    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.
