@iiNet #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER, staffed by extremely dim people. And it tries to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining on social media, where it hurts most, about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

@iiNet I've had a case open for about 3 months now. Two technician visits (the same technician that didn't know how to fix it the first time) and two routers later... It still sucks. Try your best, my account will be under my name.

@iiNet is the planned maintenance in Thornbury/Northcote Victoria happening tomorrow since there was an emergency outage today from 12-6? Or am I having two days in a row without internet to work?

@paul__usher @iiNet Ever noticed how EVERY company you call is like "Sorry, we are currently experiencing longer than usual wait times"? They're either ALL shite, hence the number of support calls, or they're all understaffed and hoping you'll use their web forms, FAQs or "online assistant" ugh

@tbyrne74 @iiNet @Internode Plus, the invoicing arithmetic that was involved in disconnecting and reconnecting on a different plan was flawless. Right down to the last cent, all balanced and correct without any effort on my part. Never imagined I'd sing praise for an internet provider but here we are

not to mention they said the line congestion caused by them overselling their bandwith would take up to 5 years to fix and they don’t have any plans to fix the issue- that conversation ended with a ‘ if you’re unhappy we suggest finding another ISP’ i found @iiNet- much better.

It seems like @iiNet's whole business strategy is provide such poor internet service that people can't complain about them on the internet. Well jokes on you @iiNet, I've got heaps of data.

@tbyrne74 @iiNet I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at @Internode - been with them for years and any issue I've run into has been sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone. Moved house recently and had trouble re-connecting; a six minute phone call later and it was solved!
