    @LaTrioli we have nbn satellite, bout as slow as dialup. Everyone else in my burb got f2c. We pay $119 month 50peak/50 offpeak. Neighbours get 500gig unlimited $49.95 superfast speed. Nbn 4got bout our place said 'maybe next time' 🙄

    @captainfez @NBN_Australia @VodafoneAU Ugh! I even anticipated this being an issue and double/triple checked that vodafone had the correct address and they ended up hijacking the poor doc's office connection - and they're a small practice with mostly elderly patients and we cut them off for 4 days and counting 🤬

    @lawrepforjesus @AjratYllek I tell them how sorry I am that they have to do something so horrible just to keep food on the table, but also tell them how disappointed their mum would be to find out they don't really have a good job working for Telstra, NBN, Amazon etc. Often they say sorry before hanging up.

    Hey @Optus is there a problem with NBN on the Gold Coast? Partner trying to WFH but internet has been unusable since 5pm yesterday. Call centre hung up on us! 🥲

    @Optus I don't know about that last time you guys give me a NBN service the tech guys could not find a grid to hook it up ,an they didn't even seem to bother looking for it 😡 well done Optus 👏an here we are again about a monthly bill which you people have it at $585 wow ,mine is $123

    As an end user, I can go my RSP through TIO, but I have no ability to make the NBN fix their **** and the NBN have made VERY sure they have no responsibility to the RSP. So we're stuck - NBN can suck hard, demand more money to fix broken stuff (HFC) through increased prices.

    @Yuraygir_137 @LordSoth123 Wireless tech is complimentary to a full fibre rollout. It's a good alternative to copper bases NBN that libs forced on us. Wireless is convenient but will never come close to fibre

    @natebrooks23 NBN should be held to deliver a useable service and, if you read all their SLAs and caveats really aren't.

    @Optus Best thing I did was to leave optus. Awful NBN and abysmal customer service. Never will return...
