@iiNet after the massive iiNet outage over Christmas, We are still experiencing email issues. Mail sent days ago still not received plus today no email at all on one of my accounts: The server returned the error: Account is temporarily unavailable.

In the old days if a storm took out your modem you could buy a new one and reconnect straight away, nowadays you have to be home between December and May for an @NBN_Australia technician to come and plug the new one in for you. also keep paying your ISP (@iiNet) for the service

@iiNet Our business cloud hosting has been down since Christmas Day. Phoning hosting support I get a message saying support will resume on January 29th. We cannot wait another day. I can provide a reference number as I have also emailed. How can we resolve this situation now?

hello @iiNet anyone there? anyone doing anything about the lack of email services? Radical idea--how about you tell customers what the hell is going on. One brief facebook/twitter post in 4 days SUCKS!
