@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

@NBN_Australia Thank you but the form, at every point, suggests I go to the service provider, even on matters that are your responsibility. I’ll try the ombudsman and the Minister as it’s a systematic issue.

@NBN_Australia I understand all that. But in this and many other cases NBN Co is the only 1 who can fix the problem. And it seems that as you don’t have a direct responsibility or relationship to the customer, you don’t act with a great sense of urgency. This needs further investigation.

@Telstra @noreasonspec My NBN black box is overheating. Keeps shutting down. For 3 months I’ve been trying to get it replaced via Telstra. Only works if I run a strong fan on it. Hours of calls. I complain again to get another technicians appointment for Monday .. Telstra calls ... it’s canceled.

@funimation_anz Did funimation not get to use the AnimeLab servers or something. Why is the funimation connection worse than anything else, it's worse than Nintendos online service, it's painfully slow. My internet is good, I have NBN, why do I have to deal with this!
