If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@mwyres @VodafoneAU I've been complaining since February that the app doesn't work. They don't care.
@VodafoneAU Why is my data internet not working :( can’t send texts either unless on wifi.
@VodafoneAU Fix your crap network
So... Apparently I was one of the customers affected in the @Optus hack... @VodafoneAU is your security better? Because I'm in the market for a new mobile service provider...
@VodafoneAU @nicoleyc17 Do you retain customer IDs such as drivers licence or passport numbers?
@Telstra, @VodafoneAU, and @Optus : To help Australians stay connected to their loved ones, please wave temporarily call and SMS messages to Iran! Pretty sure you already know the story of #MahsaAmini.
@VodafoneAU has somehow borked their network so badly that SIM 1, the one they actually gave me, no longer appears as installed in the first place. Not "searching" or "SOS only" - just gone completely. While SIM 2, from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, is ROAMING ON THEIR NETWORK?
@ItsStarMystique @Optus @VodafoneAU We had Optus before, lucky we changed a few years ago, now with NBN. But we had a very hard time trying to not be a customer of theres anymore, they wouldnt listen to our reason and kept on begging us to stay.
@trevorlong They’ve been terrible, how does @VodafoneAU stack up to them? Thinking I might change providers. I’m in Melbourne.
Hi @Optus, Iranian government has shut down the internet while its people are protesting to get their freedom and human rights back. I’ve heard that @VodafoneAU has added Iran to list of countries where you can have free call/text. Will you do the same for customers with a plan?
