    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    Just realised how bad @vodafone is in Tasmania @iiNet changed provider from @Optus to Vodafone The connection went from great to like now it took me 15min to load up twitter and I am in a suburb 30min out of the CBD!!! So Dont change ur sim card even if iinet calls you up!!! 😤

    @iiNet At iinet trying to log on to my toolbox to process payment. But I am getting message that connection is not secure. I have never received this message and wondering toolbox operating as normal?

    @iiNet My mistake! I had no idea about "We do not offer priority assistance on connection time-frames for health reasons". Maybe 6 weeks ago you could have mentioned that we can go **** ourselves.

    @iiNet No, you aren't doing anything but do this PR bullshit meant to frame me as the unreasonable customer who dares to expect special, or even any, service. First mention of 'prescribed processes' too. You really are set up to waste our time until the end of time if necessary.
