@iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

  • dansheps_ MurfasaurusRex (@dansheps_) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

  • Flansq Flangela (@Flansq) reported from Point Talburpin, State of Queensland

I think the solution was to change the WAN port from 1 to 4, despite the cable from the iinet modem being plugged into port 1.

  • blake_andersson BlakeGreen118 (@blake_andersson) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@timothy_89 @lukeacl @iiNet Lifx uses direct wifi only, the Hue bulbs use a mesh network

    @_bohemiaheart @slpng_giants_oz @iiNet @flightcentreAU @myer @JetstarAirways @ladbrokescomau I'll have a ritual burning of my myercard. Never used it much anyway.

  • CharlesRandles Charles Randles (@CharlesRandles) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

  • NORAbrew ElenTuf (@NORAbrew) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

  • corefiit COREFIIT (@corefiit) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

They rate themselves “No 1 in customer service..”I think not..🤬@iinet

  • custaro Pete L (@custaro) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

  • AustTelcoSeeker Brent James Thomas (@AustTelcoSeeker) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

@iiNet This has not been resolved. I have advised the customer servicer representitive that I will not provide credit card details and he said that was fine and that Fetch would be working by Monday. Still not working and we called again and they said it was because no cc details🤬🤬

  • GoldinPaul Paul Goldin (@GoldinPaul) reported

@DomFlanaganC300 @tpg @iiNet just bought a 4G wireless modem to trial as an alternative. it is ridiculous that having these sorts of issues 17k out of melb CBD #3rdworld

  • DomFlanaganC300 Dom Flanagan (@DomFlanaganC300) reported

@GoldinPaul @tpg @iiNet The techs say the problem is from the street to the flats. But don’t seem to raise it with Telstra. Hard to know.

  • GoldinPaul Paul Goldin (@GoldinPaul) reported

@DomFlanaganC300 @tpg Don't go NBN our @iinet NBN has a max speed of 27mbp with ave of half that and upload of 0 to 4mbp and they can't or won't sort it out. Mobile 4G at same times are 2-3 times that. and more often than not it just drops out and doesn't work

  • trickyidnego Millicent Bystander (@trickyidnego) reported

@iiNet Still waiting on the reconnection that was going to happen last Thursday...Not a happy customer.

  • BrockH93 Brock (@BrockH93) reported

@iiNet & @NBN_Australia can you guys actually talk to each other so as the customer we can find out what’s taking so long.. It’s been 36 hours, no internet. My phone requires wifi to send transmissions of my loop recorder to the hospital.. 1/2

  • ultimablackmage Jean-Paul Bartolomei (@ultimablackmage) reported

@iiNet I'll reboot it again since it's calmed down outside. I'll update & if no improvement, I'll ask for an update from the exchange & line test.

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported

@iiNet We have the box, we have active internet, we have and activation code which @iiNet have sent.... but you can tell a computer that the account is active. Despite multiple calls to your service team!

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported

@iiNet So if you could speak to the team liz and activate the fetch box it would be great. You where fairly quick in collecting the direct debit for the service.... would be great if yiu could now actually make the service active and working...@iiNet

  • G_bus23 Gareth Williams (@G_bus23) reported

@iiNet Liz guess who is now an authorised person on the account 😊 @iiNet i would rather the team just activate the service you have taken money for than chat with them...
