The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

2dogs (@t2d66) reported@jswharton @iiNet Was on hold listening to back 2 back ads this a.m. for 2hrs 1min 43 secs, then the machine hung up on me. Rang back Billing got to 2 mins 35. Maybe I should let the phone answerers get out back to help the techs. No humans to chat with to pay a bill. Down since last night AEST.
