    @DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.

    @iiNet looking forward to prosecuting a case against you with the Telecommunications Ombudsman for over charging me for years and not providing the service I’m paying for. After 3 hours today with yr so called Customer Service & 2 hours yesterday getting nowhere you have failed.

    @DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB I also had issues with iinet. Cancelled before they installed but they didn't remove my nbn account on their system. Months later sent me a start up bill. Took them to ombudsman cause it was my fault according to iinet. Now very happy with Aussie.

    @iiNet @iinet Chris you have all my details yet you keep getting your moronic so called customer service staff to call and I go around and around and around in circles for hours & hours & hours. That’s because iiNet owes me a lot of money so you’re avoiding your mistakes - see Telco Omb
