Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

@VodafoneAU Any chance you can supply a good old fashioned Melways? I have to travel across Melbourne tonight on unfamiliar roads and I can’t access my GPS on my phone due to no service! Any suggestions?

@VodafoneAU If 5g internet you offer it’s going to be as slow as this ,I would like to cancel the service and get my money back . It’s would be wonderful if this can work , as I got a 5g internet at one of my businesses in another city from Optus and work great. Unfortunately not Optus here

I have a @VodafoneAU service i don't use that often. It's conract expired in late November. They didn't notify me and worst from a biz POV didn't call to ask to renew the contract. As such I missed the oppurtunity to renew on the #BlackFriday specials. #VodaFail #Vodafone

@VodafoneAU your login system is a joke. How is one to login when overseas and your sms links don't arrive even after waiting for 2 hours? I have never come across a lousier software design flow.

@VodafoneAU I called support and I’m told I’m the one who doesn’t understand what’s wrong, although, after my call, my network moved from Vodafone back to TPG… what a mystery…

The customer experience at @VodafoneAU is equally as bad as @Optus. Need our roaming activated urgently yet there is no way to contact them except via the app (which needs an SMS to login). How stupid is that! And they won't reply via DM. 😩

@VodafoneAU Okay however I don’t have an issue with paying the bill. I’ve paid it. The issue I have is that @VodafoneAU was sending us texts that enabled people to pay on time and avoid the $15 late fee. Now these texts don’t arrive until after the $15 has been incurred. It seems deliberate.
