    @LaTrioli we have nbn satellite, bout as slow as dialup. Everyone else in my burb got f2c. We pay $119 month 50peak/50 offpeak. Neighbours get 500gig unlimited $49.95 superfast speed. Nbn 4got bout our place said 'maybe next time' 🙄

    @FaultyMusic @NBN_Australia Man I went through all this **** not too long ago. Telstra was the only ISP in my area for ADSL2 (others adding a $30/mo fee for rental or some ****). I spent something like 3 hours on an IM chat to get nowhere, THREE TIMES, then reached out to NBN for equally as little help. 1/3

    @troyhunt Had the same problem with telstra emailing me a little old lady’s bill (and NBN move details) and threatening disconnection letters. Could not get it resolved in > year. Many many hours on phone to them. Logged privacy complaint with OAIC on her behalf and it was resolved quickly

    @Optus there is no NBN internet connection (Victoria, suburb clarinda) for the last one hour and not able reach out to technical support over phone. When can we expect the service to be restored?

    @party__like @NBN_Australia and before yall say "its probably your hardware/wifi my pc is hardwired with cat6 to an actually usable 3rd party router because believe it or not, the service provider supplied routers are even ******* worse lmao

    @MikeCarlton01 I hit the "Off" switch on Murdoch and Jones some time ago but the wifi connection up here has been down. I blame the NBN.

    @Optus Thanks for the reply but doesnt help my situation, given there’s no ETA looks like once again I cant work from home , costing me a fortune in down time. This isnt a once off, its now 5 times in the past fortnight . Sucks to be me on this 💩service. @NBN_Australia @optus
