Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

I am really fed up with your services.. i changed my sim from 4g to 5g and from that particular day the network is totally down. Sometimes i even didn’t able to connect to whatsapp. Getting only one signal bar even outside or inside the house @VodafoneAU .

@VodafoneAU Worst aftersales service and support. I don’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. They sent my phone but not a charger ( paid $29 extra for it). Called the CSR and nobody knows why is it missing. I asked them to cancel the order, but they declined my request. Bullshit!

When people say @Optus is good but they never came back to sort out our internet (which we haven’t had for a month!!!) and we’ve been calling multiple times so we’re moving over to @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU internet was still down at 2am, changed my settings from 4G/3G/2G to 3G/2G and miraculously the internet started back up again! 😧 #thatsjustplainweird #outages
