@iiNet I’ll see what I can do. I’d really hate to go to all this trouble and still find that the problem is at your end.

  • hergesmith Herge Smith (@hergesmith) reported from Twin Waters, State of Queensland

Just moved and HAD TO change internet services from @iiNet to @telstra. 3 years no issue with iiNet, 1 week with telstra, problems. And don’t think about calling them, huge delays. I love that they suggest I can troubleshoot this problem with the internet, online. #telstrasucks

@iiNet My nbn is 2mbs down tonight. It's so inconsistent I actually think I was better off on adsl.

  • eamonhamilton Eamon Hamilton (@eamonhamilton) reported

@iiNet Slow speeds - trying to stream video (even at SD quality) either takes many attempts, or will play with terrible buffering and a lot of pauses. No other devices connected to the router aside from XboxOne (which is streaming) and no updates downloading

  • The_MISFIT_Art Connor (@The_MISFIT_Art) reported

@iiNet fix the ******* connection issues with your fixed wireless nbn already cause **** it’s inconsistent

  • Celebchaser Ange Logan-Bell (@Celebchaser) reported

@SusieBDiet @andy_penn @Telstra Might be time to change.... @iiNet service is excellent and it takes mins to talk to a person, if they are busy they’ll book a call back so you dont have to wait on hold.

  • phantomdiorama Mike (@phantomdiorama) reported

@iiNet It’s FTTN. Anyways I restarted the router and it seems to be working. I’ll update you if I have any further issues. Thanks for your help 😃

  • BJafari Behyad Jafari (@BJafari) reported

Every time I have to deal with @iiNet they're a headache. Currently trying to charge me for a service they haven't set up in over a month; despite thinking they have an not being able to work out why it's not working.

  • SoniaMcDonald01 Sonia McDonald (@SoniaMcDonald01) reported

@iiNet one week it’s we can give you NBN after years of complaints of slow WiFi. Then no we can’t will refund. Still no refund. Then week later yes we can! Then yesterday no we can’t. Refund still processing. I want refunds on my service as SLOW for past 2 years.

  • SoniaMcDonald01 Sonia McDonald (@SoniaMcDonald01) reported

@iiNet @iiNet still not resolved! It’s now a nightmare and SLOW WiFi again today

  • SilleScott Scott Ellis (@SilleScott) reported

@iiNet Your team called my wife not me. I should be on the account. They did forget to send the service has started message out to us. They are going to try and log a fault with nbnco as we are below the minimum threshold apparently. I won't hold my breath with them.

  • SilleScott Scott Ellis (@SilleScott) reported

@iiNet You guys were meant to let us know when it was connected. We figured it was since our adsl service went out at half 12 this afternoon and the new modem works this evening.
