@iiNet I’ll see what I can do. I’d really hate to go to all this trouble and still find that the problem is at your end.

@iiNet It's not a matter of network coverage. I received *all* other texts fine with iinet *except* for verification texts from Kucoin. I receive them fine with Telstra. This indicates that iinet is filtering them. Please fix this & I may sign up again.

@iiNet Unfortunately the password reset resends a link to the email address we cannot access. I'd really appreciate some support please.

@betchau @iiNet I'll have to go back to support as my connection gets disconnected every 50 minutes (works fine inbetween).

@GrogsGamut @iiNet After having an awful experience with them I would never recommend to anyone!

@iiNet we have been left without a land-line for a couple months and after the 10 years we've been with you guys our internet has been terrible and none of the countless times and hours that we've called you, have any of your "specialists" been able to help us.

tom minchin (@tom_minc) reported
@outagedetect @iiNet been having multiple disconnections since 520am. Nothing on iinet network status?
-
Tristan Davey (@twistieman) reported
Well my internet is in a bad state. Large amounts of packet loss and very low throughput. Clearly an upstream issue from debugging but all @iiNet wanted to do is ask for some trace routes because “NBN needs us to prove it is their fault”. 😒
-
Paul Feasey (@feasey_paul) reported
@GrogsGamut @iiNet Well that sucks. Glad you’re sorted. I’ve been with IiNet for years, never a problem, but there may be a first time. Will note your experience if I try & upgrade
-
Steve May (@maystation4) reported
@iiNet @NBN_Australia Apparently it’s my responsibility to ensure you both talk to each other about my ‘ticket’ regarding no service when it’s windy. IiNet can you please talk to nbn, because apparently it’s up to me now to ensure you both communicate. What. A. Joke.

@iiNet the IINET support person told me there was an update done to the IINET network.
