    @JulianBurnside Where is their Call Centre based? Been having a lot of issues with @VodafoneAU, their system is horrendous.

    @VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

    Dear @VodafoneAU my intl roaming has suddenly stopped working in Pakistan and someone else I know is facing same issue in other city. Is there some maintenance or any changes in services?

    @VodafoneAU is there an outage in the 2137 Burwood area all my calls are going to voice mail i can make calls though. Time to change providers

    @VodafoneAU I don't know what is happening with vodafone but this month they have made me have the worst customer experience ever, I have never been through so much crap that I srill haven't sorted, your calling automation is horrible and your customer support is useless 🤮🤯

    @VodafoneAU getting no network service for about 3 days now. Spoke to cutomer service, they said the network was down and they have had a lot of similar complaints. On Friday, told will be fixed by Saturday. Still no network on Sunday.

    If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.
