    @iiNet What is wrong with your 4G internet. Drops out all the time & I'm only 10km from CBD in Perth. Customer service is rubbish want you to be at home to test system when I have to be at work. Had a gut full!

    Hello @iiNet Can you please explain how you can take the working phone number of an 82 year old woman and make it so the only calls it can receive are from you, nobody else can call it. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A PHONE SERVICE YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MONTHS

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    Really @iiNet - 51 minutes on hold and then cut off. Have been a business customer for 12 years and I need to speak to someone about migrating my email account that you are cancelling...

    @iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.

    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…
