    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    @NBN_Australia why is it so difficult to get issues rectified? I’m stuck in a loop between you and @telstra. Two years on and our nbn is still slow. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @Telstra Your customer service team are disgusting. They mixed up NBN and Optimcomm and not one person answered a single question I asked. Absolutely disgusting. I want to raise a formal complaint.

    You’re not trying to do remote IT support to the mother in law on their stupidly slow 12/1mbps NBN FTTC plan 4hrs drive away and it keeps dropping you out? Sad! **ARGHHH

    @DrewPavlou Our NBN home connection was down for 3 days this week . We have coax (HFC) cable in our suburb.. which is 90s technology

    My home internet cut out. It must be raining somewhere in Sydney. This NBN Internet is a joke. Everytime it rains even slightly you lose connection.

    @Ben_Davison1 Government provides education? Why then are kids paying $40k for an arts degree?. If NBN was a government service rather than a business its expense would be in the budget
