    @iiNet hi is there a time when our internet is going to be connected again with our outage thatโ€™s been happening for almost a week now. Itโ€™s been so long without the internet.

    @iiNet after 16 hours said โ€˜internet will be up by latest 6pmโ€™. Well itโ€™s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though Iโ€™ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without โ€˜outageโ€™ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?

    As usual @iinet are clueless. Take my monthly Payment without fail on the dot every single month. You have a problem with @iinet itโ€™s never their fault itโ€™s always @NBN. Tired of multinationals taking my money with zero accountability

    @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldnโ€™t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

    Thinking wether our @iiNet router needs replacing. We have the TGiiNet-1, (I think) and it is slow to get going if we ever have to turn it off and back on. Seems we have had it for 19 years and 9 months. Just wish I knew when the NBN upgrade was going to happen, still on fttn.
