Third guy came and inspected pit in front of house, then left Next day my “ready for service” is not ready, needs “more work” but they won’t say what

    @NBN_Australia Apparently, I have upstream and downstream sync, but the online might never settles and then the modern starts over after 30 seconds or so.

Please do your best to shut down all the fraud call centers based in India who ring Australian numbers pretending to be CommBank, the NBN, Telstra etc. I get calls everyday. If my mum who has dementia picks up she gets distressed. My neighbor lost 5k

    @iiNet @NBN_Australia broadband in Yarraville 3013 hasn’t worked for about 6 hours now. Tried resetting the modem but no luck. I can understand if the heat was impacting the network though.

    @Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

    @Aussie_BB Thanks but I already called. NBN seems to have told AussieBB as much as they’ve told me - zilch, only “solution” is to just wait until they decide to hook it up properly, in contrast to whatever NBN did the last couple of times 😞

    @Telstra A fault in the street. Requires the NBN team to come back and do works. Apparently that can’t be done till Jan 31st After 2 hours on the phone I managed to get an extra 25GB added to my mobile data. No further resolution possible though I’m told

    4 drop outs in service with @Optus NBN in the space of an hour. Even with a new modem installed last night. If this continues throughout today, I’ll be disconnecting my service, without penalties and moving to another provider.

    @podesta_lesley No need for extenders & have never had a problem. NBN started out saying it was a problem in my location as they had several complaints. Now they’re suggesting it’s just my problem. Optus have added mobile data to phones so we can function and will prorata refund internet fee 🙄

    I’m trying to watch a new ep of a tv show & it’s ADSL type frustrating... it says a few words, stops... repeat for over an hour now 😭 don’t know if it’s because fetch boxes are low quality crap or if it’s the nbn being its brilliant self.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia the internet in old Ocean Grove, Victoria has been increasingly unstable over recent weeks & is now fully unusable (from yesterday). Enquiry suggests this is not just our house but rather area level. Telstra chat confirmed instability this morn. Fix pls!!

    @michaelpearson2 @natyxjae @NBN_Australia Only other thing I would suggest is making sure you have a stability profile active on your service, this can help in those borderline cases like this, it allows increased noise to occur before making the connection unstable, however can decrease sync rate a little 1/2
