    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @iiNet Is there an explanation on why there is an outage for me

  • Ewalsh1990 Ethan Walsh (@Ewalsh1990) reported

    Incredibly poor service from @iiNet. 4 days without broadband. Repeatedly being put on callback wait lists. Having to repeat the same things over and over. Engineer cancelling my call when transfered. No results provided

  • Iain_Grant3 Iain Grant (@Iain_Grant3) reported

    @Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.

  • Pottsy87 Shane Potts (@Pottsy87) reported

    @iiNet is internet down

  • Peter_F_Ryan Peter Ryan (@Peter_F_Ryan) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @mat945 @iiNet All resolved now after an early call to @iinet technical support.

    @iiNet @LeeTatts Been happening for last week now! Worst customer service ever!

  • Johnybhoy John Paul Fitch (@Johnybhoy) reported

    @iiNet dudes. Internet in south lake, wa is out and has been for an hour or so. What’s the deal? Your website says there’s no outage?

  • mat945 Mat (@mat945) reported

    @Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet That is pretty poor Peter, they should have closed the lines and taken the calls in queue, or dumped them but not left them on hold. They have fairly robust technology so would be fully aware of how many are waiting

  • voscauchemars Sean (@voscauchemars) reported

    Hey @iinet after more than 17 years I have finally had it with you. Limited support hours. No communication from you WHATSOEVER regarding your massive failure over the weekend. Emails lost forever. You are now the shittiest ISP imaginable. I'm moving.

  • Tim___F Tim Fountain (@Tim___F) reported

    @iiNet @ashcryptoman The status now says "fixed". It isn't. On top of mail being down for nearly two days over Christmas/Boxing Day with no customer notifications, and yet the monthly invoice being the full amount.
