@TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom : The connection only worked till the duration of the phone call. It's down for the last one hr again. @MTCap8 is also facing issues. This is a much bigger problem than just debugging individual routers.

@simonwaight @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia You know when they say that when you switch to the NBN you can't switch back? Well after being on the NBN for a month with ****** service I'm back on Bigpond Cable. Again such a cluste#&$*)#$*

@TPG_Telecom said they can provide #NBN to new address. Days later said new address couldn't be serviced & asked me to cancel contract. Now got a cancellation fee. #TPG/@NBN_Australia data/records were not up-to-date so I'm stuck with no #internet while WFH & a cancellation fee?

:( @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia @acccgovau why all of a sudden is NBN infrastructure apparently costing resellers more so we get the option to pay higher rates to keep the speeds we have? & "planned outages" have become a much more regular occurrence (but we never get bill credit)

@TPG_Telecom I have sent photos and spent greater than 2hrs over the telephone during 5 separate calls. I’ve done enough it’s your turn. You have until Monday or service will be cancelled.

Hi @TPG_Telecom Currently approaching 50min. being given the run around trying to find status of installation fault first reported last Sunday. Now waiting for supervisor call back. Hard to recommend ‘service’ when it appears non-existent🤔

@ConkyOCE @TPG_Telecom I can pay 10 bucks a month more to keep the speeds I have now, because the cost per customer went up like 8 cents, need them fat profit margins
