    Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

    @VodafoneAU This is not good service, what i expect from you. If you need to stop the service, you should make a way, so that atleast we can use internet. You are stopping internet and working, not a good service.

    @VodafoneAU Hi team, got a query about an order. The Vodafone Track/Trace page says it's still "On It's Way" while Startrack page says it was delivered to the store at 12:30pm today. In-store rep says it hasn't arrived, despite email from Startrack saying it was. Can you help?

    @VodafoneAU I was (past tense) trying to port my service. Apparently you have a new process where even after spending 30mins in store signing up, you still have to get an sms link to verify. Part of this includes a facial recognition step - its absolute crap....

    @VodafoneAU Just received "Monthly Services" bill from Vodafone with NO EXPLANATION. I've spent hours with VODAFONE for the last 3 months fixing issues VODAFONE caused and confirming there would be no additional periodic bills. WTF is this?
