  @AndNowItsTime @NBN_Australia I feel your pain. NBN contractors damaged my unit and then redid the installation by laying cable on the garage floor. You're right about lazy, they take easy way irrespective of what it looks like. I've lodged a complaint but wait with baited breath.

  @AjaxXanthe See if you can get extra mobile data from your provider. We had an NBN issue a couple of years ago & not sorted for more than 2 weeks. We could get additional data on mobiles or a dongle for home

  @NBN_Australia, I have had no NBN service since the 11th of April in Cottesloe, WA. The date for reconnection keeps moving out. Do you have any serious information on when it will return and what is the problem?

  @asphotos Science isn't going to help when the system is clogged because the NBN is down and many thousands of people are trying to find workarounds. Telstra in the park has collapsed, and Optus is struggling.

  @jeff32567916 @australian He recognised that NBN via wifi (using mobile phone network) is a bad idea, when the mobile phone towers back up battery's go flat (couple if hours) we have no communication at all, we should all still have wired communication but we don't so it's very easy to switch it all off
