Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

Will (@UnicyclesWill) reportedHonestly had such an awful experience trying to NBN sorted with Internode. Poor communication, slow response times. Ultimately canceled the service for a more expensive, slower 4G plan. Getting $80 refund, but they are charging me $60 in service fees. **** off.

Peter (@psg_au) reported@NBN_Australia Dear Mr NBN, On my beautiful BigPond cable, I was consistently clicking over 130Mbps night or day.... Now that I have the “wannabe” NBN network, I’m lucky to break 69Mbps, despite paying a bucket load more... When are you going to offer people equality?
