@VodafoneAU hello just arrived in USA. Wanting to use the Infinite plan $5 per day service however phone has not automatically connected to eg Verizon. Unable to login MyVodafone as cannot receive authentication text. Can you please assist? Many thanks. 🇦🇺

@VodafoneAU same outcome. Frustrating. He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

@VodafoneAU Why is Vodafone @ Berri in SA, so slow and congested? It's not my devices. Multiples services from older phones to latest iPad Pro. Barely above 1 Mbit /s. It's a joke. When is it going to be being fixed?

@VodafoneAU 3. And on top of that I have called up to cancel the Amazon prime subscription 4 times. Have replied to stop Prime 4 times via text message and manually cancelled the subscription 2 years ago and still to this day I am being charged for it.

3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc 👏🏽 We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU

@VodafoneAU We are Vodafone's customers from last 12-13 years, i have been using the service way before you bought 3. Recently we were told to leave if we're not happy with what's on offer and go to @Optus because they provide better deal and you can not match.

What is up with @VodafoneAU having the worst online experience ever. Like you cannot login from a desktop browser because they force the login link be sent by sms.

The way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G
