Katrina (@libravaga) reported@TheRiffJet @iiNet Spot on. It's hard to get good help but their internal incompetence should never cost you. They all get paid. Good work, bad work, no work and ugly work (getting paid for attendance is laughable due to covid, management's holiday). All you've received is **** service and a bill!

Ian Hopkinson (@hopkinson) reported@MurrayDG @iiNet iiNet is the best there is. I’ve tried them all. I think you’ve just had some bad luck in that specific situation - @kaostoclarity has a contact there

-
Gordon Haywood (@flashpixx8) reported@iiNet Why are you transferring your mobile service to Vodaphone? backwards step!
-
Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. Seems customer service, and therefore customer experience (CX) is dead. Despite its invitation to DM here, it shows no inclination to fix its DISHONEST double-dipping on my credit card.

PB (@bmanmelb) reported@iiNet there has been an outage here in north west Melbourne for more than 12 hrs. NBN co are passing the buck to you and vica versa. Anyone want to fix it and tell me what’s going on?

My Dress-up Claude (@cornwankies) reportedWaiting for @iiNet to cancel my phone plan after they cut off my internet feels like slowly strangling. When this appt is over, i’m gonna get so mad over the phone

Katrina (@libravaga) reported@TheRiffJet @iiNet Wow 18 years! What some companies do for that sort of customer loyalty and feedback. To shareholders, 18 years worth of repeated income is sadly chicken feed but you and people like you are their bread and butter. Shame on them for taking you, your time and money for granted.

meh... (@brad_00) reported@iiNet I assume you will just refer me to one of the above teams so can’t see the point. I guess I just felt the need to tweet how dissatisfied I am with the lack of coordinated support
