Still waiting on info from the #OptusHack on if anyone who is a customer via a reseller is affected. We have our mobiles and NBN all bundled by a third party. Be nice to know.

@NinaHendy No, I could hear a busy call centre in the background and said it sounded like an unprofessional workplace for the NBN. They said, and this is accurate, "You can **** off. You **** off right now. ******* idiot." ...this call is being recorded for quality and assurance purposes.

@MattMcKee2533 @tomcollins76 @joshgnosis Nbn on the other hand who I also worked for, do the right thing and purge most if not all the personal data they collect from you to install a service. Because once you are connected you are handed over to a Service provider.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I dropped Telstra after a year of being mucked about with overcharging and dead modems and took my phone NBN internet and electricity to AGL. Outstanding service since then. And $60/month cheaper.

I remember when the net first came out on phones & it cost $10 per 100mb. lol Ah, how times have changed. Never thought I'd see the day we'd have a $40 for unlimited net mobile plan. That's even better than the prices for NBN.

@Petitioner007 @Telstra 🎯 Had an NBN outage recently, had 20 minutes of fruitless & mind-numbing chat on line (using 4G on phone) with someone from a Telstra call centre, eventually gave up and found the solution on YouTube.
