    @VodafoneAU 1/3 I am so sick of your idiot salesman and overseas call centre... First they lie and guarantee me a ps5 in 2 week or i can cancel it. I only bought it for my quarantine stint after the olympics. 5 weeks later nothing. I call up he guarantees me this week.

    @VodafoneAU I went to Marsfield (from the city and going to Parramatta) for the first time thru bus and was so confident to rely on my data but you ended up exhausting me. Poor service today. Hope you compensate. Moreover, it's been 6hrs, hello. 😒🙄

    Day 5 with no internet. Of course @TPG_Telecom disappeared so I tried to use @VodafoneAU as a back up. Well voda speed is at 4mbps so I can even download a pic. Shame on BOTH!!! What a disaster are these 2 scam companies. @NSW_FairTrading can u help?

    @VodafoneAU I’m sure you would say it’s a valid offer, in the sense that it’s something that you are actually offering for me to switch to. But as a MUCH more expensive plan, surely you understand the customer well enough to know this is a ridiculous thing to be pushing?

    @NATW_2025ish @VodafoneAU I remember last year for 6 weeks I could not connect in the Brisbane CBD. They denied they were having service issues, claimed it was either my laptop or my modem (which is Vodafone), refused to refund me any service costs..

I kid you not I have a 5G phone and I've been travelling with this thing for 2 years across the UK and I've only seen it go to 5G a few times.     @DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU Vodafone is bad across a lot of country. It is a piece of crap in Hungary, averaging at 15-20 mbps, while Telekom HU (T-Mobile) can easily get gigabit speeds on 5G.
