking

    When u have 2 go to a foreign private business (Starlink) for basic Internet service over your already paid 4 taxpayer funded Internet service (#NBN) for usable/reliable Internet.. then you're clearly in Australia baby, the most incompetent country in the world. #Auspol

    @NBN_Australia Why are FTTP upgrades taking so long to do? FTTN is wholly inappropriate for modern society and the sooner the unreliable crud is gone the better. That's 3 disconnects in 4 hours. How am I meant to upload to work like this? Especially when it's slow as hell...
