    @TPG_Telecom I have been calling the support team since Aug 2022 every month and it has been frustrated with the service. Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

    @TPG_Telecom I spent 2 hours on the phone to solve an issue you created by negligence and messing around a simple task. And everytime you drop the line & ignore the issue so everytime I have to go through it from the start. Is insane & irresponsible how you treat your customers.

    @TPG_Telecom you had a planned outage for my area on the 17th, it's the 19th today. NBN website indicates no outage. Please explain. Yes, I've rebooted the modem and reset the NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
