    Wife has been with @VodafoneAU for 4yrs. Today mobile was blocked with no warning. Spoke to call centre acc up to date and no issues. Why was it blocked? CC cant tell you and the team that blocked it dont work Sat/Sun. So send email and should be fixed in 48hrs. Appalling service

    @VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

    In January I alerted @VodafoneAU to a fraud - someone had impersonated me & taken out a phone bill in my name. I never heard back from them. Now I have a $5,000 bill from Vodafone & they sent it to a debt collector. This is really stressful & unacceptable. Why didn't they act?

    @VodafoneAU How do we check outages in the area? Again another month and another #vodafail of service. It’s happening so regularly 👎🏻 I’m so loyal but it’s very hard atm.
