Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported@Telstra Not much you can do, your entire ‘customer service’ team appear incapable of actually resolving anything and just stall, transfer to another department or hang-up. I’ll raise the issue through formal channels and see what @Optus and @iiNet can provide.

All have given me the response of " well you just have to wait" no real care for the fact that I have been without service for 3 days and still have to wait another 3 days
