  Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will call me. This has been going on for months.

  It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
