Born to Dance (@KAMurphy1952) reported@faypirotta @iiNet Netspace, iiNet - down. Their website page is down as well. They’re blaming extreme weather in WA.
-
admiral (@admiral02666464) reported@_Costley @iiNet Same here - 1 email has come through and nothing else for the missing time period. How about an update iiNet regards impact and if you’ll ever recover the lost emails from back up servers - if you have any. Surely you’d have a DSR site in case one goes down? ******* pedestrian.
-
Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported@iiNet Please explain why you are reliant on a single geographic location with seemingly no BCP or other back up? 3 days now. No ETA on service restoration and no communication #iinet #iinetisdown
-
Amanda Ralph (@ralphytown) reported@Paulbruning66 @GemmaTognini Still down. Has been more than 48 hours. Apparently caused by the hot weather which suggests no BCP or backup. Abysmal #iinet @iiNet
-
What'sdaMata (@Irish_Griz) reported@iiNet hey, we're aware that you're aware of the outage affecting emails and have your engineers working on it..are you aware of any time frame to have your services back up and running? #tio #turnitoffandbackon
-
Patrick Gan (@PatG026) reported@iiNet can the iinet team please advise the nature of the problem for transparency. Please start to manage your customers’ expectations because 18 hrs without any clear explanation apart from you are working on it is not acceptable.
-
Kobe (@8Kobe24Jordan23) reported@iiNet @KylieSaunder Maajidah, fastest cut and paster in the world. I assume you are the intern hung out to dry here. Maybe email your boss (irony intended) and get some actual direction on how to not kill the Company with your appalling customer service.

Patrick Gan (@PatG026) reported@iiNet Any idea when email service will returned? Are you able to advise what the problem is and are you activating your DR plans??
