@obi1666 @stilgherrian It's not really a thing anymore but prior to the 2013 election, if you reported on issues with the NBN (which there were) you would get hate mail. Interestingly people didn't mind as much when I began reporting on the issues post 2013.

  • Mitchel65419492 prole (@Mitchel65419492) reported

@PaulFletcherMP @AlboMP @NBN_Australia LNPs' multi-mode schemmozle means 60 billion spent on a stitched together, second-rate service, that means many are connected to a service that gives them slower speeds than before. Do your homework.

  • RobertH79590973 Robert Hamilton (@RobertH79590973) reported

@AlboMP Hopefully, you will get the numbers to fix Remote services. The PMG installed copper phone cables so remote areas could have telephones. The Skymuster is poor even compared to Optus 4G plus. Both price and service. NBN $49.95 for 50GB, peak 7am-1am.

  • RHT_ebooks Richard 塚正-緑 (@RHT_ebooks) reported

@chrisjoregan I know the NBN is **** but torrenting isn't THAT slow dude

  • NBN_Australia nbn™ Australia (@NBN_Australia) reported

@down7own7 We're sorry to hear that. We have paused all non-essential maintenance on the NBN network to maintain network availability as much as possible. However, we need to continue with essential maintenance to improve capacity, fix performance issues or resolve incidents. 1/2

  • down7own7 downtown7 (@down7own7) reported

@NBN_Australia But only ever for residential areas right? Imagine if you told a CBD area that their connection might be down during business hours. We just aren't that important i guess.

  • RyanWil62993886 Ryan Williams (@RyanWil62993886) reported

@OcarinaJones @WhosFibbing They are two different networks. Labor removed Telstra from the original tender process for NBN. So Telstra said we will build a 3G, 4G & now 5G network. Labor's Conroy & Rudd completely stuffed NBN up. There has never been a Fibre network of this size built on the planet.

NBN Network Infrastructure - There are no service disruptions or outages.

  • mercurial7082 Mercurial 💉💉💉🌈 (@mercurial7082) reported

@obi1666 @stilgherrian @joshgnosis Because if the Labor FTTP model had been fully rolled out, we'd have a much better performing (and cheaper) NBN. Abbott supporters and other nutjobs can't stand that fact, and never give up on the hate because of it.

  • D1Xenotime Derwin Lau, Ph.D. (@D1Xenotime) reported

@TPG_Telecom NBN line is already restored. Generating a ticket will not stop you/@NBN_Australia from cutting our service anyway. Let's hope there is no further disruption from tomorrow. The two emergencies maintenance on consecutive days, unannounced & with no explanation very unprofessional.
