@Nathan_Micallef @VodafoneAU Is it still affected? Mine is still down, have to use WiFi. Been down since about lunch. 4212.

  • gabrielammendes Gabi M (@gabrielammendes) reported

Be careful when subscribing @VodafoneAU broadband service. They provide WiFi routers not compatible with WPA2 which don't work with old Apple devices. Several requests to get the router replaced and still no answers from @VodafoneAU

  • Nathan_Micallef Nathan Micallef 🇦🇺🇲🇹🇪🇺 (@Nathan_Micallef) reported

@VodafoneAU My mobile internet has been pretty much non-existent for a couple of hours. Is there something going down? Based in Brisbane.

  • AndyDentPerth AndyDentPerth (@AndyDentPerth) reported

Hey @VodafoneAU just had an "Unknown Caller" ring claiming to be from your service department and she started by asking for my PIN. Pretty sure this was a scammer taking advantage of you teaching people bad security practices. *NEVER* give out PINs to unprompted inbound calls

  • robertmrfab Mister Fabulous (@robertmrfab) reported

@VodafoneAU It’s not the phone. It’s same on 2 phones and 4g modem. Don’t make your stuff-up my problem.

  • mermarcus MerMarcus (@mermarcus) reported

@VodafoneAU no service in Gold Coast qld on S21. Has been patchy all week. MMS'S arriving hours later and call drop outs. What's happening?

  • gabrielammendes Gabi M (@gabrielammendes) reported

@VodafoneAU you don't commit to what you tell your clients. 1st line contacted us and said 2nd line would call us in 2 hours. They never did. Not trustworthy!

  • heresisted And yet ... (@heresisted) reported

@VodafoneAU If you stop ******* robocalling me I might pay my bill. If you keep ******* robocalling me at 08:00 I'll just change all my services to another telco. Now **** off.

  • JoelDTD Joel Birch (@JoelDTD) reported

@cryptodazzaa69 @VodafoneAU Guess what Crafter aka guy who went on IG rant about an Optus bill, Twitter is actually an official way of contacting Vodafone support. Thank you, cool guy.

  • gabrielammendes Gabi M (@gabrielammendes) reported

@VodafoneAU Got me a WiFi router which does not work my Apple devices, because it is not compatible with WPA2. Do you expect clients to throw their devices away and buy new ones to get them to work with your crapy WiFi router? Submitted complaint and no replied. Terrible service
