    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @jc_cummins @NBN_Australia @iiNet I was in exactly the same situation with my mother who has Alzheimer’s . An endless round of finger pointing & being told to reset the Modem. It was @iiNet issue - the Modem was broken. @NBN_Australia connecting with another provider was no walk in the park either ...

    @ChrisCanberra @iiNet It could have worked if @iiNet designated a single person to deal with me & listened to what I was trying to communicate! I was badly advised at the start & that led to the ensuing problems. As it stands I’m still some way off having a working home office.

    @NBN_Australia Yesterday your engineer visited to investigate and fix a fault I reported to iiNet. He advised me the fault had been found and fixed and left He left w/out testing the connection and failed to provide iiNet with his notes
