@VodafoneAU Congrats. Pity I was 4 days late with a bill payment, received a text saying I’ll be charged a ‘little service fee’ which turned out to be HALF MY BILL. Way to treat a 20 year customer. Anyway, congrats on your little awards.

@Rachel_Organa @VodafoneAU All of those shops are way too damn small to not notice if someone is standing in there for 10mins 🙄

@VodafoneAU so 26 hours since blocked and 4.5 hours since they reached out to me to say they are on it and still can’t give a reason why it was blocked. Account fully paid to date! If you are considering Vodafone - reconsider immediately. The service is disgraceful!

Dear @VodafoneAU . I am relatively happy with your service. Mainly because I'm living in a city and the coverage is decent and the deal is good. However, I'll be moving back to #Cooktown at some point in time and you have no service up that way. Can you point me to...

@VodafoneAU Is there a problem with the NBN network in Brisbane (Hemmant 4174). Have been averaging 40mbs since switching to 50 plan, but today speeds of 0.3 to 3.4mbs. It’s ground to a standstill!

Each time I’m forced to deal with @Optus or @VodafoneAU support I invariably end up annoyed with them. And then there are times like this where I have to deal with @Telstra support, and am reminded what truly horrible customer service is. Wasted hours trying to fix a $2 SIM…

Wife has been with @VodafoneAU for 4yrs. Today mobile was blocked with no warning. Spoke to call centre acc up to date and no issues. Why was it blocked? CC cant tell you and the team that blocked it dont work Sat/Sun. So send email and should be fixed in 48hrs. Appalling service

@VodafoneAU we’re on the $59 Essential nbn plan and Zoom calls during business hours lags (audio / visual don’t match). Would an upgrade to the next tier fix the problem? If it didn’t, could we drop back to the original plan without penalty?
