@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@VodafoneAU when are you going to fix / improve your 4G on my 14km train ride intro the melb CBD all I ever get is 3G ... or would I be better changing to Optus or Telstra?

  • obelloz Andy Bell (@obelloz) reported

Fair play to @VodafoneAU & @medibank - after me venting about their promotion of apps rather than fixing card theft issues, both have contacted me. So I had another, more focused vent :-)

  • perspectiv369 Em 🔮🇦🇺🌈 (@perspectiv369) reported

@VodafoneAU three days and the network still isn’t working 🙃🙃🙃🙃 I question why I even bothering paying for the service when this is the standard.

@DarrenMul @VodafoneIreland @VodafoneAU mobile down in my area past few days too. Is this a global dropout?

  • PithyHandle William Wibble (@PithyHandle) reported

Why did I do it? After 4 peaceful years of service on @VodafoneAU I switched back to @Telstra and after only 1 month I remembered why I switched all those years ago. Such an awful business to deal with. #CustomerService #isnothard

  • PeterDT82 Peter T (@PeterDT82) reported

@VodafoneAU hey guys! Since the issue last week, my signal at home in particular has been consistently dropping back to 3G. My home suburb is 5501. Its usually always 4G with no problems but doesn't seem so stable this week...

  • Farren_Heit_ Farren Heit (@Farren_Heit_) reported

@Conchita_Grande @VodafoneAU Yeh it was nationwide.. lane cove must be in a blind spot or something as last night in city and horn been fine.. over there today it’s barely even working. Reception bad again 🙄

  • Stephen_allard Stephen Allard (@Stephen_allard) reported

@VodafoneAU forster/ tuncurry apparently you have 4g coverage. You don’t, you don’t really have 3G. I’m struggling to use the NSW covid sign in.
