    Just moved and HAD TO change internet services from @iiNet to @telstra. 3 years no issue with iiNet, 1 week with telstra, problems. And don’t think about calling them, huge delays. I love that they suggest I can troubleshoot this problem with the internet, online. #telstrasucks

    @iiNet Thanks Maajidah but I don't have capacity to spend a few hours with customer service to determine if there's an issue or not. If it's still like this when I return from a trip in a couple of days, I'll call. I was just curious if anyone else in my area was also having issues. Ta!

    @iiNet Nope no vpn at all. Everything is just laggy, twitch tv, games, netflix. But I have 90 down and 63 up atm

    Businesses get *occasional* unexpected busy times, but once it becomes *typical* for customers to wait a long time just to ask for help, then it starts to look like a decision that the business is okay with the wait. Looking at you, @iiNet ...

    @rossj80 @iiNet No nbn for us over this way. It's just turned off again for the third time in 5 minutes. Weird because it hasn't happened in ages. Checked the issues again just now and saying it's normal operation. Definitely not in my home...oh, back on again. Bizarre!

    @iiNet @nibhealthfunds I am a long time customer of you both and am so disappointed to see you advertising on Sky. Not a good fit for your brand or customer base who, like me, are horrified to see you aligned with Sky via advertising $. Reconsider your strategy.

    @iiNet Pretty discouraged by the support from iinet the last 24 hours having problems with certain internet apps and its clearly iinet/tpg's issue but once the rep hears my internet is within the correct speeds not willing to help.
