A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldnโt pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it.
