    @iiNet hey there, I had an issue texting international. Thought I needed to top up per the iiNet mobile plan. So I topped up. Turns out I did not need to do that because I had sufficient money to text an international number. Please may the top up go towards my plan. Thank you

    Pretty much comms across Australia are failing right now. Txt international from Australian networks and let me know how you get on and which carrier you use. Per @iiNet Mobile support "all Australia" mobile services affected. Not sure if that is accurate. Txt msg error 28

    @iiNet It’s overdue, yes I don’t deny, but to be suspended over it AND without warning! This has never happened in the past - IF I’ve ever missed a payment.

    3 Weeks without internet. Several phone calls to support promising follow ups. Even gave reference numbers. No follow up. Nothing. This is crazy @iiNet

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🤨😩😡

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet They literally have me blocked because for over a month they refused to admit our Internet was even down due to the local nbn works

    Hey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.
