    @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now

    @iiNet fix the ISP. you are blocking @discord access. trying to access it through the application and through their website is being blocked by you,. this is the 2nd time in the last month.

    @iiNet hi. My internet is down in west Melbourne. It’s been glitching since the storms. When will it be fixed (not calling because your wait times are terrible and I am meant to be working from home)

    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    @Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

    Hey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.
