    @iiNet Hey iiNet, 5G is down "connected without internet". Care to give the customers some information? (and it's not just me). Also, what is hosted email? I've just seen that you're ending "hosted email". How do I know if I'll be affected?

    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

    @iiNet hosted email down . I’ve been on hold for 2 hours yesterday and 1 hour today. People are trying to run businesses. What the hell is going on

    I have been trying to have an issue resolved on @iinet for two weeks I have spent almost 3 hrs waiting today my issue is still unresolved Is anyone there have you all gone home or on strike or on leave all at the same time

    As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly ‘no Internet for a day’ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.
