    @charlietech @NBN_Australia Charlie every time it slightly rains at my parents place the NBN drops,why? Optus have said it’s common problem and will only fix or report to NBN if happens 5 times in a day - my parents are old is there a way I can have consistent NBN for them including phone connection?

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra what does one have to do to get something fixed? 6 weeks of back and forth and nobody can sort the problem. Surely this can't be too hard.

    @NBN_Australia Everything. Have contacted our provider. They say it’s an NBN issue. Unfortunately, we have to wait for a technician till Monday. Hoping somehow that it could be sooner rather then later?

Some of these undone by subsequent LNP govts but still a substantive record thanks to Independent/Green support

    @BelongAU hey I have been without internet for hours now. No nbn outtage, but the modem page says 'your broadband service is not working normally'. Have tried unplugging and turning off for minutes a couple of times already. What else can I do to restore it?

    @VWHawkesbury @MrKRudd I wouldn’t know. No NBN here and there will never be. Only Skymuster offered as NBN wireless didn’t reach. So we are waiting for Starlink. Now on ADSL 12mbps down and .15 up! And I’m 8 mins from North Richmond and 55 from the CBD ffs!! 🤬🤬
