@colin_aus @BeauGiles @Aussie_BB I vote for Aussie BB too... yes call centres are in Gippsland in country Victoria... Personally I’m with Vodafone NBN who are great, but if you want top service then Aussie BB is the way to go. My friends who are with them rave about them.

Hey @Telstra 17 dropouts of the NBN in 24 days since connected. Seems to go out for 2 hours at a time. Usually middayish. Not great when trying to work. This is not a service, it’s just a pain.

@GarthGodsman @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Dont blame you. We pay $70 a month with NBN and this is proving to be rubbish now. We had Vivid Wireless paying $90 a month but never had issues once!!

@Loud_Lass I got a letter gave 12 month notice, got on to it straight away, still took 4months to get a working NBN connection up and running. I wiuld advise Don't leave it to later or it might no be installed when old network cut off.

@NBN_Australia I did, but I’m the two months I had left at the address, it didn’t change - I’m about to move back to that address, so we shall see 👌🏻 (and I’m about to move out of this address so I’m not fussed...) ...but it must be damn frustrating for others 🤯

still no internet - how long do I have to wait for @Optus to sort it’s operation out. After feeling pushed to switch to nbn within a few months rather than the allowed 18 months, a stuff up with connection dates and now no internet. Rubbish effort Optus. Truly awful

@Red_and_Blue26 You might live to rue going to Optus. They have not purchased adequate broadband & the NBN highlights that. 10 weeks with no solution - hello Telstra, bye bye Optus. Not one second of regret, we have not dropped out once in over 3 months with T.

So mad, Telstra/NBN just disconnected me with not a single email or call, because they want me to move my cable service to nbn, to get the same plan would cost me $60 a month extra, and it will take 10 business days

Another day, another #nbn outage courtesy of @Optus . If #nbn was a legitimate business it would be investigated by the @acccgovau for its complete mishandling of the entire infrastructure and customers.

@SandiHLogan @iiNet I was a customer of iinet for over 10 years & changed 18 months ago to wireless broadband which they didn't provide. Was told I was part of the iinet "family" and would be looked after when I came back .Tried to rejoin now that I'm connected to NBN & it's like they never knew me.

I think I looked at the nbn map several months ago and my house has the worst type of nbn connection (something FTT?) and the neighbours (the vast majority of which are various species of Karens, Kyles, road idiots and covidiots) ALL have better connections.

@SquigglyRick Have you got the Telstra Smart modem that connects to 4G when NBN is down? I had dial up speeds w Telstra during peak times. Turns out my modem was old. If you don’t have it push for it or leave.

@Telstra Hi Angela, Our NBN connection has been down since Dec 19 due to the lightning.the back up mode fluctuates its speed.We can not even make a video call. The technician from NBN did not show up yesterday, he cancelled and only to find out we were re schedule for 25th of Jan 2021

@ants000 @NBN_Australia Hi Anthony, There has been a shift from trying to ensure only 12Mbps, to trying to bring people up to 25Mbps where at all possible. It may be worth having them to touch base with our customer service team on 1300 880 905 to review the connection and see what can be done. - Adam
