@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

@iiNet Ummm.. no one able to get in touch with your “team” yesterday while we have no access to emails .. so not sure who was “working” between 4-8 .. and why a message on Twitter/FB wasn’t posted advising reason/restoration process has me stumped! 20 year customer, soon to be “ex”

  • wallky369 Craig Wall (@wallky369) reported

@iiNet It’s a DNS issue. iiNet’s own website won’t load! I’ve got multiple customers domains down that are all hosted with iiNet/Westnet, so their email & websites are all offline! Tried calling support yesterday and closed :( not good enough!!

  • dave_it Dave Porter (@dave_it) reported

@iiNet Can't believe no one is discussing the fact that iiNet and Westnet Mail and Web has been down for the last 4 hours :(

  • tvren Thinus van Rensburg (@tvren) reported

Hey @iiNet @iiNetsupport when are you fixing your servers? Email, webmail down for nearly 24h and all your websites are down. Not good enough

  • jasoncaddy Jason Caddy (@jasoncaddy) reported

@iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.

  • richardolsen Richard Olsen (@richardolsen) reported

Looks like @iinet DNS is down, which means every Victorian government school's website is down, as well as any local services, email and other websites.

  • WendyBirdOZ Wendy (@WendyBirdOZ) reported

@AceF1910 @iiNet It's been down, at least, since 3pm WA time. Hopefully they'll have it up and running tomorrow. 🤞
