    @colin_aus @BeauGiles @Aussie_BB I vote for Aussie BB too... yes call centres are in Gippsland in country Victoria... Personally I’m with Vodafone NBN who are great, but if you want top service then Aussie BB is the way to go. My friends who are with them rave about them.

    So mad, Telstra/NBN just disconnected me with not a single email or call, because they want me to move my cable service to nbn, to get the same plan would cost me $60 a month extra, and it will take 10 business days

    @Loud_Lass I got a letter gave 12 month notice, got on to it straight away, still took 4months to get a working NBN connection up and running. I wiuld advise Don't leave it to later or it might no be installed when old network cut off.

    Can someone please explain how @NBN_Australia works. We had perfectly serviceable internet, then a bloke arrives 3 weeks ago and says NBN is going in. But, we don’t need it. Too bad, it’s going in 1/

    Another day, another #nbn outage courtesy of @Optus . If #nbn was a legitimate business it would be investigated by the @acccgovau for its complete mishandling of the entire infrastructure and customers.

    Hey @Telstra 17 dropouts of the NBN in 24 days since connected. Seems to go out for 2 hours at a time. Usually middayish. Not great when trying to work. This is not a service, it’s just a pain.

    @GarthGodsman @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia Dont blame you. We pay $70 a month with NBN and this is proving to be rubbish now. We had Vivid Wireless paying $90 a month but never had issues once!!

    @Red_and_Blue26 You might live to rue going to Optus. They have not purchased adequate broadband & the NBN highlights that. 10 weeks with no solution - hello Telstra, bye bye Optus. Not one second of regret, we have not dropped out once in over 3 months with T.

    @NBN_Australia I did, but I’m the two months I had left at the address, it didn’t change - I’m about to move back to that address, so we shall see 👌🏻 (and I’m about to move out of this address so I’m not fussed...) ...but it must be damn frustrating for others 🤯

    @stilgherrian Ah right. Nice of them to notify us. I’m just hoping 5G covers my area before I have to change over so I don’t have to go through the install of NBN (older apartment, they’ve done the worst install in the building and **** knows how I’m going to end up with wiring inside)

    @stilgherrian In this particular case it sounds like nbn were the only organisation to act with any competence at all - they switched the customer's broadband on within a day of Telstra and iinet telling them what had happened

    @Martin_Paulo @NBN_Australia Bugger - we had similar issues. Up and down like a yoyo for abut a month after connection. Settled down eventually and has been good since.

    @Aussie_BB you sent me an offer to upgrade to NBN home fast plan for a discounted rate today. When I connected to NBN you told me the max speed my connection can achieve is 42mbps down...unless that has changed upgrading would be absolutely pointless!

    @NBN_Australia the planned maintenance in my area has morphed into an almost 20 hour unplanned outage. I assume you’re working to restore the service but it would be good to get an update. Is it likely to be fixed tonight, or should I be making different plans for the weekend?

    @beorthes The public doesn’t deal with NBN directly which makes it hard to resolve problems when they occur, like today. It’s especially hard when NBN contracts all work out - there’s a lot of finger pointing between ISP, NBN and contractors.
