Service delivery of @NBN_Australia is absolutely atrocious. Less than 12 hours notice of 'planned' maintenance on 12-May. Less than 5 minutes notice of 'planned' maintenance today. It really is a sub-par network which has Australia 20 years behind the rest of the world #fail

@DuttonChemistry @sjwill99 @gnljameson @p_schwerdtfeger A tangential issue, but Oz can never do online teaching properly with our half-baked NBN. 5 people in my house trying to do live sessions on Zoom/Teams through a single (newly laid) coaxial cable doesn’t work. We are ‘lagging’ in so many ways.

Trumble (sic) you are the mug. A chancer who got lucky in the dial up Internet era & you thought you knew it all. The decaying ex Telstra infrastructure you you said would give us a quicker cheaper nbn is a slow moving disaster. It is inadequate & will cost billions to replace

@VodafoneAU terrible! Bought nbn in late April. Still no FTTC box after three weeks! After enduring hours of waiting on the phone, the kid could only say “it’s pending” then cut off! This is really quite ridiculous!

@NBN_Australia I have been told by NBN via Telstra that this is an outage. I have an been open ticket with Telstra on this.

@Jeff_Sparrow Try once you've connected. - Not being able to contact the supplier (NBN) and the source of the issue directly. - Once you have lodged a ticket, being actively blocked from contacting support. @Telstra IVR: Your ticket is in progress, you receive updates through the App

@JJFyzz @McKellInstitute @TurnbullMalcolm He is on the record already in recent weeks saying the government should never have built the NBN in any form. Should have been built by private sector. 5G technology is already delivering very high speeds. The original cost was extremely underbaked. Would have cost near $200B

@iiNet Ever since I changed to NBN a couple of months ago, I can’t log in, says it doesn’t recognise my email address, or points of ID to get my login or reset password. Terrible!

@NBN_Australia Thanks for the tips @NBN_Australia, but the support I really needed was fibre to the premise! New coax was laid in my street to do HFC. FTTP would not have cost much more. There are physical limitations to copper and it can only be optimized so much.

@iiNet Well your lack of service forced me onto NBN. It really isn’t acceptable to throttle my speed from double digits down to 1 or 3kbps...consistently over a number of years.

@NBN_Australia it’s almost been 24 hours without internet in some of the Brimbank Council suburbs in Victoria. What’s the ETR at this point as the longer my internet is down, the less of my job I can do. PS I understand you have limited employees due to lockdowns but come on...

@manaz_d @Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia Since Friday night, there has been an NBN outage in a few south west Sydney suburbs, including Macquarie Fields Minto St Andrews etc. Not a single channel reported it. I want to get Starlink to avoid the NBN issues that come up every few weeks, not sure if it will be reliable

@Telstra been talking to ref 46269883 for over an hour and ask the clown is doing is restarting and recabling equipment. I need my nbn back up. In the past, every problem has been done clown interfering with my line at the pit down the street. I know how to trouble shoot my setup

@Aussie_BB Not happy with the service guys. @NBN_Australia comes out on the weekend when no one’s home, digs a 3m trench across the yard. Leaves the NBN box hanging with 1 screw and cuts my FTTN cable. Now you’re telling me no one can come out and fix it till Friday! #nothappy

@Telstra NBN has been cutting in and out since 945pm. Unplugged both NBN and Telstra modems and replugged again after 1 min. Twice. No improvement. Did a speed test - started with 108/1, then down to 52/0.01, now can't open any sites. Postcode 2220. No outage on Telstra or NBNco

@NBN_Australia Three days of no internet in 3088. Still no update or info about when it might be back up. But we’re still paying for the service and I had to buy more data on my phone. Can’t imagine we’ll be reimbursed 😡
