Rolly polly (@Rolly50Hundred) reported@B_e_n_n_y @r0ck3t23 It’s already obsolete. If you have decent 5G it’s light years ahead of NBN. Most cities don’t have proper 5G though. They think they do but it’s awful pretty much everywhere except Gold Coast.

Titch Ashen (@titchashen) reported@deniseshrivell fair point. In the rush for shiny new com tech the way we did it not always the best. NBN now means those of us with land lines cannot call 000 in a power blackout, or net outage. Before NBN we could. that dont make news much either,

Deevitha (@Deevitha_) reportedFinally bit the bullet and got Starlink installed. Highly impressed, the speed and stability runs everything beautifully. We haven’t had a single circle of death anywhere. No more dealing with the shortfalls of NBN lines, poor workmanship and dodgy patchwork repairs. In our exit survey from the old company I let them know the reason for leaving was the poor service the NBN infrastructure can provide, and now that customers have another choice we aren’t limited by the failing system. Highly recommend the switch if you have been considering it.

Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@pigways @Batman2242 NBN satellites have been in service since 2013 that provided a significantly improved service for remote and regional areas. Starlink only arrived in the last few years. Perhaps Amazon was able to meet the design and contract requirements set by #nbn and starlink couldn't.

anthony, underclass prole cat, edwards (@anthony45052793) reported@STEVEFI14205588 when power and all communications services were out for 6 days after last flood my ISP disconnected my NBN service because i could not go online to pay my bill because the NBN and all mobile service was down. ironic that even when there is no service we still have to pay for it.

Tính (@tinhtrann) reported@cb_doge The rural numbers are the real story imo. NBN was supposed to fix that gap and Starlink just walked in and did it faster.

Viscount Dave, The Vaxed (@ExpertOracle) reported@NBN_Australia G'day! We are renovating and need to replace an early NBN FTTP box and power supply with the new NBN box. Our ISP says to contact you, but there is nothing on your website that addresses this issue. Please help!
