@iiNet Poor form guys! You could have notified customers 24 hours ago when services first went down. Most things are readily forgiven with some communication. And you are a communication business!!

@iiNet Why has it taken 24 hours to post a message. In this day and age of social media, a message to advise that there issues would have been appreciated.

@deletemeplzzzzz @iiNet Haven’t been able to get an email in 36 hours. Which is only a problem as I check that my online shopping orders have been received 👀

@iiNet any updates on the outage? Comms on how long it’s been going on? Anyone concerned that a hot day in one city had taken down the network across the country? No redundancy??

@Nemspy @iiNet 30 hours now &no sign of when it will come back. they are not over-reacting. some of us run businesses depending on email. It is a worldwide drama when gmail goes down for 30mins, & a hot day in Perth is not 'extreme weather' assuming their servers aren't running in a garden shed

So @iiNet any ETA on restoration of services? Are u admitting that you have no back up plan and only a single set of servers in #WA that fail as soon as temp exceeds 42 degrees? #iinet

@iiNet @roger_groom After a day it is considerably more significant than an “inconvenience”. It is about time iinet owned the problem it has created through its apparent negligence,

@iiNet Remind me to email you a message of cancellation once you are up and running again. Since yesterday I have been trying to change settings etc thinking the problem was with my phone. Wasted time if only you had sent out a message earlier.
