Wakey, wakey, rise and shine @NBN_Australia! It's now 21 days since my service went down and today is the 3rd date you have given my retail provider for restoration. ( No updates as of Friday so we assume all systems go).

  • jackfjack6 Blistering Black Jack - LNP Chasseur (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

Was great try-on other day, April Fools about fixing NBN. Gotta be a big at attack big target for Labor, on nation-wide issue. Guess we will find out soon.

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • jackfjack6 Stiletto Black Jack - Very Unpleasant to Trolls (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

  • martyvis Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I spoke to my provider, and they have been told by NBN that there is planned remediation but no ETA. I'm just disappointed that today's visit by NBN wasn't planned properly. I've no medical issues relying on the network, just hoping for service to get my work and relaxation done.

@pokimanelol U trying to make me fail NBN

  • royfrancisbrown Roy Brown (@royfrancisbrown) reported

@NBN_Australia Assume you mean the outdoor box underneath the tiles/ tin in the ceiling cavity? If so, you have changed the signal strength and interference the unit will receive from the wireless tower. If you mean the inside box, it means the tech has to move into an unsafe space to adjust it

  • NBarton Nathan Barton 🇦🇺 🇹🇼 🇺🇦 (@NBarton) reported

@GregMcgarvie @NBN_Australia Yeah in Sydney I my telstra cable was 130mbps down, the up was only 1-2 however. Even with all the streaming and whatever, I'm ok with 30 down if I get a good 20 up. Doing remote works needs both down and up

  • ChoomdexxieB Blake Anderson (@ChoomdexxieB) reported

@Lysis21810865 @NBN_Australia Wifi dropping in the rain is purely down to the Terrible quality base model modems ISP’s provide, do yourself a favour and buy a mid range router from office works and you’ll be laughing

  • GregMcgarvie Greg McGarvie (@GregMcgarvie) reported from Hervey Bay, State of Queensland

@NBN_Australia Interesting I was forced by NBN from cable to their solution - halved my connection speed

  • kherzii_ EXO Kherzii (@kherzii_) reported

NBN supposed to fix the **** today, oh wait they're not here again even though they scheduled it zzz Ombudsman time :)

  • NickPfitzner Pfitzy (@NickPfitzner) reported

Anyone out there use Aussie Broadband? I see good things written about them. Also have never churned an #NBN provider. What is the downtime like?

  • AussiePeteC Pete's Tweets (@AussiePeteC) reported

@nanso44 Apparently the NBN is so bad in his area that his phone keeps searching naughty websites. That's what he wants fixed...🤪

  • visivoz 💧 Vonnie V (@visivoz) reported

@75merc @ConnollyStuart Australia dudded by the incoming LNP Govt which trashed the fledgling NBN rollout, switching to a ‘cheaper’, less efficient network. ‘Do it once, do it with fibre’ advice ignored. Ongoing costly upgrades. Slow speeds, affordability issues.

  • maz_net_au Maz (@maz_net_au) reported

@Lockness01 @NBN_Australia They can say they're the best fixed line network because they're a legislated monopoly. That's why they can screw you over, pay their CEO millions of $ per year and there's nothing you can do about it. There's no choice but the LNP's "Mixed technology" garbage.
