    Hello @TPG_Telecom is there still an ongoing outage? My Internet is still down. I have changed the DNS several times to no avail.

    @PJ_Broderick @TPG_Telecom All a bit of a shambles. Disappointing, this has been our first issue. But really poorly handled when you have social media accounts to at least put people at ease

    @TPG_Telecom Guys can you kindly admit to your posting customers that you have an outage affecting us instead of pretending nothing is happening!!! We rely in your services for work!! Are you even dealing with the issue???? Or do we need the ombudsman to assist us here.... 😤
