Would much prefer staying with @VodafoneAU but what good is a phone number if it is not reachable for verification / unlocking purposes. Service that worked in 2013 that ceased working now with no notices nor announcement. A promised 48 hour investigation SLA was not met either.

While @NBN_Australia works out the latest outage in my area, my @VodafoneAU mobile backup seems to be delivering a cool 220kbps. Feels like I'm back in 1995. Text only. No bandwidth for images!

@VodafoneAU Never choose Vodafone over other Networks, its just worthless and poor Customer service. It isn't worth paying. Just annoying service. I am an unhappy customer. It never stands on its words and promises. They just simply took back the plan fare which they promised.
