NBN contractors damaged my unit and then redid the installation by laying cable on the garage floor. You're right about lazy, they take easy way irrespective of what it looks like. I've lodged a complaint but wait with baited breath.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@twensor @FetchStep sadly its totally on form for telstra. remember when a small fire in their chatswood building took out the national SMS network. where i live telstra, nbn, optus and vodafone are all on a 4 hour battery backup, while essential energy schedules regular 8 hour outages.

Even it's rollout was ill considered, eg shutting down the interim satellite during the wet season 😳 Specifically what NBN requirements can't be met by starlink ? 🤔 Starlink has ~250k residential subs, 350k total. After four cancelled appointments by NBN after Telstra said it was an NBN issue ( it was), I bought a Telstra 5G router and threw out the NBN box. I would prefer Starlink but it has a congestion charge in our area of $700.
