    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

    @iiNet She’s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

    I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet I had someone come over to fix my constant dropouts on VDSL. The guy that came over change the connection type on my router from Dynamic IP to some PPPOE connection but never told anyone the details. So when it dropped out again, we weren't able to rectify the issue again.

    Great @iinet. I wait for an hour for a callback. I speak to an operator. When I check the confirmation SMS I get no response from the operator. Pushed back Q. This was followed by an automated hang-up. Now waiting another 1 hour for another callback. Useless.
