Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

Did Elon Musk also buy @iinet? Because its service has recently plummeted even more than usual. Since the fiasco with hosted exchange mail, accessing and sending emails on my phone has been tortuously slow. Is the “new server” some 2nd hand rusted box from a 3rd world country?

It's 2023, and the local @NBN still switches off everytime it rains. it rained 12 times today, so 12 outages Until 6pm when it just shut off completely for everyone around me. No messages, no explanations from NBN or @iiNet. They charge $70 to $120 a month for this pathetic crap.

@KentJohnson @iiNet We finally got it settled but not before hours of waiting for call centres, for email replies, for any real action It’s a universal issue of course, iiNet is just one example Public & private organisations all hide behind on-line & ‘self-serve’ walls The bricks are countless
