    @iiNet Hey Team, are there any issues for your NBN services in NSW, more specifically the greater Maitland area? Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

    @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Don’t answer the calls to help number. I’m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.

    @iiNet internet has been down since Saturday… ref: 500039344 Love the no show today 1pm to 5pm! I had to call you to find out? When are you attending the basement for 308 Pitt st?? Line sync is still down! It’s 2026 #outage #internet #nbn
