Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@yukselozcelik @VodafoneAU Same mate! I couldn’t make $200-250 today,and when I went to @VodafoneAU Blacktown Sydney store to ask why service has been stopped, there were literally barricades front of the store! You disappointed me Vodafone, prob switching to other network next month.

@BRFCAustralia @VodafoneAU @boostmobile Half the suburbs I work in here have very limited Vodafone signal, it’s ok in the city but pockets are painful - just makes work hard when you can’t get on the net. I understand today’s issue was a National major outrage, it can happen to any provider. My other main reason is $$$

@VodafoneAU FYI. I think you forgot that there’s another 4G service subscriber here. It’s past 2:15am, at work, and borrowed my workmate’s phone to check my emails! Maybe you should give me a phone with a 5G service to make up to my missed bank transactions!

When you’re WFH and @vodafoneAU constantly drops out of signal (NO signal for the past 2 hours), and internet does not work. Been on hold for 1hr+ on tech support team but when you call their plan upgrade or business line, they pick up within minutes. Priorities, am i right?
