    @VodafoneAU I just wanted to cancel my Vodafone NBN service 😰😰. So far I’ve spent 1 hour 40 mins chatting to Vodafone staff (it’s impossible to call them during the pandemic). It was all agreed today. Tonight I get a bill indicating the service is not cancelled. WTF!!

    @VodafoneAU Blocking the call will only block that one number for me. And with an incomprehensible volume of phone numbers that won’t help in the slightest. Reporting the number to scam watch will have about the same effect as removing one grain of sand from a beach.

I have a Visa debit card instead, it works and looks like a credit card but uses my money. I use it for everything, have some accounts linked to it for regular payments, never had any problems, never been knocked back. Highly recommended

    I went to the shops today to get info on NBN plans. Spoke with @Telstra , @Optus , @VodafoneAU and @DodoAustralia . One decision was made - I will never give 1c to @DodoAustralia . Rude, condescending and made me feel I was wasting their time asking questions.

    @VodafoneAU #Optus gave my friend a top of the line phone 5 months air time and data free for being a loyal customer of 30 years. Now that's a brand I want to be with! What have u done for me being 20 years and failed at all fronts to me!

    6 months with @VodafoneAU . It has been a struggle with their network. Their network is sketchy at where I live and work. I wish their customer service was better in resolving the issue.

    @VodafoneAU not only I never got my router you shipped but you just charged me $500 after I was told 2 months ago that my account was closed. I've never experienced a worst customer service. There is no accountability on Vodafone end.

    @VodafoneAU (2/2) I explained that it's only the chat inside the My Vodafone App that has the issue and he insisted that I had to have my handset looked at in-store. When I pressed him what settings need to be changed, he couldn't tell me. Any pointers?

    @VodafoneAU Yes you are where you offered $20 discount for the service with network issues. The service over 24 months will cost me more that $1500 and you for the network issues can't even provide a decent resolution. Even though the network issues has been confirmed and accepted by you.

    @VodafoneAU How, on a Sunday morning, can my internet speed test be at 26.3mbps and yet I can't stream anything. Your coverage is the worst in Australia. I can't even get onto your own oage because my internet is so crap. Problems from the very start. Please fix this?
