-
Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, New South WalesiiNet support wasn’t interested in the fact they had iiNet NBN 50 and suddenly they had Vodafone NBN 100 running at their house. Just say it’s impossible.
-
Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, New South WalesAlso before they moved out their home internet had suddenly moved to Vodafone NBN but their iiNet account still showed usage up until the people at the new house turned off the modem. Sounds like a churn was done but iiNet support claims that is impossible

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Vaughan Bellamy-Williams (@veedub3057) reported@ralphytown @iiNet @acmadotgov At least the Webmail login page comes up now, even if it refuses to actually log in. This might be the impetus to abandon my old iinet mailbox...
-
Sir Brendan (@BaconSupanova) reported@iiNet I haven't been able to access my emails since yesterday. Is there some kind of outage? This is really inconvenient as I'm waiting on multiple emails.
-
Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reportedNo information on the datacentre outage on @iiNet homepage, 24+hrs ago since a vague update on their FB page and no response to repeated inquiries. 3 days now and counting. @acmadotgov are you able to intervene on customers' behalf? #iinet #iinetfail #iinetstilldown
-
ozshena (@ozshena) reported@iiNet And now another 24 hrs with no further 'update' and no actual informative truth as to what is actually going on with your systems, and what information of ours has been affected. You've gone from pathetic to piss poor, congrats #iinet. Try honesty, it may save you some customers.
-
Helmut (@Ocean4011) reported@t2d66 @iiNet Phishing attempt. If you inspect the link it is not an iiNet address. Message used bad expression “update your credit card” rather than “update your credit card details”. Also does not address you by your name. I have had 10’s of these
-
Sean (@voscauchemars) reportedHey @iinet what you are calling a webmail issue is far more serious. Your systems were completely down from approximately 13:15 Saturday until 20:00 Sunday. Emails received during that ffailure have disappeared, Some emails are still not being delivered. It's not just webmail.
-
Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reportedIs @iiNet going to compensate customers after a 24 hour email outage? The same thing happened in 2015 and 2018, why have they not taken steps in preventing this? IF they are telling customers the truth about what happened?
-
Bear (@_bin_chicken) reported@iiNet @iiNet takes the #ScoMoDoesNothing approach and announces a #LetItRip policy that catastrophic failure. Front up, own the problem and communicate, it is not hard. Otherwise you are the LNP of tech companies, all announcement and no satisfaction. A tweet and Facey post aint hard..
-
Joel josias (@uglyretard) reported@iiNet My internet lost connection the same time your website went down (Christmas day). I have called multiple times requesting a call back but no one has ever called me back. When does the engineering team get back from break?
-
Karen Scott (@DoctorhelmKaren) reported@iiNet I think the issue may have fixed itself. But should it return I’ll definitely DM you. Many thanks.
