@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

Update: @iiNet failed to give us a modem on time & lied about it being installed & when we will get it. I am not waiting till next week to have internet so now I have to fork out $$$ due to this incompetency. Either way, I'll make damn sure I'll be back online tonight.

@spicynoise @iiNet Wow! Hey @iinet how about you just get your staff to give a 💩 to their customers call/concerns. Perhaps remind them the the person on the other end of the call keeps them in a job? You used to be great when support was in Australia… 🤔

Wow @iinet unable to get anywhere with phone support this happened. Customer: "Can you pass my enquiry to your admin area and so they can sort this out and get back to me". IINET Tech: I can but soneone may or may not contact you. I asked him to repeat it. Yep that's what he said
