NBN contractors damaged my unit and then redid the installation by laying cable on the garage floor. You're right about lazy, they take easy way irrespective of what it looks like. No more crap NBN that Telstra put up their prices to $115 per month for 50mbps but my Starlink gives me 100mbps for $75 per month
