@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

@Optus #HorribleService Optus NBN is the worst. Been on back to back calls with customer support for hours since morning. Didn’t help at all. Each you call you have explain from start. You have to ask for ticket number. All the call back assurances are false. $79 a month

Been having ongoing issues getting connected to #NBN since 24/08. request submitted from provider keeps getting denied by @NBN_Australia. Different reason each time. Called @TelcoOmbudsman. Can only lodge complaint against provider (who are already trying their best). 1/

@Optus Fix your internet, the NBN fiber connection I have is fast, yes I will credit that. But it has some big issues, primarily; - Unreliable and cuts out, often in waves where I have to restart the modem several times. - Unpredictable upload speeds (270 down / 2-20 up)
