  I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

  This for real @iiNet ? Called at 4:30pm to talking to billing (west aus) told 18mins, after 45 no answer. Think something's wrong, so hang up and call back. Told 30mins, currently on 50 and counting. According to your website the billing should still be active until 7pm...

  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink
