@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

I don't understand, it's like I'm missing the obvious. Major @iiNet outage for ~20 hours but no ack or update at all. Nothing on their socials, no SMS, nothing. How can they have such poor handling of a major outage.

No connection to @iinet where my blog is hosted & emails emanate . ... are systems down in WA because of heat? No #pcr result either after >48 hrs @histopathology not taking phone calls. Need to #email instead. Used gmail account Please share what's happening @iiNet

@CrabbitJimmy All @iiNet servers seem to have been down for a long time. No mail, no status page, nothing nationally. They probably have sent communications - to the mail addresses we can't access. Apparently its related to "weather events" in WA.
