    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    Having no issues with my net working from home, quickly duck out to go get some lunch and on the way back i see @NBN_Australia down in the whole at the end of our street... 10 mins later internet goes out and been down now for like 8 hours :) love it

    @amoloch007 Sorry about your internet connection issue. Can you please send us a direct message to confirm which internet service is this in regards to, I mean 4G home internet, 5G home internet or NBN home internet and your full address so that we can investigate further. Kartik

    @Aussie_BB I know this is probably not your fault, but getting an email about "Emergency NBN outage" after they start is kind of annoying.

    @mrl58 @Telstra @NSWNationals We have no landline for some reason. Telstra said would be back on 29/3. We don’t have mobile reception either. But I still have nbn…just. We went back to copper for landline . So not sure why we don’t have service
