I thought you are an essential service?! Also, the technician needs to check out the lines and wiring, etc. and they have no contact with a person. why can’t they work?

I usually ask them if they are religious and if so, how they reconcile their faith with stealing. Today I told the caller how happy I was that I don't have to go home every night and outline how my day was spent stealing.
