@NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

@iiNet Unfortunately that hasn't worked. There is an error with the DNS server. I have been logged out of the meeting I was in and my partner is unable to work. Having continual internet issues in an urban centre is unacceptable. I had better internet when I lived rurally.

@iiNet why is the internet in Queanbeyan running like trash? Has been like this for weeks. 10mbps when we should be getting 100mbps. Also don’t give me your rubbish turn it off and on again solution, done that and reset wall and modem.

@iiNet stop transferring me to different departments as if im a ping pong ball!!! Stop claiming that you’re gonna call me back cause you keep on saying that but I’ve never once received a call back. I’ve been calling you every single day. I just want my internet connection!!!

@iiNet @dazzb65 That page literally just says "the internet is down in Hobart and Launceston. It'll be back when it's back". That's not helpful at all. You should compensate the people who were relying on you to do what we already paid you to do.
