The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

Steve Hegarty (@Zommbierabbit) reported@redruby17 @iiNet I only use them if I'm away from home. Out in the bush etc. and then I just buy a recharge from Coles to last a month. $20. When I was having the same problem your having now it was a great help. No good for watching netflix etc but great for just searching the net emails etc.

Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported@iiNet Thank you for your help, Abu Bakr was really helpful in fixing the issues I had. One final question, does iiNet Netphone still have voicemail that gets sent to your email address? I can't find it in Toolbox anymore.
