If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@VodafoneAU forster/ tuncurry apparently you have 4g coverage. You don’t, you don’t really have 3G. I’m struggling to use the NSW covid sign in.

@VodafoneAU I would expect at least a reply to your failures. Clearly you show no care for customers that belongs to a company you own that was affected by your recent network failures. Thanks Vodafone and @lebaraau !

Why did I do it? After 4 peaceful years of service on @VodafoneAU I switched back to @Telstra and after only 1 month I remembered why I switched all those years ago. Such an awful business to deal with. #CustomerService #isnothard

@VodafoneAU hey guys! Since the issue last week, my signal at home in particular has been consistently dropping back to 3G. My home suburb is 5501. Its usually always 4G with no problems but doesn't seem so stable this week...

@VodafoneAU I'm trying to reactivate my SIM. I'm currently outside Australia. Cannot do this without speaking to someone, but cannot get through. Cannot have a call back to a non-AU number. So racking up costs on an O/s call to be on hold. Insane! Help!
