    A customer should not have to continually re register their modem details, to have the telephone number work for incoming and outgoing calls. Your system is F k ed! @iiNet

    @iiNet Their compensation is 7 times what they charge but the damage caused was 2000 times more than what they charge …. They still win!

    Obviously @iiNet needs to re-examine their call centres in Asia. They are very difficult to deal with. Termination of a call for not understanding English, is bad customer service.
