    The service is mostly ok, but when the network goes down, like today, good luck getting any answers or getting hold of anyone at @VodafoneAU Very disappointing... The My Vodafone app is rubbish!

    @VodafoneAU part 2. Vodafone cancelled my number. Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

    Just tried to call @VodafoneAU to find out why my SIM card flicked between No Service and SOS and intermittently on 5G. I tried to call and it from an Optus network phone and the message, "Optus wishes to advise that the number you have called is not connected". That number, the Vodafone Australia 1300 number

    @VodafoneGroup what's the issue in Adelaide SA? NO NETWORK FOR OVER 7 HOURS AND AS USUAL NO COMMS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS OWNING YOU HAVE SERIOUS PROBLEMS! This is all I see 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 #VodafoneAU
