    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    In contrast to the $3k watches for A.P. is nothing compared to what other owned institutions are paying executive bonuses, like NBN which is falling behind, very poor quality and rated 62 in the world payments in the millions.

    Love that @NBN_Australia still don't inform me of planned outages and I have to find out in the middle of streaming everytime. It's pathetic customer service. Disgusting.

    @Aussie_BB Is the Goodna POI scheduled outage taking longer than scheduled? It’s just over an hour after the scheduled end time and still have no internet access. Have restarted the NBN Modem and my router to see whether that resolved the issue, but no.

    Doncha find that when your Internet provider alerts you that there will be an outage due to NBN work, this supposed outage never occurs, but when an actual NBN outage occurs, it’s a case of you telling them?

    The jewel in the crown (7/18) Developers choose Uniti for three simple reasons: 1. Faster build time 2. Cheaper cost 3. Better product and service. Uniti is a small, nimble business competing with the large, bureaucratic government-run NBN.
