@iiNet and in fairness, a subsequent call from someone (sorry I didn't catch your name) who sounded like they were there to help. Awaiting the outcome...

  • LeslieCThiess Leslie C Thiess (@LeslieCThiess) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Can confirm similar problem in transferring my NBN service within same apartment complex. Had to create a new service and pay in advance. Absolutely poor customer service at @iiNet !

  • paddywhatnow paddy (@paddywhatnow) reported

@warwickpauld @iiNet I made mistake of rebooting my router and now there's no DSL signal. Not today Satan.

  • AlisterAir Alister (@AlisterAir) reported

@swearyanthony @GrogsGamut @iiNet I second (third?) this recommendation. I dumped iiNet when they repeatedly wouldn't get my overcharged bill fixed, and have never looked back.

  • CJaneSing Christine Jane (@CJaneSing) reported

@iiNet what's going on? Three weeks of complaining about my crap service and still no call back!

  • flyingdoov Dr.Strangelove (@flyingdoov) reported

@iiNet and the response... another sales call attempt for an NBN service which I can't use (which once I pointed out this had already been done, the caller reviewed my case notes, then the call ended). How embarrassment #amateurhour #samesame

  • tom_minc tom minchin (@tom_minc) reported

@iiNet the IINET support person told me there was an update done to the IINET network.

  • johnalees shape shifting rodent reptilian hybrid (@johnalees) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Yep. Oh iinet you used to be good. Now just a sub-brand of TPG. I remember when all your call centers were in Australia and your customer service was good.

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet tells me @NBN_Australia says that my drop outs are ‘fantasy drop outs’. Right. Thanks nbn for calling me a liar. This is disgraceful. You really think I’d waste hours and hours trying to rectify this issue for fun?

  • talopine Marian (@talopine) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Yeah we switched from iiNet when our internet went down for a day and they told us it was because ADSL had been switched off by Telstra and we had to get NBN. It hadn't, and we didn't. (We ended up changing to NBN, but with AussieBB instead - they've been good.)
