@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

  • Deanos_DT Deano (@Deanos_DT) reported

@VodafoneAU Nope, when I turn wifi off it's not connecting to mobile network. Shouldn't matter service is with Kogan though.

  • trastas Tom Rastas (@trastas) reported

@VodafoneAU, I'm overseas and roaming won't work on my phone. Calls and text are fine, but internet is out. I've reset a number of times and no help. Customer service for this is within business hours Sydney time? Really?

  • Jugeyfruits Juge (@Jugeyfruits) reported

@bingewatchers1 @VodafoneAU Give Aussie broadband a look, they've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

@VodafoneAU No one is helping on the call either. Bunch of unsympathetic “support” centre people. Don’t have a clue… I wonder how are you still in business??

  • cousinit89 Rbxx (@cousinit89) reported

@VodafoneAU My mobile internet has been down since 8am this morning (Sydney) and is only working somewhat now. What is going on?

  • davidsivaraj David Sivaraj (@davidsivaraj) reported

@VodafoneAU don’t robocall me and put me on hold immediately waiting for one of your staff to pickup. Two things happen; 1. I hang up 2. Report your number as a scam, like so many other people

  • vishalarora911 vishal arora (@vishalarora911) reported

@VodafoneAU This is not the first time this kind of issue is happening. Feel sad, have been with you for over 11 yrs now. I am so ready to switch…😤

  • MarcoABomfim1 Marco A. Bomfim (@MarcoABomfim1) reported

@VodafoneAU I already called support and they said I cannot change the address, and should wait for the phone to go to the Post Office to retrieve, but I simply cannot go to the Austrlian Post on 2280, I live on 2065... Why did they change my delivery address? Can't I change it back??
