    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom how much longer will the NBN be disconnected in Rydalmere, NSW? It's been off since 11am this morning! Are u going to reimburse me for the extra data I have had to use from mobile hotspotting so i can work. Service has been terrible lately!! Might be time to change

    @TPG_Telecom I have been calling the support team since Aug 2022 every month and it has been frustrated with the service. Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

    @tpgaustralia @TPG_Telecom I simply asked them for the specific numbers causing the slow speed, but they haven't provided any information at all.
