    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    So I’ve been a customer of @iiNet for 12 years so far, and my internet has just been suspended for an invoice being 11 days overdue 🀨😩😑

    @iiNet I CANNOT MAKE CALLS, SEND EMAILS OR USE THE INTERNET BECAUSE YOU CUT ME OFF A DAY EARLY. I NEED THE INTERNET TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD TO KEEP EATING!!!! I ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF HUMDRED DOLLARS FOR TBE NEXT QEEK THOUGH BUT NEED TO BE ABLE TO ARRANGE FOOD! PLS FIX

    <ugh> thats been a painful few days. @iiNet I had to literally accost an NBN co tech, who was working on in the pit (because someone else had zero internet) and he discovered the line was actually broken, thanks for making me spend $500 on a new modem plus plan upgrades because your employee told me "the line is fine". Feel free @iiNet to respond and i will give you the telecommunications ombudsmans reference number for the complaint I lodged. Tell me to "wait 24 hours" and our tier 2 tech will be in contact. I couldn't even speak to them to tell them the issue. Garbage service

    @iiNet Poor form iiNet - tell us on Friday 28 April that we have until 30 April to find a new email host. Losing email has the potential to kill our small business. #struggling
