    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    @iiNet Any clue why the internet is playing up again, Ballarat and Geelong both having issues with constant fluxuation. Not stable at all and your website doesn't say anything about it. Been going on all day.

    Hey @iiNet do you have an issue with your users using a VPN? Login to toolbox 5 attempts and thrown out after a couple of clicks. Sending an email forced to disconnect the VPN to send. @Optus & Medibank have proved that you have to manage your own security.

    @iiNet been waiting on phone for customer support for nbn/hfc service outage in Balmain, NSW. Been over 35 mins now! What ever happened to good iinet support in the evening.
