John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet Really? I’m waiting for a call from a senior manager in your customer relations team? But I’ve been told I have to wait until late Monday afternoon to see whether he bothers to call or not?

A D Morgan (@A_D_Morgan) reported@cailichris @iiNet One of our phone accounts, still being charged for, is hidden now somewhere beyond my reach. I literally cannot monitor it, let alone manage it or cancel it. Pretty angry.

Dwayne Hill (@dwayne_hill) reported@iiNet Hi, are there any current issues with email as we cannot currently log in (was working not very long ago), we can still access internet and the toolbox but email login is not working (looks to be a few other reporting something on downdetector also)

HG (@hgo7627) reported@ACLambert @iiNet Glad that’s over. But what a waste of energy. Like many, I suspect iiNet want to wear you down so you don’t give a fig.

Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported@iiNet we had our NBN FTTC network connection device replaced on 1 Jan. VOIP phone service has not worked since. Callers to our land line VOIP get a recording 'your call can not be connected at this time OCA 0188.' Outgoing calls get a continuous 900Hz tone.

RegularGlassShard (@SharpShard) reported@esseeeayeenn @iiNet Did it work? Our speeds are horrific. When I call iiNet, they are so sorry, but it’s never their problem and they’re no very interested in us paying less.
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet Well I'll believe it when I see it because the service we've had so far has been abominable!
-
RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reported@saltymolty @iiNet Thanks bro but I'm used to not eating... just like I'm used to the iinet services dropping and iinet relying on the fact it will "sort itself out" and they can pretend nothing is wrong in the first place. They need to fix the cause not wait out the symptoms. We deserve better.

HG (@hgo7627) reported@ACLambert @MissBaileyWoof @iiNet Especially when their only engagement is to call and then demand you verify who you are!! I wonder if ACT Consumer Aafairs would be interested? Or Choice Magazine. As you say, unconscionable behaviour. And certainly not the behaviour of a supposedly responsible service provider.
