    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @iiNet I had someone come over to fix my constant dropouts on VDSL. The guy that came over change the connection type on my router from Dynamic IP to some PPPOE connection but never told anyone the details. So when it dropped out again, we weren't able to rectify the issue again.

    @iiNet @whirlpoolnetau I thought #iiNet was supposed to be in telephony, yet even its telephone support is inaudible, a TOTAL DISASTER. I can't even log in to change the card with which I pay it. If you want decent connected service, AVOID #iiNet.
