Greg Bell (@gReb3l) reportedHi @iiNet , I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get your sales and provisioning team to live up to what was promised when I signed up to 5G as a temporary solution. I have repeatedly explained the fact that my lack of address eligibility for cable appears to be due to my odd address number. A fact that could confirmed by a technically competent member of your provisioning team looking at my address using Google maps. Your front line and next level staff have been convinced enough to raise it with the provisioning team multiple times. Indeed, on Friday I was promised around noon that a member of the provisioning team would call me back. “Hopefully by the end of the day”. I don’t consider the “computer says no” style text sent to me at almost exactly 5pm fulfilling the commitment made earlier in the day. As I have explained repeatedly, my landlady lives 3 houses up the street on the same side and has cable that she is very happy with. She wants exactly the same at this address. All I want is for @iinet to honour its multiple commitments to have site visits or direct contact with the provisioning team to get an explanation why. I am pretty much assuming that your provisioning team’s KPIs don’t mention customer service or satisfaction. For reference, the following “task ID’s”(?) will give your provisioning team and customer satisfaction teams all the background they need to prepare prior to contacting me by phone to get some calm, clear yet confronting feedback. 491593626 489731569 There are more but those are the most recent. You have my mobile number and I look forward to you fulfilling the commitment made on Friday to have a senior staff member call me.

A Bloody Nice Chap (@Abloodynicechap) reported@Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

matt patterson (@mttptt22) reported@iiNet could you please advise if the internet is down again in Geelong, 3216?
-
Charles Haig (@charles_haig01) reportedHey @iiNet why are NBN broadband speeds in 2047 so slow? Can’t stream any service without it buffering every 3 minutes - and technical support wait time is over an hour.
-
Phillip Ray (@Ereon74) reported@iiNet Hey Team, are there any issues for your NBN services in NSW, more specifically the greater Maitland area? Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.

Independents in. (@Laird_Bruce) reported@iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps

Michelle Sullivan @mis@aus.social (@misullivan) reported@aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,
