    @iiNet Hi Chris, thank you for referring us back to the customer service team who we are unsatisfied with due to poor level of customer service, we are underwhelmed and disappointed that you can’t provide your no.1 service standards once again

    @iiNet wish I could get the no. 1 customer service you pride yourself on. I haven’t had the internet service for two weeks and your customer relations team made it clear they don’t care, even though there are vulnerable people who need it.

    @iiNet We got a call back this morning and it’s back up. The @NBN_Australia was at fault, outages in our area all week. Thanks also to @TurnbullMalcolm for his crap NBN legacy.

    @iiNet I have been dealing with one of your o/s call centres for two weeks, this is why I asked if there was an escalation team in Australia. I have no issue with dealing with offshore teams but when there is an issue that isn’t getting solved I would like this escalated to a team here.
