The thing I hate about #FetchTV with @iinet is the absolute lack of tech support. Watched four days of @tourdownunder on @7plus absolutely unable to watch Friday or Saturday. Can on laptop, cannot on Fetch mini. Why is this?

@iiNet outage in Fitzroy. Not reported on their website. Relying on trust @telstra 5G. As per usual, iiNet is useless.

@iiNet @fringe_world What would be the best idea for @iinet to learn what customer service is and understand that a internet service provider also needs to provide good Email services.!

@iiNet submitted a formal complaint 1 January 2022. Had no reply despite chasing it up. Ombudsman is my only option now. Disgusting customer experience

Internet has gone down again for the day! @iiNet support said they'd call back "after one hour". That was three hours ago... when might this end? Based on their response: a day? A week? A millennia? All of time and space? Change carriers in such circumstances good folks.

@NBN_Australia & @iiNet another wasted afternoon where @NBN_Australia failed to turn up or contact the end user to advise they were again palming off their wet network as an outage, not sending anyone. Probably the worst communication between allegedly what are comma companies
