@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@VodafoneAU hey guys. I've been trying to make a call out to my family in Canada and I've had no problems up until a couple weeks ago and it hits me with a "your call couldn't be connected" message and I'm only getting around 1/2 bars of service

@DarkViperAU @VodafoneAU @Telstra If you want my advice, never try to leave a provider directly. Go directly to the new provider you want and they will do all that for you. Thats exactly what I did when moving from Vodafone to Telstra, so much easier!

@VodafoneAU we are having issues with our FTTB connection and a girl at the store gave us a number to the Vodafone technicians, who then told us that they actually don't have technicians who can come investigate the issue. Can you please confirm that you don't have technicians?
