@iiNet It is extraordinary how dim and thin-skinned #iiNet’s social media reps can be, trying to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict this will be a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

@tbyrne74 @iiNet I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at @Internode - been with them for years and any issue I've run into has been sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone. Moved house recently and had trouble re-connecting; a six minute phone call later and it was solved!

Right down to the last cent, all balanced and correct without any effort on my part. Never imagined I'd sing praise for an internet provider but here we are
