    @KoparaFallsKid I'm with Aussie Broadband for the NBN. They are based in Victoria. When I call I talk to a person almost immediately, not automation. Since I got set up I've never had to call. If there is an outage coming up or if one is finished they email. It really is excellent service

    @andy_penn $tls is a doomed investment entity! It’s unsustainable to charge a higher price for an inferior product! Telstra’s special skill is to charge twice for the same nbn or phone line or even entertainment AND make it impossible for customers to get any customer assistance!

    The NBN people finally came to get us connected yesterday, the technician said there’s a fault and will be back in a fortnight. There’s much bigger issues now, I literally was faced with 1st world problems- only to realise there’s a humanity problem right now.

    @THE_Russell Wow. Just when you thought This buffoon Gov. Would never beat Their farcical NBN Catastrophe. $ 80 Billion spend on a system little better than what it replaced? Now Spending double that on Subs that will be obsolete 15 years before they are delivered?

    @AndNowItsTime @NBN_Australia I feel your pain. NBN contractors damaged my unit and then redid the installation by laying cable on the garage floor. You're right about lazy, they take easy way irrespective of what it looks like. I've lodged a complaint but wait with baited breath.

    @gurambae I already use my foxtel cable for the internet (but don't have Foxtel) which is why I'm forced to be with Telstra currently. It will be the same with NBN. Nov is the deadline for me. Having problem choosing a provider

    Thoughts on switching to Aussie Broadband? Am with Telstra (on NBN) and the dropouts are ridiculous. Conscious it'll reuse a lot of the same infrastructure but even the customer service has to be better??!

    Well it's down to the wire #NBN says we'll be cut off by early November so have to transition. We don't download heaps, occasionally watch Netflix. We have cable so not much will change. Any suggestions folks for a provider #GoldCoast

    Weird thing is ... when neighbours (same node) connected to @NBN_Australia they had storm related outages. They pestered provider who sent someone out to climb up the pole to fix it. Their problem got fixed. That technician stuffed up our connection though.

    In that time we've been happy with @iiNet and always said it's worth paying the extra for the technical assistance we've received. We're not happy now @iiNet. We understand the problem needs @NBN_Australia to fix, but we pay you and we rely on you to work with NBN to sort it out.

    @LennaLeprena Rupert told them they couldn’t build a proper NBN network because it would open alternates to his overpriced pay TV monopoly. The experts told them do it once do it right do it with fiber but Rupert one the day Abbott told Turnbull to wreck it so he did.

    Absolutely horrible behaviour from @NBN_Australia . Despite multiple escalations from @Optus to send out an NBN technician to resolve my internet dropout issues they keep rejecting .

    It's been another month of going back and forward between RSP and @NBN_Australia trying to have someone come out progress with the cabling... But they "can't" because NBN have registered our neighbours service under our address...

    Called @iiNet tonight. Informed @NBN_Australia have looked into it and won't be sending out anyone to investigate the fault. Presumably there was connectivity at the time they checked so they think it's all good. This will happen next time there's a storm, as sure as ****.

    @NBN_Australia Normally this wouldn't be a problem as the download and upload speeds are still within reason, but as someone who creates content around online video games, you can see how that would be a problem. I'm gonna contact someone, but surely you can understand the frustration.

    Internet is down for the umpteenth time and @Aussie_BB pins the blame on @NBN_Australia hardware. It was installed maybe 3 months ago!! And there’s no technicians available until Monday!! It’s 2021 and you can’t get internet in the middle of Sydney? 😭

    @Telstra why have a rewards centre for direct messaging, when the customer service representatives are in India.. so helpful having customer service reps that can check outage maps and do nothing else. Hacked, spam phone calls, out of country reps... trash nbn, about done.

    You are paying $ for no service , loose pay due to continuous dropouts. @NBN_Australia the least you can do is send out a technician to check out the issue . But you would rather let the customer suffer for months at end rather than pay a subcontractor
