ISP network status page sends us to NBN network status page, then NBN sends us back to ISP, who say they require our account details before they can give us any info on a known NBN outage

NRD80Y (@NRD80Y) reported@iiNet I think there’s something wrong between you and @Microsoft @XboxANZ as Xbox game update speeds are always slow <1Mbps but every now and then can spike to ~20Mbps. 10GB updates has taken 4hrs and still has 4.2GB to go. No issues with PS4 or Switch updating games. NBN 100/40
