@Telstra I’m a patient person. However when my very elderly parents in Kiama are left without a land line for over 20 days & I discover that someone in @telstra or @nbn didn’t create a ‘Task ID’ for the third time in 3 weeks I reach a state of total frustration. Pls help.

@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

TPG refused to close my NBN account because I would not take a photo of my face with a drivers licence, and then blocked my emails to them on the server level, now they sent a email saying that they recieved a notice from "NBN" that I am transferring my service and

The NBN has handsomely eclipsed the infamous blue screen that for years paralysed networks like a stalking peril. If it was any other well paid service the constant interruptions would not be tolerated year year out! To refer to it as a train wreck is praising it up, its a PEST!

I was told today by Telstra that I should be able to upgrade my home NBN connection to FTTP. 🤞🤞🤞 Better late than never. What a huge waste of time and money the LNP Fraudband has been. 😠

@NBN_Australia no internet since early Wednesday morning. Yes, I've been following up with my provider every day. They've just been live chatting with you and advised me the earliest you can fix this is the 16th November?? A whole week with no service? I WFH full-time.

No other utility/service (gas, electricity, NBN etc) can send you bills for, not only no product & no intention to provide it to you, but not even do what they're claiming to charge you for (maintain waterways) in your area.
