    @twistieman @_a_y_o_o @TPG_Telecom Look. I used to get 7-10kbit downstream sync on my adsl. I don’t even know how it synced that slow, but that was as fast as it got near the end of my lease. The MDF was every bit as functional as it looked.

    @TPG_Telecom The tests were hard-wired. For me to have faith in your service I need the speed to be consistent. Is that possible? Don't pretend that you're giving me something I'm not getting.

    @TPG_Telecom @rontecarlo I had a similar issue, and will be leaving TPG as soon as I don’t have to pay an exit fee. The service is shite, SIRRRRRRRRR🇵🇭

    @TPG_Telecom You might need to got back to internal trial periods... If the solution is to get the customer to reset their Modem back to default setting and then re-configuring their setup.. What happens when the trial ends.. Will I need to reset the modem again ?
