He went away, did some stuff out the back, then spent about 15 minutes on perma-hold waiting for customer care. Gave up. I left having spent about an hour there, with no change in the functionality of my service. Very frustrating.

I’ve had a serious issue with them went to the store, called customer service many times, and still no one could fix the problem. Terrible service and unhelpful staff.
