    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

    @QuentinDempster In area without NBN,was told I needed to go from ADSL to Skymuster satellite. I did what was expected of me by NBN & found after few months NBN was far@worse than flakey 60 yr old copper ADSL. Went back to ADSL2(thanks Telstra) ok service for years now. NBN satellite is rubbish!

    @bigjsl @LIFX Sounds like an Internet air gap between lamps - LIFX - app. nbn maintenance recently took out my ability to turn on/off the lamps. app and lamp on same network but all comms via LIFX so no joy. v1 where lamps and app talked directly was much better.

    @lesstenny @RNBreakfast I wasn’t listening this morning, but my thoughts are, rain - our infrastructure never considered there would be rain, mobile coverage infrastructure not keeping up with demand (I am 13km from Sydney GPO on a high point - hopeless with both Telstra and Optus), and NBN no doubt.

    NBN decisions blamed as Australia plummets in global digital rankings ~starting with fast fibre optics to slow obsolete to wire decision by guess who~~electricity, like water, can only flow as fast as the slowest vessel allows ~~
