    @VodafoneAU very disgraceful and unsupportive. I will change to any other service provider. Every other service providers waived off international roaming only for the people who were stuck in Middle East

    @VodafoneAU fix the bloody SMS outage! Trying to pay a bill using internet banking and can’t authenticate the request because the banks text isn’t getting through. How do you stuff something basic like that up?!

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    Dear @VodafoneAU my intl roaming has suddenly stopped working in Pakistan and someone else I know is facing same issue in other city. Is there some maintenance or any changes in services?

    So the FTTN service that had been supposedly canceled is now working. @VodafoneAU claimed it was my modem. I'm using that same modem/router connected to the NBN fibre optic. Either it's a miracle or something broken got fixed.

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    @VodafoneAU I have requested to please waive off my international roaming only for the period of my stay in Qatar. As I was stuck there and needed to use roaming. When I spoke to one the customer care and she confirmed that it would be one time waive off but now it’s not the case
