  • figureoffun86 Rohan (@figureoffun86) reported

@TPG_Telecom you are a communications company that can't communicate. I've just spent an hour trying to sort out nbn connection issues only to be stuck on endless transfers. I call back and the connection was so poor I couldn't hear your staff member speak. I want to cancel

  • r_lusheeee Christina Rose (@r_lusheeee) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom I’m on hold for home phone issues and msgs keep coming up about internet. WHY? #notCool #willBeChangingProviders

  • Libertygrove12 Tsuyoshi Fujii (@Libertygrove12) reported

@TPG_Telecom Our land line and NBN has not been working since yesterday. I called support this morning and was told that technical team will work out and call or text you. Since then there's still no internet, phone line and no contact.

  • peterly48047001 peter lynch (@peterly48047001) reported

@TPG_Telecom Sorry Don’t agree .had a terrible experience with TPG . Shows need Australian engineers not foreigners who have NO idea what they doing . Lack empathy. Poor English etc recorded all telephone calls shows the need to be Australian based ,AWFUL

  • mgiuca Matt Giuca (@mgiuca) reported

@samthor @TPG_Telecom I'm taking their email at face value which suggests this is an NBN Co supply issue, and thus any ISP I call up would face the same delays.

  • wifa01 Bill Fawcett (@wifa01) reported

@Optus you probably should pay @VodafoneAU/@TPG_Telecom a commission for all the people they send to you due to their failure to provide customer service. Just saying.

  • r_allda AlldaGoodnamesRGone (@r_allda) reported

@TPG_Telecom Evidently you like your colleagues are not listening. This 3rd party router works, just needed someone who was willing to help, unlike your staff

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

@TPG_Telecom This is absurd. All of the infrastructure is there. Is this a TPG issue or @NBN_Australia ?

  • aussiewongm Marcus Wong (@aussiewongm) reported

@guseyk @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I had to switch to NBN a few months ago because the copper network was due to be killed off - I'm now paying $15 a month extra for something slightly faster but less reliable.
