@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@VodafoneAU hey Vodafone do you use the optus network? Should we have any concerns as a Vodafone customer? Thank you.

@mwyres @VodafoneAU I've been complaining since February that the app doesn't work. They don't care.

@ItsStarMystique @Optus @VodafoneAU We had Optus before, lucky we changed a few years ago, now with NBN. But we had a very hard time trying to not be a customer of theres anymore, they wouldnt listen to our reason and kept on begging us to stay.

@VodafoneAU has somehow borked their network so badly that SIM 1, the one they actually gave me, no longer appears as installed in the first place. Not "searching" or "SOS only" - just gone completely. While SIM 2, from the OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD, is ROAMING ON THEIR NETWORK?

@VodafoneAU things were all OK with 1 number and not with the other number. it's just customer care reps weren't interested in solving rather transferring to wrong departments I have to wait another 1 hour just to talk to someone

@VodafoneAU I've been complaining about the pathetic login system for months, but nobody ever does a thing about it. I just want to be able to login to a webpage, get an authenticator code - (app or SMS) - and be allowed in. Shouldn't take 30 minutes to pay my bill.

@VodafoneAU your "get link via SMS" means that people can't pay their bills on a desktop PC, only mobile that gets the link. Very poor UX.

So... Apparently I was one of the customers affected in the @Optus hack... 🫠 @VodafoneAU is your security better? Because I'm in the market for a new mobile service provider... 🥹

@VodafoneAU the customer service rep on the chat asked me to take out sim and then put it back. guess wat to login back in Vodafone I needed the link thru sms which was not possible and I got blocked for 2 hours.. this is the level of stupidity they are doing
