@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@VodafoneAU what is happening with your app? I have not been able to sign in for days. It just says technical issues. When is this fling to be fixed?

If @VodafoneAU actually were proactive in communicating outages as soon as they happened it would reduce the customer rage by 50%!!! But they’ve never actually been good at that imo.

@VodafoneAU trying to reset my password & put in my email/DOB - but never get the code to my email to continue. Tried a few times now & still no luck. Checked spam too before you ask.

@VodafoneAU Thank you; yes. Sadly, the guy who attempted to help me was not very communicative with what he was doing. He dismissed my observations, didn't really listen to what I had told him I had done, and 8n trying to understand the issue, changed some of my phone's settings.

@VodafoneAU What is going on with Call of Duty servers the past 2 weeks? Beforehand it was 20-30 ping, now its a minimum of 120? Spoken to others with the same issue, only solution has been changing ISP’s?

@VodafoneAU Seriously how can you claim you are supposedly getting people better coverage everywhere and then at the same time release a goddamn stupid ad that basically gives the middle finger to all Rural Aussies?
