I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

@iiNet It’s a DNS issue. iiNet’s own website won’t load! I’ve got multiple customers domains down that are all hosted with iiNet/Westnet, so their email & websites are all offline! Tried calling support yesterday and closed :( not good enough!!

@iinet email has been down from Christmas afternoon and they literally have there out of office on. no comms. no support. if you are going to be a service provider you need to be 24/7 every day of the year.
