    I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

    @iiNet ... this is beyond tedious. Every single day now, your service drops out. It's 3 hours since I reached home. What exactly am Is paying you for??

    @iiNet What is wrong with your 4G internet. Drops out all the time & I'm only 10km from CBD in Perth. Customer service is rubbish want you to be at home to test system when I have to be at work. Had a gut full!

    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    hey @iinet ive been cut off 6 times while going through your phone options, you might want to look into it. im trying to go through to tech support.

    @iiNet on phone since 2+hours but no response and hang up the phone. Either you need to better your service or shut down your company. Worst experience
