Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

Greg Long (@GregLongData) reported@iinet - why are folks bothering to chase iiNet support? Give it up. TPG aims to 'streamline' (14-Dec-2021), so they need to consolidate vodafone, iinet, internode, lebara, aapt and felix. @iinet has a meltdown and customers jump ship - consolidation begins.
