@VodafoneAU Thanks for reaching out.. I was really surprised that large regional towns like Warracknabeal, Murtoa and Rainbow had 0 network access, as in SOS only. We had better coverage in Vietnam with Vodafone roaming than NW VIC.

@wrhollingsworth @Optus @VodafoneAU Yea it’s becoming real tempting. The drop outs arnt a problem since we got a nbn tech out and they discovered a splitter with one side not connected to anything and was shittly done. Maybe get a non optus cabler to check things out. Ironically I used to have a cabling license.

@VodafoneAU look i gave it some time and it’s just getting worse, my other phone has 4G and it’s a lot faster than my 5G i’m switching i’m sorry but the service makes me feel like i’m back on 3G in 2010

@VodafoneAU I am really saddened that a customer of this many years should be treated this way but I am concerned at the aggressive sell and opportunistic way that Vodafone has conducted itself in the light of the Optus data breach issue

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU I had NBN techs out and they replaced everything but it made no difference. The Optus support acknowledged the problem was on their end but then slammed shut on doing anything about it.

@VodafoneAU Next time you have technical issues that need fixing a good customer service expects that you send a message to affected customers. My phone had no access to anything for hours 😡😡😡😡

@RecliningPanda @Optus @VodafoneAU This might be a good reason to dump Optus NBN (which drops out several times a day anyway and they refuse to do anything about it) and switch to a Vodafone 5G solution.

@nimitkapoorDM @VodafoneAU I will be returning the wireless 5g device , the marketing technique used are nothing short of unethical, I have raised the issue to the telecommunications ombudsman!
