    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @micwoodward Hi Michael, The NBN box does need to be specifically registered to the Address and service to work properly. I would recommend speaking with the sales team on 1300 880 905 to see if they are able to help get the service reactivated with that box and confirm the details - Adam

    Might be a stupid question but what is the option for seniors who don’t have @NBN_Australia but still want a landline because mobile phones are too hard?

    @oreofishy @Skvtz Yeah i had the same problem it would cut out around 12-3 tho. I had that problem from duos all the way till marvel cup. Eventually u gotta get the provider to get an nbn guy to come and look at it (they only send an nbn guy if it cut out like at least 5 times in 1 day).

    Sorry guys. No streams until @NBN_Australia sort out my uploads. Hopefully it doesn't take long, if I get messed around at all, my industry knowledge is gonna come out. Someone is gonna regret trying to ******* around immensely, should they choose that route... 😠

    @Telstra How is it that I can have four nbn outages in one day (and counting) and yet each time I troubleshoot the result is ‘no outage’? And still no one responding to my chat sessions. #epicfail #WFH

    aussie internet is dying, its trash. many streamers were getting issues and even im gettin 30 to 50% losses in game, literally teleporting at places. had to stop stream cuz of all that bs, **** nbn

    @Telstra An NBN engineer came today. He couldn’t fix my internet because the DPU needs to be replaced. How can I check if he’s booked someone and when they will come ?

    @jason7870 @AlexDGlengarry Right. Not me, it's "my" cafe. They're switching phone service to NBN provider & this will enable them to keep same phone number -- essential for a business; disaster otherwise.
