    Been with @iiNet for 10 years, the unbelievable shit service I’m getting today over an issue has got me wanting to move from them for the first time. That’s right 10 years and they’re treating a loyal customer this way We stuck with them even when we went 2 months without service

    Another day, another shitty customer service call with @iiNet trying to get someone to run a cable from the street to our existing @NBN_Australia box and modem. WE DON’T NEED A CHIP JUST GET SOMEONE TO RUN A CABLE. Could you be any worse? Solve it today or we cancel

    @iinet Problems tonight? My connection has gone pear shaped to the point of speedtest can't run. And a 790ms ping to your webserver with a 50% packet loss.

    @iiNet received an SMS last night saying "emergency work" on NBN was being done in my area (Sefton, NSW). Still no service, and both iinet and NBN service status pages reporting no issues. Help?

    @iiNet After 3 hrs and 2 employees (the 2nd asked for my details again so didn't even scroll up), it's still not working.

    @iiNet is there any service issues happening around postcode 3350. Last few days have been experiencing a BIG increase in latency. Hoping there is a fix or advice for this please.
