@iiNet Thanks but case managers have been assigned about 4 times already and the attitude beyond that is they really don’t give a shite as we don’t get any further return calls it’s all just lip service … you have no intention of resolving the issues

@iiNet @Paul62109164 Do we have any idea when it will be complete?? I’m being forced to use my mobile data to do work and I don’t have great service here, and is quite urgent.

@iiNet another day of dropouts. And before you suggest I dm you, there is a ticket in the system. But I just want the world to know that your service is putrid and I’m literally counting the minutes until a more viable service becomes live.

It’s crazy you can transfer someone else’s internet and essentially shut it down for days. @iiNet is the company who this other office transferred it to by mistake. No checks on the address were made at all.

How to lose a loyal #customer (4+ years of paying on time) in one easy step: When customer needs to relocate, scrap existing account & start a NEW one (WTF?), demanding payment IN ADVANCE (even if they paid for a month YESTERDAY). Sorry, NO exceptions! Bye @iiNet! Hello @Telstra!

@janeaubrey @iiNet As a general principle these types of company’s are not geared towards customer service. Customer service is a dying concept. Solutions by algorithm first, ppl a distant last. The CS functions are generally understaffed and poorly equipped to help. Good luck!

@iiNet Too late. 3 ppl could do NIL. I uttered the magic word "disconnect", was whisked thru to #customer retention or loyalty (I doubt U call it THAT): An offer! $80 credit! @iiNet catch-22: AFTER connection (gotta pay the $80 b4 site check)🙄 @Telstra #CustomerSERVICE offered post-pay
