@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

Australian Internet wow! @iiNet you are a joke. Cancelled 4 months ago. Still billing. Called 2 times, both times too busy to process the complaint / cancellation. BUT not too busy to continue to bill the account.

My only remaining wish before I go to the funny farm is that every @iinet employee we've spoken to so far is crushed by guilt and shame at what they are paid to do to us customer/victims.

  • klarinetteheini Moritz Willers (@klarinetteheini) reported

@iiNet how come you pride yourself to be 1st in customer service? It is now two months (TWO MONTHS!!!!) that I am battling with your support to get a problem resolved for one of your customers. He has given up on you. I haven’t: 351138082. Make an effort!

@Spawnlol @iiNet UPDATE: After waiting 2 WEEKS for a reply after our remediation date (27/11/2020). I'm now told that our new "remediation date" is 29/01/2020; basically 2 months from today. I placed the order on 20/10/2020, in what universe is this acceptable service @iiNet .

  • CBR_Britton Tony Britton (@CBR_Britton) reported

@RichardTuffin @iiNet On the eastern rim of the valley I use Signal Co Wireless on their 50MBPS plan. ADSL peak was 1.5MBPS download. Estimated NBN top speed around 30MBPS

@iiNet Not helping. I have the case number from your client in the previous tweet. Please take a look. I am not your customer. I just seem to care more about your customer than you do.
