@LaTrioli we have nbn satellite, bout as slow as dialup. Everyone else in my burb got f2c. We pay $119 month 50peak/50 offpeak. Neighbours get 500gig unlimited $49.95 superfast speed. Nbn 4got bout our place said 'maybe next time' 🙄

@Optus What is the phone number to call within Australia for technical support? NBN sent a technician who said refer the problem back to Optus. What am I supposed to do? I have a nominee in Australia!

@BroHilderchump @Spanners_cat My nbn died, tech came and plugged a gadget in and said my wire was broken 350 meters away. He went down the road to the pit. 30 minutes later, came back, all fixed.

@grantrbeattie @NBN_Australia I’m with @kogan Internet. Yeah yeah I know they aren’t known for customer service. But I figured they all just resell NBN so I went with the cheapest option.

You don't sell 100/40 then chop the upload in half and go "eh we're congested because we aren't maintaining our **** properly" then try and act like nothings wrong. This is your fault, investigate it and fix it. @NBN_Australia

@melkettle Just moved 6 kms to a house with NBN box with co-axial cable to a point in the wall. Wifi works fine. But I prefer to work with PC which drops out every 5 mins, Computer guy, a Microsoft engineer, will try to fix tomorrow. I may switch to Aussie Broadband!

In what other developed country would it be acceptable to pay upfront fees for internet service that inexplicably takes months to access? It’s absolutely mind-boggling #nbn #nbnfail
