  • osuldame dame (@osuldame) reported

@iiNet Been a while without any internet. Was supposed to be hooked up on Tuesday. Paid for a modem and 1st month up front and nobody from iinet can help us. Non existent service. Unacceptable

@iiNet why does no one respond to my customer service email… 357588308

  • melkettle Mel Kettle 📖🎙🤗 (@melkettle) reported

Hi @iiNet I just had a call from a mobile number from someone purporting to be from @Telstra saying they have been monitoring my NBN internet speed & it’s slow. So they are upgrading me to fibre optic at no cost. And could I let them know my current internet speed. Is this legit?

  • SarahRo02662098 Sarah Rose (@SarahRo02662098) reported

@iiNet You able to explain why we're estimated to have no internet for up to 24 hours in my household, when your site and the NBN site reports no actual errors? What the hell is going on, why are you waiting until tommorow to send a technician out?

  • CH_4202 Tubbs (@CH_4202) reported

@iiNet Nice that you’re aware of it, but why does your most expensive internet plan have no weekend tech support?

  • jrf888 Jimmy (@jrf888) reported

@iiNet is there a ultra broadband vdsl2 outage in Canberra at the moment?

  • tom_minc tom minchin (@tom_minc) reported

@da_jamieson @iiNet I'm also down in the same area on vdsl

  • hainzy84 Chris Haines (@hainzy84) reported

@da_jamieson @iiNet Looks like service back to normal. Apparently it “a link in the transact network fell over”

  • DaveMUnderwood Dave Underwood (@DaveMUnderwood) reported

@JulianBurnside What's Telstra? Just kidding. @iiNet for me, after their horribly frustrating customer service slump after being gobbled up by TPG, they've come good again. The tightwads at TPG realised their penny pinching ways were damaging the brand perhaps?
