    @Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @NBN_Australia Try having Covid and not being able to use the internet at home because they are fixing an “outage” since the 24th of December. It’s now January 3rd. Still no internet. Thanks heaps !

    @NBN_Australia Please advise where we can lodge complaints about poor nbn services? @NBN_Australia as there is an unplanned outage from nbn side since 2 days which is affecting living/work. All thanks to a planned outage from nbn end. Service provider is so scared to raise an incident with nbn

    signed to @BelongAU on 21/12/22 & clicked I dont have an @NBN_Australia box and will need a technician. Never heard anything back. I called them today and they said I have to wait until 12/1/23 for a tech because im only "telling them now" ??? Not happy. Dont bother with them.

    @MichaelWestBiz You can make education free, or invest in public housing, buy back toll roads, invest in preventive healthcare, fix the NBN, subsidise regional towns move to 100% renewable energy and get off the grid

    Exited my short SPI a point from the low today, the first time I've day traded in yonks as I'm waiting for a NBN techy to fix a dropout problem. The internet problem has now stopped (of course) so no problem will be found.

    I have never lived in a house with #nbn because #TPG #FTTB has always been available and so much better. All I want to know is - when will we move on from 100 to 1000 TPG?

    @NBN_Australia don't worry, I already know the problem - it's the decrepit copper line. poor speeds and dropouts are inevitable. a line test won't find any "faults" because the standards for fttn are deliberately very low. you can fix this though - deploy fibre. please and thanks
