Michael-G (@FreoPunter) reported@VodafoneAU No thanks! I’m look at getting out of this contract (albeit less than 2 months into it), pay the balance of the handset fees and walk away. I made the mistake of not checking reviews first before signing a plan to your horrendous service.

Mitch Nicholls (@mitchnicholls) reported@VodafoneAU No, she was in a store last night, call centre told them that the number is gone "for her safety". A number she had since 2004. They had described it like a credit card, have to cancel it. Phone numbers are not quite like that at all...

Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported. @VodafoneAU Days into ridiculously slow internet speed and no phone connection in my apartment I’ve been given three deadlines when your “improvements” in my area will be finished and my service will return. Another day of spending my time on my back stairs on calls to you.
-
Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported@JustAnotherCat_ @VodafoneAU I’ve been complaining all week, been offered a $30 refund, spent more than $30 of my time trying to work out the problem they caused. I’m out of the patience they’ve been thanking me for.
-
Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported@VodafoneAU And knowing I’ve been experiencing this for days, why no text to let me know of this latest delay? You have my number, I’m a customer, why am I not being informed? Why is it on me to pursue you every day? Why is my time less valuable than yours?
-
Glen (@glenpen60) reported@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with TPG & haven’t had an issue for 7 years. $60 per month for internet, $30 phone unlimited
-
Kent Parkstreet, Laird of ****** (@kentparktweet) reported@kate_raindrops @VodafoneAU When I asked why I wasn’t notified of the potential outage they told me I could look up their maintenance program any time. Even sent me a link. I’m not sure how this was supposed to help.

WiNTY🐺☕️ (@Wintech3112) reported@TheOrcBard @VodafoneAU If they set up the net in a similar way that they do in the UK, then tertiery companies like Vodafone rent bandwidth from whoever owns the line (in my case it was BT). That meant i was paying for 50mb down & because the UK infrastructure was barely fit for last century, we got 2.
