The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

Solutions by algorithm first, ppl a distant last. The CS functions are generally understaffed and poorly equipped to help. Good luck!
