Does anyone have any tips for getting a #ISP #Postmaster to take notice of emails that have been sent to them? It seems like a simple issue, sadly @iiNet doesn’t seem to understand the issue of a medium sized community group.

@iiNet You're fired. Cancel everything about our 15 year relationship then get out of our lives.

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@iiNet My mistake! I had no idea about "We do not offer priority assistance on connection time-frames for health reasons". Maybe 6 weeks ago you could have mentioned that we can go **** ourselves.

  • mcrawley Mark Crawley (@mcrawley) reported

@iiNet my internet keeps disconnecting. Located in Richmond Vic. Your website says no issues. Any Further info?

  • TheyreGunnaPod They're Gunna Kill Us (@TheyreGunnaPod) reported

@jezheywood @iiNet Right, so @iinet's systems and their culture have been putrid for years, but it's making to much money. They're not only not changing, they're training people to waste customer's money, time and good health. Scum. Dogs. And yes, rats.

  • dangtvo Tan Dang Vo (@dangtvo) reported

@iiNet any news on when I have my connection back? NBN said that it has resolved the outage for my area? Postcode 2197

  • tuo2 Jordan Wightman (@tuo2) reported

Seems like @iinet still having DNS problems in Randwick, currently blackholing Apple media content. Changing to google DNS fixes it. I’ve had previous problems with content hosted in Azure. Can you guys look at it and get back to me?
