    Hey @iiNet been on hold to #hosting for over 53 minutes…just have an enquiry to check something but not going on line to do it, want to speak to a person. Never waited so long for support

    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

    3/3 Cancelling the account Wanted to contact @iinet biz support, kept being pushed to @tpg, TPG then said we can't help you, you need to speak with iinet biz support. You used to have premium customer service!

    How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope don’t return calls emails online forms
