  I'm so over @iiNet and its unreliable @NBN_Australia FTTP. Even @NBN_Australia has no idea of their network status. Zero business support Business Account since 2006 when customer service was ahead of every other provider.

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

  @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,
