  @iiNet you have a few buggered servers or something with traffic leaving the country they are so incredibly slow that I have to use a VPN to avoid them please look into this

  @iiNet I have tried calling support 6 times and each time I get to the point where it says there are 3-6 minutes waiting time, it then hangs up!!!!! So frustrating. Can't get any help.

  @iiNet you emailed me to say you were not taking my money as I have no service you took my money and now you can’t give me a refund only a credit !! I want my money back

  @iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.
