Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@VodafoneAU Unless you can confirm that if my request is reasonable, there exist a possibility that I could get a pocket wifi free of cost for me to use as the 4G backup when needed, I won’t be wasting both, my time and your customer service team’s time. /1

@VodafoneAU I have been over that with your team on some of the previous outages and while they understand the problem and that a pocket wifi would be the appropriate backup. If I don’t pay extra they can’t help me /2

@agrov8 @rox_taf @VodafoneAU In NZ we face a higher cost due to our more challenging geography and terrain which means we have to build way more towers to service a smaller, more spread out population, which drives up the cost to provide services. (1/2)
