    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

    @iinet hey guys I got a notification saying NBN will be doing work locally 12-6am so could cause disruptions. Nothing has come back on now and nbn site says no outages. Please help?

    @Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

    @iiNet I'm a 4+ year customer, moved 10 days ago (plus 7 days extra notice before that indicating I was moving), and have been calling every single day trying to get our internet connection activated. @Aussie_BB i am ready to give up, can you do any better?

    @iiNet The problem is you only allow 60gb per month for video stream etc in peak hours 7am to 1am.

    I’ve been with 3 different providers that seem to be physically unable to provide the connection speeds that we pay for **** you @exetel **** you @iinet and a fat mega **** you to @Telstra

    @iiNet I just unplugged it for a hour reset the router and it fixes speeds been hella slow

    Absolutely FUMING @iiNet 🤬🤬🤬 Moved 1st May. Since week prior, partner actioned internet connection (to Five Dock) to prep. Since 3 May, EVERYDAY he's been calling. Multiple issues, ZERO service from customer service team. Escalation = NIL. Will escalate to #TIO @ACCAN_AU

    Christ, @iiNet, this is still going on. I’ve a story due Monday that I’m trying to research and an online university course that I’m trying to stay on top of with an exam on Tuesday. Switching between slow wifi when it’s up and expensive 4G on my phone is driving me crazy!!!!

    @iiNet trying to log into my toolbox to pay my account (i have the correct information) but when I try to load the webpage it times out when it goes past the login, not allowing me to access my account
