@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@iiNet I just changed my nbn over to you guys. I've hooked up new modem and have internet access. Do I need to cancel my service with old provider or was that done automatically?

@andy_mossman19 @iiNet @HumeJayk What is going on?? In 2022 when so many people are WFH, this is unacceptable and then for any compensation you want us to talk to someone! This should be auto adjusted for anyone in the area affected.. communicating would help!
