Hey @VodafoneAU what’s with the 5G coverage in Fremantle? Strong signal (all bars) but data refuses to work. Had to literally change to 4G to send this tweet. Only place in the Perth area where this seems to happen when 5G connects?

I just know @VodafoneAU has been giving me so much headache this week that I would never recommend it to anyone and will for sure tell my friends who has an account with them to change. Poor service and customer help

@just_brash @Optus I've never had a problem with @VodafoneAU in 22 years as their customer. I even get service out in regional areas in NSW and Vic where we have properties where other carriers don't seem to work.

@VodafoneAU Hi. Really frustrated - you won't allow my number to be placed onto a new pre paid sim card, because I lost the old one without waiting two days. I need this number for work. Please help.

You cannot apply unfair terms and conditions to any contract under Australian consumer law @VodafoneAU You must comply with all parts of Australian consumer law, you cannot opt out. You sold me this device knowing you are oversubscribed. You misled me about your network state.
