    😖was hacked using my phone data on laptop after ditching Telstra dongle. Ordered NBN wireless with TPG 17 March. No new NBN orders due to “global shortage” of parts from CHINA needed 2make connection box - SINCE JAN 21 - WAS until end April-May NOW end May-June. 6 MONTHS. WTF😡

    @NBN_Australia you’re a scam! I wonder how many people are pocketing money out of your ****** service. I feel for the dammed people that has to be in call centres answering customers asking for a decent service.

    Australia has got in trouble recently with not being able to install new NBN lines for internet as there are parts needed from China. Stores need goods & they can’t get their usual supplies & some are having to close down.

    @HansOrph @Optus @NBN_Australia Yikes. That is pitiful. I’d be asking for a technician to come out ASAP so I wasn’t paying for service I wasn’t receiving.

    @Telstra sent me an NBN connection device. It has all the wrong connections. So I called their customer support. The automated service sent me a txt message and hung up. Time to call @iiNet

    @agentm831 This was silly because the NBN is the wholesale provider and they sell plans to the telcos. So the NBN would never call a telco user anyway.

    @drvyom Don’t do it if you spend your life in virtual meetings. Sold on download speed but very unstable connection and dropouts especially on calls. We just dumped it and went back to NBN.

    Just had a lovely call from a Scammer saying they were from the NBN and someone had jacked into my Modem and it was an important security breach. They got me to open the Terminal and run a netstat command to show me all the bad connections

    It’s 11:30 on a Friday so I feel like it’s safe to assume @iiNet and @NBN_Australia won’t be reconnecting my service until after the weekend. I live in a regional area with unreliable 4G service and rely on the internet connection for everything. What am I supposed to do?

    Two invoices ago (NBN) an error was made on the invoice. It took a LOT of explaining to get the call centre to understand the error. I was given a $10 credit for the issue. I paid the reduced invoice. Two invoices later I'm being chased for that amount out of thin air!

    Seems like it. Spent over 2 hours trouble shooting. @BelongAU , by when can we expect NBN services to be back online? Is there a way for you to notify people of outages ? Lot of ppl are wfh! Is there a way to start backup LTE services on NBN connections which we can enable?

    Hey @Internode little help? I’m at home with Covid. With two kids with Covid. Had existing ****** NBN. Rang you as you had a good deal. Was going to leave changing until after isolation - you assured me it would be fine 1/?
