Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

@iiNet Hah! We just had a >36hr broadband failure, with no proactive comms to let customers know what was going on. Fault took >24hrs to id & 12 to fix. 1000s of customers in Highton, Belmont and Grovedale. Website was no use. No response to social media queries either. Don’t recommend.
@iiNet any chance BizSupport will respond to any of our support emails in the near future? You used to be quite helpful at customer service.
@iiNet have been without mobile from last night. Is there a known outage being investigated?
@iiNet your website says there is no issue with service for our postcode 3216, yet when we call your helpline there's an automated message saying there is a problem, it's been offline for over 24 hours now, any update?
@iiNet so, outage won’t be fixed until 4am, can you explain why it’s taken 2 days so far? And what other Options we have?
@iiNet I'm in Geelong. I know there's a fault. Things happen. I just don't understand how you've had an assessment completed and know what's needed to fix it but still no ETR. Is this 3-5 hours or 3-5 days?
@andy_mossman19 @iiNet @HumeJayk What is going on?? In 2022 when so many people are WFH, this is unacceptable and then for any compensation you want us to talk to someone! This should be auto adjusted for anyone in the area affected.. communicating would help!
@iiNet please provide an update on mobile data issues? Cannot use phone at all without hotspotting from someone else’s device. Both internet and mobile data down! What’s going on please?
@jonosc11 @iiNet @four_outta_ten Agree. Surely someone has got there and though "gee this'll take 12 hours to fix" or whatever. I can't believe they have NO idea.
