The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

big gus (@bigbadgus_) reported@iiNet My name is Angus Black, you can surely find my account with the amount of complaints and shocking service i’ve been given, i have been sent error logs of over 100 drop outs in 2 days only to be told ‘we can’t find a fault’ now nbn line is fine but you can’t pull a speed test.
