I thought you are an essential service?! Also, the technician needs to check out the lines and wiring, etc. and they have no contact with a person. why can’t they work?

He tried to help but finally concluded that the most speed I can get here is 17mbps! because we are 1 km away from the node. I need to find an altenrantive for NBN. When in the process of moving in I hadn't connected my router up after signing up, they rang me to check of everything was okay and if I was having tech issues. Great customer focus.
