    @TPG_Telecom Turns out it was a billing issue due to a cancelled card but the walled garden wasn’t making it through our security gateway, ping tests were working though so that’s where the confusion was. Be nice if you guys sent a couple of SMS warning service is getting suspended or paused.

    @TPG_Telecom SIM card was only sent after I called on two consecutive days to complain about intermittent sim connectivity. That’s a totally separate issue to having to wait 2.5 WEEKS for an internal port that was meant to take “2-4 hours”.

    @TPG_Telecom you have the worst mobile app in this world.. can't see the data usage, cannot see the details, cannot login to account, cannot change password, cannot change the account for auto topup

    @janetbackstage @TPG_Telecom It is actually longer than 22 hours. I first lost access at 10am yesterday. Managed to view a few emails mid-afternoon and it has been down ever since. I have no idea what work is banking up in my email right now

    @TPG_Telecom can someone please resolve the issues with my NBN. It has been almost a week this time. I have had numoutous conversations and visits from your technicians without the issue being fixed. Unfortunately this is the 5th time this year we’ve had a material outage.

    @TPG_Telecom Can you please coordinate with NBN and fix the service on Brighton Boulevard in Bondi. This is the 5th serious outage this year which is causing material economic damage to my business. Neighbours paying for your service are also having the same issues. Thank you

    @Telstra @tpg has a advised that the Telstra lines used by TPG have cut/damaged by a worker and won’t be restored until 1st April. Not much TPG can do when it’s a Telstra issue.

    So I got my @NBN_Australia service installed today. The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom

    So no problem with the number of players in rural services going from 3 to 2 but telco TPG not allowed to merge with Vodafone whereby the number of mobile players would go from 3 to...3 #joke

Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?

    @TPG_Telecom very poor & disappointing customer service. A telco that can’t transfer calls internally & cuts you off. Don’t sign non-tech savvy elderly to TPG. Perhaps the Telecoms Ombudsman can help

    @NBN_Australia @abhi900 I’ve been checking my NBN connection on the page you quote for 3hrs & it states that there are no outages.The NBN box is blinking like a faulty traffic light. @TPG_Telecom has announced that there is a n/wide NBN outage & your telling someone to check if there is a known outage?

    @TPG_Telecom your service has been down for at least 4 hours. NBN is fine and your IVR simply states that they apologise. No human to talk to. Can you at least provide a public message about what is wrong and what is the ETA? This is poor service.
