@VodafoneAU Hi, For the last week I’ve gone from 4G to now having 3G when at home. Never had this issue before. Can you please identify and fix the problem? Postcode 2478. NSW. Thanks

@VodafoneAU It's really unsatisfactory that we've had no service in the mid-Blue Mountains for two days now due to "tower upgrade." All we get is "not registered on network."

@VodafoneAU is there any issues with network

@VodafoneAU Day 4 without Vodafone mobile service in the mid-Blue Mountains. This really is pretty crappy service especially for those working from home. When can we expect compensation? @bmgazette

  • joydeep17ghosh JD (@joydeep17ghosh) reported

@VodafoneAU You ask to connect over DM but there is no intention to respond. Its past 11 pm and the service hasn’t improved (unlike what you promised) - been without network for past 5 days on 3 devices with Vodafone. If not for Telstra NBN, I couldn’t have even tweeted this. #VodafoneSucks

  • steviecooper Stevie Cooper (@steviecooper) reported

@VodafoneAU hey, new iPhone 13 arrived. Can’t activate the service without a SIM card. I selected eSIM. What’s up with that?
