    @iiNet hi is there a time when our internet is going to be connected again with our outage that’s been happening for almost a week now. It’s been so long without the internet.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • snowwhitedun ⋆ 𝗰 𝗼 𝘂 𝗿 𝘁 𝗻 𝗲 𝘆 ⋆ (@snowwhitedun) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

    @iiNet She’s got a customer number: 225025030 but would they be able to call through a different number as her phone is not working at the moment

  • snowwhitedun ⋆ 𝗰 𝗼 𝘂 𝗿 𝘁 𝗻 𝗲 𝘆 ⋆ (@snowwhitedun) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

    @iiNet That’s not working!

  • WilliamCStubbs William Smith-Stubbs 🐨 (@WilliamCStubbs) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    Me: yeah hi I need to configure some settings on my internet settings @iiNet support rep: yeah cool. While this is processing allow me to tell you all about my #COVIDー19 conspiracy theory and how it’s man made population control. Me: 😐

  • blake_andersson BlakeGreen118 (@blake_andersson) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

  • Flansq Flangela (@Flansq) reported from Point Talburpin, State of Queensland

    I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

  • Mcali4 liz franklin (@Mcali4) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet nbn outage in Mornington, Vic. ETA on resolution?

  • RoenDavis 💧Roen Lloyd Davis (@RoenDavis) reported

    @iiNet our home FTTC promising an average 40 meg down has done barely better than an average of 12 meg down since we got NBN 2.5 years ago. Yesterday morning @ 1.2 meg, I rang to complain. Tech got 52 meg down but by last night back to 1.2 meg. How do we fix it? Change provider?

  • Johnybhoy Johnybhoy (@Johnybhoy) reported

    @iiNet So everyone can read this, basically IINet have blamed me for not having a better NBN plan rather than address their unprofessionalism. They tried to upsell me a new, more expensive NBN plan rather than actually address my issue.

  • shouldandmust mick (@shouldandmust) reported

    No callback from @iiNet so I called them and they told me there’s nothing that can do, nobody I can talk to, and I just have to wait and hope the issue gets resolved before someone calls me back tomorrow maybe

  • rovingrob Rob Scriva (@rovingrob) reported

    Hey @iinet I haven’t been a customer for a very long time. Any idea why you sent me a $0 invoice today ?

  • MeganRandHsmum Megan (@MeganRandHsmum) reported

    @iiNet Hey, iiNet. We've had satellite NBN in the Lower Hunter Valley for 12 months. Since Christmas, the connection has not been available from sunset til the following morning most nights. Getting. Really. Sick. Of. It. Can anyone explain why... About to cancel subscription.

  • pauloteaches Paulo Silva (@pauloteaches) reported

    @iiNet I have been on the phone now for a combined 154 minutes trying to solve a bill stuff up from @iiNet. NO ONE has the courage to solve my problem!

  • russellgrocott Russell Grocott (@russellgrocott) reported

    @TJHTJH3523 @iiNet Still not working in Mt Eliza - is thi affecting the entire ninch?

  • luisvsm Luis Van Slageren (@luisvsm) reported

    @swordsnarrative @iiNet Upload speeds are so hit and miss too, I have 100/40 and it works out to anywhere between 20-35mbit. ISP says it's NBN's problem and NBN says there's nothing wrong

  • tom_hawking Tom Hawking (@tom_hawking) reported

    hey @iiNet any idea why the nbn in Thornbury 3071 is slower than a wet week? we just moved from an apartment where it was slow to a house several blocks away where it's even slower. did someone blow up the exchange or something??
