@NBN_Australia Telstra has flagged the fault. I cannot undertake business. Why does it take another 24 to 48 hours for @NBN to fix and no phone numbers from NBN or Telstra to discuss . A 5 G tower is being erected in my street. Will slow service push us off NBN to 5G?

@BelongAU Hi Chris, yes I did check that. Even when the NBN website said there was an unplanned incident in my area effecting my service the Belong Website said there were no issues with connection

@NBN_Australia Thanks Amy. The NBN website said there wasn’t any service issues in the area until just after Midnight when it was updated advising there was an unplanned incident in the area and the service actually stopped working just after 6pm due to the storm.

@NBN_Australia Spent 48 hours exchanging texts with Telstra. Following advice from private technician connected the NBN box to my laptop. Found ping was good but up and down load speeds were minimal. Telstra then agreed to escalate to NBN but 24 to 48 hour delay. Cannot work without @NBN

@NBN_Australia my nbn service has not been working since 7pm yesterday. You don’t have any outage on your site but send me an email saying there is an outage. It’s 21st century for god sake! Is there anyway we can hold you accountable for this?

Hi @TPG_Telecom. We had a minor NBN dropout yesterday, which we resolved with a simple reboot. But we've had no internet for a couple of hours now in Box Hill Nth, Vic. Is there an outage?

@AlboMP It’s almost like the LNP destroyed the NBN’s potential so they blame its dysfunction for every bad decision over the next 20 years. Stuart Robert spent 30k+ a month on internet and still can’t do his job!

@NBN_Australia It’s just very difficult when your service has been out for hours and the NBN website hasn’t been updated to reflect what’s actually happening until 6hrs later

@Telstra Non working internet for 48 hours I need a technician to visit. Business only help from Telstra is text message exchange. Paying top price for NBN cannot work cannot get a technician to work and online service takes hours with only negative outcomes

@mgorman43 @NBN_Australia Report to Telecommunications Ombudsman. Had a similar experience some years ago. Telstra and NBN blaming each other with no action leaving 20+ elderly people with no emergency service for nearly 2 weeks. Ombudsman report made and service restored within 24 hours. Good luck!

@NBN_Australia hi sorry for this. I've been having issues with my NBN connection for weeks. Exetel says it's an issue with internal wiring, ask building manager. Building manager says to contact NBN but y'all are wholesalers. What do I do to get a technician sorted?

@NBN_Australia I love how you can just have a 10 hour power outage from 7 AM to 5 PM so basically the whole work day. What do people who work from home do then???? Absolute joke!!!! Why not do it from midnight until 9AM???

However, while we're here, the flaw is in that pesky detail where we provide the power now, where the exchange was the supplier in the old system. So, the mains fail, the coms fail.

@NBN_Australia so the fourth appointment tomorrow with you in 6 weeks for exactly the same problem we have continued to have. Including the appointment you cancelled, this is now 20 hours of my time, just waiting, let alone all the time on the phone with my ISP. FTTN sucks.
