I can’t work from home and my phone is now $40 over my monthly data limit because I have nothing working at home. Very frustrated with the service. The 4G back up is not working.

Spoke to multiple customer service team members, saying that the account was deleted by accident and I did have credit in the account. (Confirmed by visa) I mentioned I couldn’t login.
