The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I’m trying to fix an ongoing billing issue which you are at fault. I emailed but that was useless, was like they didn’t read the email. What’s going on? Very annoyed
