Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login. Gave them my Spanish contact number.

Why do I need to go to a website, to get a link to log in. Why can’t I use an MFA app at least. My guess is that you don’t actually care about your customers data.
