    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @iinet so 7 days (and many hours on phone) without internet after transferring from adsl to nbn..All because of misinformation from iiNet about a modem that I specifically asked about before I requested the transfer. 2 questions: how you going fix this? Why are you charging me?

    @iinet Problems tonight? My connection has gone pear shaped to the point of speedtest can't run. And a 790ms ping to your webserver with a 50% packet loss.

    @iiNet received an SMS last night saying "emergency work" on NBN was being done in my area (Sefton, NSW). Still no service, and both iinet and NBN service status pages reporting no issues. Help?
