  • bigskinnyboy Aaron (@bigskinnyboy) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I’m so sick of our nbn being out. For the past 3 or 4 nights our hfc connection has died during the day, they try and fix it remotely. Eventually they send a tech out, they fix it around 11pm. The next day repeat. It’s our whole area too. Frustrating!

  • nathan_bobik Nathan Bobik (@nathan_bobik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia At a time where small businesses are already needing to prepare for work to slow down, you are now making matters worse by making us wait 7 weeks for an internet connection.

  • sturgey171 Sturgey (@sturgey171) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Rainbow6Game RIP Australian siege players (Unless your nbn isn't shit)

  • tommyhare82 Tom (@tommyhare82) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra @NBN_Australia completely unacceptable when someone gives you a weeks notice on moving house to have a customer be without internet for two weeks. I can’t work

  • Yourdudemorgan Morgan (@Yourdudemorgan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia left in the dark. Experiencing an outage with zero information. Website says planned maintenance within the next ten days with nothing planned at this time.

  • nathan_bobik Nathan Bobik (@nathan_bobik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@NBN_Australia So im waiting for updates from @Telstra, who are waiting for updates from you...and your response to Telstra is we’ll fix it in 7 weeks...then your customer can book in a new appointment.... which will be another 2 weeks.

  • spalliera Looch (@spalliera) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Trish_Corry @AusIndiMedia Wi-Fi problems would be the router being used not the actual NBN itself as you said the computer via ethernet cable is good. I bet most that complain are all using Wi-Fi only

  • nukekitty verx 'STUPID LOVE' kallisti (@nukekitty) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Also, update on my internet shenanigans: - NBN says I'm in a network shortfall - No phone ports in my flat for ADSL - I'm equidistant from all towers, leaving me on 1 bar or worse on every mobile network 😩

  • TheSarge61 PR (@TheSarge61) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra you have a major 24hr police station in Melbourne without phones and internet due to an NBN cable issue, it's been nearly 20hrs now and no fix. I think you should escalate this issue ASAP.

  • _producermike Michael Ciccone (@_producermike) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @TPG_Telecom funny how you’re ADSL service has gone to shit ever since NBN came in the area. But today there have been nonstop dropouts, and I’ve been on nonstop hold trying to talk to someone about the issue.

  • eaonp Eaon Pritchard ★ (@eaonp) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@regan_k_ @shaunrowland It was a joke. NBN is never working so people are forced to watch FTA Tv.

  • psimpsonmorgan Peter Morgan (@psimpsonmorgan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Goldenjocks Another thought, why are these problems with the NBN coming out now when Ziggy a former Telstra CEO is the Chairman of the NBN.

  • JamieSkella Jamie Skella (@JamieSkella) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@gthartley Well prepared. I have 3 months worth of beer, 200 packets of Mi Goreng, and two internet connections setup as redundancies to my NBN line, if it goes down.

  • pixeltoofar Andrew Griffiths (@pixeltoofar) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@sclark_melbs @marcuskelson @InsidersABC @David_Speers @PatsKarvelas @lanai_scarr @markgkenny @AlboMP I would watch in bed (online) if the @NBN_Australia was any good here (parents place with HFC), but it “has issues”. Watching on standard @ABCTV. Great panel today!

  • Tony_3163 Tony (@Tony_3163) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

120 hours of no service @Optus 5G Homebrand and no contact today about what the solution will be. Resisting NBN but needs must.

  • DeclanJE Declan JE 📸 (@DeclanJE) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @LounaTuna @Optus **** that's shameful for nbn speeds

  • peterh_oz 💧peterh_oz (@peterh_oz) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TT59394759 @tminear @theheraldsun @tamsinroses For once I agree with #ScottyfromMarketing. Don't repeat the sabotaging of the NBN. Build it for 2060, not 2030. It's cheaper both on $$ and outage/reliability to spend extra up front than to try to do piecemeal upgrades later. @DanielAndrewsMP @ptua @ptv_official #MelissaHorneMP

  • Yourdudemorgan Morgan (@Yourdudemorgan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@BelongAU lmao I’ve been waiting in this phone call for ages hearing about how a fishbowl can impact wifi quality. Nbn is down. I need help pls. Not fish bowl solutions. Thx

  • judgejosie jo girl (@judgejosie) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@KKeneally @ScottMorrisonMP Australians are scared and worried BECAUSE OF LNP PLANS. Ndis Nbn Mining Brutality of the most needy Lies Blah blah blah. Another idiotic, utterly useless and possibly damaging LNP PLAN is exactly what we fear. They turn everything to shit.

  • Pezzamystic1 Pez (@Pezzamystic1) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Look forward to No Bloody Network #NBN

  • DocB__ Ron Baumann 💧 (@DocB__) reported

@NBN_Australia I don't have a service. New development. Both my provider and I are waiting ever so patiently for you to free up appointments on the island. Also waiting to lay my driveway which I can't do until you sort this out.

  • wilma_domjan Wilma Domjan (@wilma_domjan) reported

@LifeLiberty3 @pwafork Have to agree with that. We used to have that once, then we introduced competition. NBN was supposed to be great for country but instead in an Apartment building 2 seperate NBN systems installed etc. what a waste. Country systems keep breaking down etc.

  • ric_proudfoot richard proudfoot (@ric_proudfoot) reported

@bruce_haigh .. and woeful NBN, poor mobile reception, wrecking prime farming land for coal mining, degraded health and dental systems, abysmal public transport, negligible public services, and on and on ..

  • bones_mc_coy Bones McCoy (@bones_mc_coy) reported

@FinancialReview Well NBN was the brainchild of the previous Rudd Labor government so….People tend to forget that NBN should never have been Govt owned. By the time you rollout the infrastructure the technology is outdated. Fast wireless is the future

  • setsuzoh David OGorman (@setsuzoh) reported

@telstra woefully inadequate service. Peoples if you are moving house, allow at least 2 months foe your new Nbn service…

  • freakychick Loren N-R. (@freakychick) reported

an @NBN_Australia fault - A new frontier. A 🧵 Players: me NBN Our service provider [SP](who will not be named, this is not their issue). Last week our NBN went down, I thought initially (& still do) it was related to a power failure we had at our home on Wednesday morning

  • BTCAnarchy Guy Fawkes (@BTCAnarchy) reported

@hayden_quinn @veve_official Hey Hayden loved you on Masterchef man! Hard for us Aussies to beat people to reservation due to our poor latency. If only the NBN went through as originally intended then we might have had a fighting chance

  • fomojess fomojess.eth 🌸 (@fomojess) reported

Please help me @NBN_Australia. I have been trying to get a connection here for 6 months since moving regional. Everything is set up and ready to go, but there keeps being issues from your end. I am considering relocating back to the city just to have internet again. #auspol

  • MarcusJamison Marcus (@MarcusJamison) reported

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia I've had 56k dial-up modems faster than the current #NBN service. Utterly ridiculous.

  • AlsPatch Als Patch aka Allan Campbell. Food Gardener. (@AlsPatch) reported

@DocB__ @NBN_Australia We avoided the NBN till August last year. 4G telstra signal kept dropping out. Aussie broadband wireless put on. Really great for us in the Tassie bush. Years ago we had satellite internet and it was useless.
