    @iiNet And, btw, the password to the website toolbox I've had since I've been with @iiNet no longer works. Click on change password, get an email link, fill out the form - I get a pop up saying this link doesn't work. Tried it three times, same result #journalism #freelancelife

    @iiNet Ive been on hold to mobile support and no-one is answering after an hour. Sales fixed my account but had to transfer me to support to unlock the phone. I've tried twice and no-one is answering.
