@iiNet I don’t necessarily want to ‘transfer’ their account to my name. I mean can I just set up a new account with you and have you turn the service on using the modem/router I already have from ex-flatmate.

It could be a coincidence but since @iinet upgraded our internet to 250/20 I'm suddenly only getting 50/20 on our powerpoint Ethernet. Wifi fine. Used to get at least 80 or 90 down. Old PC can't handle more than 100 anyway, so have requested to opt-out. We'll see if that helps.

@RichardTuffin @iiNet Try Mint. I changed four months ago. No probs. Australian service techs, based in Hobart. Great service.

Dear @iiNet why does your website say your support number is 24/7 but when I call that number I’m told to call back during business hours? I have no tv and now I have trust issues.

@maystation4 @iiNet Hey mate did you end up getting your problem sorted? Have been having a similar issue myself. NBN tech even came out to my area and still dropping out

@iiNet Hi if my flatmate has moved out who had service in their name, can I set up an account and just have it continued using same modem/router we already use? Thanks

Never use @iiNet for any type of service..... 4 from 4 appointments not attend... of course each one is my fault as per the 15 different people I have spoken-to....amazing how I have a case manager who is at the highest level that is always busy!

@narelleford @iiNet I "upgraded" to @iinet vdsl, but instead of just copying my customer details across to my new service, they were re-entered manually - and incorrectly. You'd think a company that deals with technology 24/7 365 days a year could do a little better tbh.

@iiNet my website is down! Hosted by @iiNet is there an outage?

@iiNet The thing is, if I dm me you, you're just gonna suggest I get in contact with support or accounts etc. This issue is way beyond that. Feel free to keep asking me to dm you, or escalate it with management. Your option but when this blows up, i'll be mentioning these tweets.
