    @iiNet Sheโ€™s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    Ok @iiNet I can't access my eSim through toolbox, but you can't cancel it, and I can't transfer it, so I am stuck paying for a phone that I can't use, and then when I call up customer service, no manager or supervisor will speak with me. This has been going on for months.

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. Iโ€™ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. Iโ€™ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled โ€œTechnical Supportโ€. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Donโ€™t answer the calls to help number. Iโ€™m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.

    @iinet again another full day without internet. You pay them monthly but when the system goes down @iinet just takes your money and laughs in your face.

    Every single time I've watched a premier league match live on @StanSportFC @StanSportAU with my @iiNet fetch box the game has crashed. Shocking service ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž

    @gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.
