Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

@iiNet Been recommending you for years based on good customer service. What happened, an old customer forgot his email password. Tuesday support called back after 6 hours new password failed. Yesterday no return call all day. #iinetfail

@iiNet Hi there. I've been sending multiple emails to the address suggested (all marked 'Spam submission'). STILL nothing happening. My inbox is flooded with junk emails, and there's no way to ban these senders in the webmail system. Please help. This is ridiculous.

@louisejallan @iiNet I’ve been dealing with this this week too Louise. Exasperating. Good help from iinet today, but still not resolved. Bounced back to Apple. I feel I’ll be crushed by this revolving door any minute. Still can’t send iinet emails via Apple app, only iinet webmail. 😡

@iiNet tells me @NBN_Australia says that my drop outs are ‘fantasy drop outs’. Right. Thanks nbn for calling me a liar. This is disgraceful. You really think I’d waste hours and hours trying to rectify this issue for fun?

@iiNet has some ***** trying to upsell me on speeds I never actually got when they gave me a "free upgrade" especially since my internet has been down for at least 5 hours now.

@iiNet It's not a matter of network coverage. I received *all* other texts fine with iinet *except* for verification texts from Kucoin. I receive them fine with Telstra. This indicates that iinet is filtering them. Please fix this & I may sign up again.

@iiNet @tom_minc Would love to know the outcome of your situation as my iiNet support person ran out of ideas and passed on the case to the engineering team and said I could be without internet for at least 24hrs. First world problem, but difficult to do work in lockdown without it.
