-
kalowi (@DrStuartHawkins) reportedmoved to New Zealand and @iiNet won't let me close my broadband account without verfifying identity with an Australian ID which I don't have because I am not Australian. 2 weeks of doom loop. Worst internet provider ever.
-
Toast (@VelZeNZ) reported@iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
-
Shane Yokom (@Yokom361) reportedAbsolutely disgusted at @iiNet support and service. Three phone-calls to update a credit card, total hold time - 4 hours. Currently up to the second phone call and 4 transfers totally 2.4 hours and counting to cancel my business services. On hold to yet another department.
-
🇦🇺Glenn McDonald (@Glenn_SoilAgro) reportedPreviously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink
-
Anthony Widdowson 🐦 (@skyfire747) reportedThinking wether our @iiNet router needs replacing. We have the TGiiNet-1, (I think) and it is slow to get going if we ever have to turn it off and back on. Seems we have had it for 19 years and 9 months. Just wish I knew when the NBN upgrade was going to happen, still on fttn.
-
Frank Torre (@franklycott) reported@iiNet our internet down for 2 days. Ring support. Business centre is closed (closed at 5.30pm on Sunday). But I called at 4.50!! What rubbish service is this!!??

And yet ... (@heresisted) reportedSeriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?
