  • Cloudcitymelb Sarah Campbell (@Cloudcitymelb) reported

@iiNet our internet is suddenly and completely off! Red light blinking on the modem. No help on your webpage and no support on the phone? Called and got a message saying wait time to speak to someone is over an hour! Have looked up outages, none in our area. What’s going on!?

  • JackHigh4 John Highfield (@JackHigh4) reported

@iiNet are you a company on the verge of failing? Your loyal customers deserve to know what is going on. For over a week there have been problems across Australia. No public statements. Email and access to webmail and toolbox login denied for 48 hours. Nothing! not good enough.

  • rodneyheron Rodney Heron (@rodneyheron) reported

@iiNet Please just cancel the service so we can move on. It’s been 2 week now

  • rodneyheron Rodney Heron (@rodneyheron) reported

Dear @iiNet I’ve called twice to cancel my service, and told both times it was done, I’ve emailed your account teams and sent account information. Yet you keep sending “you need to connect” reminders I’ve received another call again asking about the cancellation

  • JanB_QLD Jan Bowman 🌈 (@JanB_QLD) reported

@iiNet Can you explain this in practical terms? I manage a website hosted in Singapore and it is very slow to load and frequently doesn’t load at all when using my home internet from iinet. Works fine if I tether to my 5G telstra phone. Is the latency issue responsible for this?

  • Dropshort3 Dropshort (@Dropshort3) reported

@iiNet are the email servers down again?

  • the_real_HenryW Henry 💉💉 (@the_real_HenryW) reported

@JanB_QLD @iiNet Me too. Need the internet for work but it's way too slow. Need to stop on few times. Unnecessary delay 4 me

  • JanB_QLD Jan Bowman 🌈 (@JanB_QLD) reported

@the_real_HenryW @iiNet I have been having huge issues

  • JackHigh4 John Highfield (@JackHigh4) reported

@iiNet Thank your team for getting things working again. If only iiNet Senior Management would adopt best corporate practice instead of trying to keep things inhouse lest it frighten potential customers. Use sm sites to let customers and the public know upfront of problems
