God @iiNet is pretty damn useless Download speed is good as but its no good when upload speed drops from 40Mbps to 4-6Mbps with 1000ms of ping. 40 is slow enough as it is for cable. If i call they will just send someone out to replace the connector again and not the cable.

@NBN_Australia Thanks for that info NBN! @iiNet why are you not participating? So I have to choose to change service providers because you want your customers to just suffer?

Staying cool, calm and connected with @iiNet seems to be a pipe dream. I have not been able to access my emails for more than a month and cannot get any sense from the phone operators. I call this utility exhaustion: wear the customer down by multiple calls with different peeps

When your being forced to change service providers on the @NBN_Australia network to be eligible to upgrade to FTTP because @iiNet don’t want to participate in offering their customers that option What ********?!

Once it was a good company. I would go elsewhere (and will), but without the SIM I lose my phone number of 25 years. It's all because the phone doesn't work without a SIM, but I can't activate the SIM without the phone working. And this possibility never occurred to @iiNet
