The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I hope they support their other homeless customers the same way & this becomes part of new understanding of how we live our lives.

I changed my address with iiNet when I moved (kind of necessary!), again before delivery of a new modem, but it was still sent to old address. Meanwhile I received one meant for someone else!!
