    @iiNet after 16 hours said ‘internet will be up by latest 6pm’. Well it’s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though I’ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without ‘outage’ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    How crap are @iiNet .. cancel the grapevine mail service .. no notifications or advice this is happening .. no support to customers .. had this email for 18 years so you can imagine work involved updating new email .. do IiNet care .. nope don’t return calls emails online forms

    @iiNet any idea why the 2fa codes that are being sent when I try to login to the toolbox keep saying 'invalid code' when entered 5 seconds after the text message arrives?

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet Really poor service tonight guys. Our CC was compromised so I changed payment details with you April 3rd. Now tonight, at 8pm you disconnect the service. Just as the call centre closes. Big help you guys are.
