    Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

    @VodafoneAU Until yesterday (04/03/22) I could use 4G in doors at postcode 3008 and had good signal strength. Now it does not work at all using my iPhone 13 pro max. Any ideas?

    @daniel_nguyenx @VodafoneAU It makes no sense for a mobile phone provider & users that roam. If their email system doesn't work (which it doesn't) and I can't receive an SMS, then I'm locked out. With username/pass + App 2FA, I can still access my account.

    @VodafoneAU There is no service calls Or internet data on Fulcher st in Daylesford. I've got no choice now but to change providers to Optus or Telstra.

    Am I in the minority when I think the new @VodafoneAU login system is 10 steps backward? Why would you remove a tried & tested user/pass system in favour of a 'send me a link' and having to rely on your internal systems not breaking. Which clearly don't work.

    @VodafoneAU Service has not improved at all. I am mostly on SOS or barely functioning 3G all day, every day. Service was fine until these “upgrades” started several months ago

    @VodafoneAU Thanks! This phone doesn’t have a Network Reset option, but I did a complete reset to no avail. I spoke to the manufacturer and they suggested it may be because the phone’s IMEI isn’t whitelisted with the carrier for VoLTE? Though VoLTE seems to be a compatability nightmare!

    @VodafoneAU hi. Been having app issues for over 2 weeks now, was told a few days ago there were faults with the then current version of the app & they were working on a solution. FAresh update became available tonight which i have done & my issue still remains! How long til fixed
