I’ve been cut off twice and no call back so I get to start the whole process again. 17 years as a customer and this is the service/support I am getting

Security architects, who should, are some of the worst offenders. I had a Telstra engineer tell me that I didn’t need a firewall between their garbage modem and my network. “One is built in”. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
