    @Optus @iheartguitar If you're interested in alternatives @VodafoneAU had been great especially with their 4G backup, so even if NBN goes down the connection still works. Nowadays internet isn't a luxury, it's livelihood and companies need to step up their game to match.

    Whoever at @VodafoneAU decided to update the login way shouldnโ€™t be allowed to make choices in the workplace. Bring back the old My Vodafone login way. Screw waiting for a txt to pay a billโ€ฆ

    @VodafoneAU you seriously have no idea how to look after customers. Absolutely hopeless. I'm paying for a service that doesn't work....repeatedly. My work depends on you delivering a service that I pay for, incredibly bad and disappointing. Checking Optus and Tesltra options ๐Ÿ˜ž

    Went on my lunch break, ordered food but couldn't pay because @VodafoneAU was down and I didn't have cash or my card on me. The good people @SUBWAY let me have my food and asked to come back and pay later.

    @VodafoneAU hey guys. I've been trying to make a call out to my family in Canada and I've had no problems up until a couple weeks ago and it hits me with a "your call couldn't be connected" message and I'm only getting around 1/2 bars of service

    Dear @VodafoneAU, thank you for deciding to increase the cost of my contracted monthly plan (without my consent) by saying 'hey look at us giving you extra data', when I don't come close to using the data I have, & your service is so poor I couldn't if I wanted to. Go you! ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

    3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU
