  • hewantstolearn Mohamed Zayied (@hewantstolearn) reported

@VodafoneAU all my calls have been choppy for two months , even calling Vodafone support was cutting in and out . Unable to operate on this network and tried other phones and the esim . Ticket was escalated but have not heard back . I think Telstra is the fix

  • lordkhadow Lord Khadow (@lordkhadow) reported

@VodafoneAU I travel the Pakenham Line to and from the CBD most days and the service along that line is substandard.

  • jeffyuchang Jeff Yu (@jeffyuchang) reported

@VodafoneAU you guys login with sms links really sucks. why can't I login from computer?

  • sidetrakked Anjali (@sidetrakked) reported

This is ridiculous @VodafoneAU I’ve received THREE calls today from your call centre & have told all 3 to stop calling. Is it that hard to update your records? I’ve better things to do than spend all afternoon answering Vodafone calls because your team can’t get its **** together

  • ak1fu3 aki (@ak1fu3) reported

Why @VodafoneAU doesn't revert back to old version of My Vodafone? When they don't have ability to fix the issue

  • girvo Josh Girvin (@girvo) reported

@redruby17 @VodafoneAU @Optus Oh and make sure you don’t cancel your Optus plan. Porting your number (when you sign up to another provider and ask them to bring your previous number) will cancel it for you and ensure you keep your mobile number. Signed, someone who worked in telco for too long

  • ak1fu3 aki (@ak1fu3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

It’s been 7 weeks since I reported to @VodafoneAU I still can’t login to My Vodafone and no updates from Vodafone

  • GSomayanda Gana (@GSomayanda) reported

@VodafoneAU C’mon do something to fix this issue. Yes, I’ve responded to your unhelpful DM. Tell me what to do to be able to use ‘roaming’!!

  • yviejones Yvie Jones (@yviejones) reported

Ordered a new phone through @VodafoneAU and was given a new number that I didn’t authorise or ask for. Guess how many times I’ve been told by customer care workers that it will be removed? 5. Every time I call I get another incompetent, untrained sod who has no authority to help.
