@LaTrioli we have nbn satellite, bout as slow as dialup. Everyone else in my burb got f2c. We pay $119 month 50peak/50 offpeak. Neighbours get 500gig unlimited $49.95 superfast speed. Nbn 4got bout our place said 'maybe next time' 🙄

The #NBN has been out in our area since 4pm. You don’t think about how reliant on it you are till it’s not there. The outage information said 2 hours. It’s now been 3. Is a network/infrastructure problem so Telstra can’t help. Waiting on @NBN_Australia to do their thing. 😩

@Telstra I am having continual drop out of service despite troubleshooting & restarting modem & nbn devices I have checked Telstra & NBN websites for any known outages in my area & there is nothing I would be grateful if you could DM me to assist Regards, 30 yr Customer

@nineislands I've been with DoDo for years and only had a couple of problems, one an NBN fault, which they sorted in 24hrs. I've got the min DL speed unlimited ($69)but can run 3-4 devices simultaneously including watching stream tv & NF without buffering. 3 phones with 20gig for $20 each pm

I lose internet every time there is heavy rain. Unless there are 5 registered outages @NBN_Australia won’t come out and fix the problem and won’t listen @AussieBroadband’s requests. Lunacy. #prayforrain

@Allhandzon @sassycarrie @Optus *telecommunications I cancelled NBN with a provider as my home VPN stopped working, and they couldn't figure out how to fix. they confirmed in writing then continued sending me bills because they never disconnected with NBN co ... even sent a sent collector into me ... 😖

@NBN_Australia I'm sick to death of being told to go to my service provider. My service provider is not the problem here, YOUR damaged equipment is. We were told that our pit was scheduled to be fixed back in APRIL and still we have heard nothing. Where is the accountability here?

@ArskinF @oldguy537 I never allow an ISP provided modem. it locks you to them. Buy your own modem. Dodo tried to BS me that they couldn't do a connect to my modem (which is a popular NBN FTN model) till I insisted that perhaps they were no longer my choice for ISP.
