    @iiNet Sheโ€™s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

    @iiNet hi is there a time when our internet is going to be connected again with our outage thatโ€™s been happening for almost a week now. Itโ€™s been so long without the internet.

    This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought youโ€™d like to know that Iโ€™ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

    As usual @iinet and @nbn having their monthly โ€˜no Internet for a dayโ€™ period. No reason provided. As a customer you pay daily for service and they never credit your daily loss. Big companies can do what they want with impunity.

    @Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. Thatโ€™s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how๐Ÿ’ฉ your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

    @iiNet Omfg I've never had a dog **** internet connection or internet issue problem before with you guys I'm very disappointed. I can't stream the only thing is connected in my computer. How can I get verified on @KickStreaming with your dog **** internet ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Donโ€™t answer the calls to help number. Iโ€™m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.
