    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!
