    @VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

    @VodafoneAU Neither me nor my whole family are continuing service with Vodafone after this month. We've been having issues with Vodafone for the past few months, even after repeated calls to customer service none of our issues have been resolved and on the top of it, this today.

    @VodafoneAU I wasn’t even notified that there was an issue... it was only when I went outside at lunch and tried to use my phone It wasn’t working - poor customer service

    Now my phone has zero service, not even text or voice. Hopefully my wifi stays up because without that I'll have nothing. Having worked in IT support I pity the staff at @VodafoneAU today. #condolences #bekind

    @VodafoneAU Anything wrong with your service my husband and i ha e had no data all day today we still don’t have turned on and off and nothing on mobile data it’s SOS or 3g only not impressed

    @VodafoneAU Your coverage area is limited, you're overpriced, you don't have coverage in any of the hospitals (my workplace) and your customer service is a disgrace. Seriously, why do you even exist? Telstra and Optus all the way!! #SackVodafone

    @leebolton910 @laythefavourite @VodafoneAU then cancelling them all without warning or compensation. which is bad CUSTOMER service. bad service, okay, forgivable. but repeated bad service WITH bad customer service too? i think it's fair people are fed up.
