  Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
