@iiNet following an "upgrade" to the 4G wireless broadband service in my area last Friday AM, my stable downloads have gone from 19-20mbps to 3-5mbps which don't even allow a stable connection for work. @iiNet help desk response... nothing we can do. WTAF?

Oh @iiNet, are you deliberately trying to send me mad? Due to an invoicing error that's entirely your fault, you owe me a $120 refund which is now weeks overdue. Today you "credit" me $7.88. Your systems are broken, and I'm done with you. Anyone got alternatives?

@iiNet It seems #iiNet can’t even manage competently to deliver a sim card. Its service is TOTAL DISASTER. And it wishes to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.
