  @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.

  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

  @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks
