Pete Perth (@peteperth) reported@iiNet Reliability would be the main thing. Not having your service drop out the majority of the time I start MYOB would be great. 5 different computers, 3 locations, so many support calls. The amount of hours that I spend power cycling per week is so disappointing. Already leaving.

The Colinputer (@TheColinputer) reported@iiNet hey there. So I made and error when signing up for a iiNet mobile plan. And did it as a new customer rather than excisting. Is there anyway to rectify this so I can get the bonus data? The mobile service is not active yet. Sim is still being shipped to me.
