@FancySocksMan @iiNet It’s possibly a calculated risk to minimise password reset enquires, but it’s just poor practice.

  • _iEndo
Karen Endicott (@_iEndo) reported from Sydney, New South Wales

@iiNet I am now on the phone again waiting 10 mins to speak to a manager And now on hold again while they look into this really just fix the phone and stop charging me for a service I have not had since the 8/2 seriously just fix the phone

  • daamon_parker
Daamon Parker (@daamon_parker) reported from Melbourne, Victoria

@mark_barbs @iiNet Ditch them mate. I was on @iiNet and had loads of issues and was just met with bureaucratic “help”. Got nowhere - wasted my time. For the same monthly price with @Optus went from 2Mb/s (at best) to 30Mb/s consistently.

  • tania_price72
Tee Pee (@tania_price72) reported from Westfield, Western Australia

@Paulie68 @iiNet Definitely false advertising. It has the + symbol and then Fetch set top box. There is nothing in the ad to suggest that the box is extra. Really poor form @iiNet.

  • martyvis
Martin Visser (@martyvis) reported from Yerrinbool, New South Wales

@mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • Qarkn
Qarkn (@Qarkn) reported from Westfield, Western Australia

    @iiNet Fix your services thanks

  • _iEndo

@iiNet still on hold have put 18 hrs into following my issue up want to speak to manager still on hold great customer service @Channel7 @The_Chronicle @Channel10AU @abcsydney not feeling confident at 10 mins

@Stix2412 @iiNet We have been putting up with this shit for months now and can't get traction on a fix ever. It's infuriating.

  • camo2572
Darren Camilleri (@camo2572) reported from Geelong, Victoria

@Cazlab7 @iiNet Normally I don’t have an issue but yesterday was blowing pretty hard and it internet dropped out it was that windy my swimming pool moved across the backyard I just emptied it for winter I should’ve waited lol

  • KatharinaWolf
Dr Katharina Wolf (@KatharinaWolf) reported from Westfield, Western Australia

@iiNet Instructions were wrong - neither worked.. but I’ve managed to work around it despite much frustration. Fetch back to not working but at least the internet does - at least for the time being (not even talking phone)
