    @NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

    Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

    @skaye My friend is on Telstra and going to the NBN. I want her to stay on Telstra due to the built in 4g backup, but this support is horrible.

    Absolute nightmare trying to get the darn internet to work here over last few days .... and then when it works, getting some garbage speeds, def. not what the NBN was promised to be (and still paying for it!) ... really, I had so much extra* time today to have to deal with this..

    @NBN_Australia @BelongAU Belong must answer their telephone 24/7 or at least have employees contactable able to respond immediately to any outage. It is not enough to say it is not a Belong issue, it is a Belong issue and Belong must work with their service provider to ensure.

    Can anyone see the complete stupidity of the NBN corporation spending $billions building a communications network that is already outdated and as the days pass becomes more of a joke. 5G, 6G and LEO networks all coming.

    We love recreating the history of Beechworth, but no internet or mobile phone service is really too much. But it did rain last night, and obviously the NBN isn't set up for that sort of event.

    @NBN_Australia WHEN are you going to give Flood affected people extra data?? Mobile & landlines have been down for 5 days and we are relying on crappy satellite internet in life threatening circumstances for all communications. When are you going to ACT, to HELP?? @PaulFletcherMP

    @NBN_Australia What happen cause have 2 signup for xx amout of time and order more then ur line So if John wayne orders a 1gpbs service nbn comes installs it then john moves out in a month time Then jack moves in and orders a 25mb connection what happens
