    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    It's bad enough that I assume NBN co called my mother to offer an FTTP upgrade, which is not even possible because the address has an MDU which is not FTTP ready. Like I said, I don't think the people doing the work have any idea what they are doing. Disappointing.

    @rakeau @ianclarkeAU I have wireless nbn, it's pretty bad but much better than nothing. Starlink would maybe be cheaper and better but I think the price will go up so not switching just yet.

    The place mum & i were in we had wifi & it kept not working so i had @NBN_Australia imstalled, the neighbour complained she had no internet then complained the nbn was supposed to be for both of us but it wasnt. After being removed she told me its ok to stay with her & she didnt>

    @Telstra for 5 days now we have been unable to watch Foxtel as our internet speed is 4.49 as per their consultant. We have contacted NBN who told us to contact Telstra. The person there said the problem is our modem which it is not. We need a solution please Telstra.

    @GusLefty @AJG71 @karlstefanovic QED. This ALP fool doesn’t know Foxtel rolled out and paid for a cable network for far less $/ customer than the NBN. Foxtel: ~$800–$1,100 per premise. NBN: $2,000–$2,750+ per premise.

    @optus_help whenever we come to your help you throw it over to the NBN and then they handle it back to you no one ever seems to be able to solve the issue ever I've never seen such an incompetent company instead of signing up more people for your service maybe make

    @NBN_Australia Nobody seems able to answer a simple question. 80 Fig St, Pyrmont NSW 2009 has a network fault. I've tried 3 ISPs and keep getting passed around. Is NBN aware of the issue, and when will it be fixed? Three weeks without an internet connection...

    @senatorbabet Especially because most of it is wasted on unbelievably stupid **** like fraud, foreign aid, renewables crap, not to mention the billions wasted on the NBN & the submarines🤬. As much as I hate John Howard buying votes with **** like the baby bonus, at least we had a surplus then

    @BeauGiles You typically use the mobile network as the backup to a wired connection. E.g. at our business the NBN was so unreliable we installed a 4g failover modem, but you need to know they exist & how to configure them. Most people don't have that level of IT know-how.
