The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

Craig Wall (@wallky369) reported@iiNet It’s a DNS issue. iiNet’s own website won’t load! I’ve got multiple customers domains down that are all hosted with iiNet/Westnet, so their email & websites are all offline! Tried calling support yesterday and closed :( not good enough!!
