@NBN_Australia Everything. Have contacted our provider. They say it’s an NBN issue. Unfortunately, we have to wait for a technician till Monday. Hoping somehow that it could be sooner rather then later?

Do you really have an NBN connection (I did not)? Even if you have one, try getting through their customer service and you'll know that an overly friendly guy with a thick accent is not working for NBN

@charlietech @NBN_Australia Charlie every time it slightly rains at my parents place the NBN drops,why? Optus have said it’s common problem and will only fix or report to NBN if happens 5 times in a day - my parents are old is there a way I can have consistent NBN for them including phone connection?

@nanso44 You don't get a choice. It's the type of service that is offered in different locations. Depending on what NBN Co has installed in that area. The type of service, FTTP or FTTP or HFC, costs the same. It's the internet plan you pay for.

@RonniSalt @Telstra I rang Telstra five times to get my new phone/NBN service. Each time, after about 8 minutes, the call was ended by Telstra because there was no one available in their overseas call centres. Only got through to them by going to the local Telstra Shop.

@maxblackhole Storms took out my NBN twice in quick succession, it was down for two weeks. Now I unplug it from the 60 year old copper wire connection when I see a storm coming.

@rodmckelvey You might not want to know this, but today I set a new record download speed: 174 Mbps. It was so blazing fast that my computer 💻 began emitting smoke (as it was so hot 🔥). My god, I trust that you're not actually PAYING for your NBN 'service'?!
