    @VodafoneAU been chasing up a resolution on a support issue for over a week now. Somehow claiming I’ve used more data than I have. No updated for days but magically 16gb usage has showed up from 2 weeks ago that wasn’t there when I raised the issue. Wtf sort yourselves out

    @VodafoneAU absolutely worst ever customer service. This dispute started in January and as per Vodafone resolved after 20 days that too after endless calls and emails. Now when I was overseas my bills again back to what it was before and I know this will Take ages and to solve

    @cricketcomau @VodafoneAU Who else has noticed that Vodafone network is getting slower and unreliable? Especially around northern and eastern suburbs.

    The way @VodafoneAU rolling out the 5G , its a ******* disaster , @VodafoneAU 5G should be called 4Gx , its slow , bad coverage and you cant compare it to the superior @telstra 5G

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.
