@NBN_Australia's FTTN strikes again: 24 of 30 days with unreliable or no service. Faults with the copper in the street were fixed but yet again we're without service with at least 3 days before someone can look at it. @AlboMP, it's time to fast-track fibre for the Blue Mountains!

3.5 hours of sleep only to wake up to the internet being down and now I might have to go into the office on a Saturday. I will never forgive the NBN for this

Why would an Optus modem with 4G backup keep searching for and connecting to that network when the NBN connection is fine?

Made a VERY dumb choice today to let the nbn guy take off his mask in my hot flat when he asked coz I was so grateful he was early & was handsome ( I left mine on and sprayed the house with Glen 20 & opened all the windows for half an hour before I took mine off again) SO STUPID

My #NBN died last night during the electrical storm. Called tech support this morning. Yes, I've turned it off & on. Yes, I've tried different sockets. Yes, I've hit the reset button. Earliest they can get a techie out to me is 31 Dec. Hotspotting from the phone until then.

@NBN_Australia cant get NBN to my property so offered #skymuster satellite. At least free to install. Totally useless Speed slow, latency high & data restricted. Back to 4G Asked NBN to remove equipment “costs will start from $420 but it can be significantly higher than this”

@FinancialReview I am in the same predicament. Hung on to my cable as long as I could, but must go by end of next month. Look at the 5G option, better speed guarantee than NBN. Shame @mrkrudd didn't understand that before committing Australia down the current NBN path.
