@iiNet She’s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

@ClaraChongMCF @iiNet Hi, Clara… my service provider (iiNet) have sent me messages saying that NBNCo are investigating an outage in Darlo area. It’s definitely an NBN issue, I think; 2nd light flashing on black NBN box, which I think means there’s no NBN connection. Happened about 3 wks ago, too.

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Seems customer service, and therefore customer experience (CX) is dead. Despite its invitation to DM here, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.
