@iiNet No.. I just talked to 3 different departments and talked to RUDE guy in collections who i will be reporting for his Bad Attitude ans rude behavior. Ive been with u 16 years. You can go to hell im leaving your company and going to Telsta. Had enough of bloody overseas RUDE PEOPLE

@iiNet your customer service is the worst. Poorly trained staff, who are very difficult to hear down the bad VOIP line your provide them with. Been with iinet for a decade but Im@now looking for another provider. So angry.
