@iiNet ohhh mate, i'm beyond satisfied. this is just incredible and totally out of the ordinary for the speeds that australian internet is known for, especially given the fact that this service is only 40-80$ a month. you'd have to spend a fortune to achieve speeds like this elsewhere.

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@iiNet Thanks for the quick reply. Service has come back on. Big thunderstorms here, must have been a temporary outage.

@jones_writer @iiNet I might not be you provider. Nbn is crap. Though if you’re looking for a different isp superloop are good. (Sorry iinet, nothing against you, I’ve only been with superloop they’ve been good to me)

  • ThurstoneMOAR Thurstone MOAR III (@ThurstoneMOAR) reported

@iiNet Hi there. It turns out the issue is with the NBN and we'll be without internet for a few weeks. Am I to pay for internet while I can't access it and is there any protocols for paying for my mobile data in the meantime? I realise it isn't your fault.

  • COINSinHAND coinFREAK (@COINSinHAND) reported

@iiNet Weird cause there’s a whole forum of people who’ve had trouble. With no fix but to call.

  • jaskiratks jaskirat (@jaskiratks) reported

@iiNet hey customer support team, my wifi keeps failing or slowing down significantly throughout the day since I’ve paid more to double the speed. Could you please fix this ?

  • weezmgk Comrade Weez (@weezmgk) reported

@RJMajik @iiNet mmm. You'd think that with jst a few metres of copper out to the DPU that there wouldn't be enough to induce a voltage in it. We found that the initial installer has left the copper to the exchange connected to the house service drop. Disconnected, no NCDs blown up since

  • Jon_Laidler JonnyL (@Jon_Laidler) reported

Hi @iiNet we have had multiple disconnects from internet today. Are NBN carrying out service work?

  • arapalla Arapalla (@arapalla) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet They didn't want to help with our move to the bush. Skymesh said they would call back. They went and poked nbn about satellite for our area. Called us back in an hour and said can do. Bye bye iinet.
