@VodafoneAU hey guys currently we use your mobile network but through third party, iiNet. They can’t offer an eSIM for iPhone 14 (we would bring our own phones). Would we b able to switch over to u guys directly (2 phones) with minimal hassle on an eSIM plan only? Cheers.

@VodafoneAU Thanks but we already tried that, ended up in a shop front for 2 hours with them on the phone to customer service, constantly getting cut off. In the end they replaced my modem but it has improved nothing. Your network is bad. Improve it or reduce your prices.

@VodafoneAU , I've had an NBN issue for 10 months & have been running with a stop gap solution in the meantime. I was originally told it would be fixed but no one has called, every time I try to call you're closed or the wait times are too long for me to get through. Please help

@VodafoneAU Yep, it hasn’t worked for a week, I made the report, they let me know that It’s in maintenance and that no later than today it would work at 11 am, I called again at 12 and They said that on the 9th would do another maintenance but they didn’t mention anything 5G signal specific.

@craiglewis_4 @VodafoneAU Yeah my partner was running her phone off my Optus connection all weekend. I'm sure they'll get there, bit surprised nothing in Pt Vincent though. Fair enough if it was down Marion Bay / Innes way.

Hi @VodafoneAU 👋🏻 , Could you tell me when 5G will be available again in Footscray, VIC? I know that they recently completed some maintenance in the area and others are in progress, but the page turns out to be quite ambiguous and the 5G is still not working.

@VodafoneAU Yeah I can’t login to do that because I need to receive an sms to do that now, and that means I can’t logon to change the SIM like I used to…. The new logon method is stupid. How do I disable it?

@mattslack @craiglewis_4 @VodafoneAU Flatemate put Vodafone Wifi in Sydney and it’s crap Matt, constant issues at high peak times. Travel anywhere outside major cities and their mobile coverage is pathetic.
