@bookabull @TPG_Telecom We always found they were good when everything is working and you never had to talk to anyone….

@TPG_Telecom Can you help me login to my account; there seems to be a new reqirement for SMS verification, but I don't have mobile access where I live, meaning I've ben locked out of my account...

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.

@TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?

@TPG_Telecom DM sent; but the responses are nonsensical, irrational and infuriatingly ignorant. Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.

@TPG_Telecom No, all you need to do is to publicly share an estimated timescale for the solution of the problem, since it affects all standalone accounts, not just mine. Can you do that or not?

@TPG_Telecom I moved my mobile number to a different provider last month as I finally realised I had no coverage in the area I live and was paying for nothing since you moved to the Vodafone network. I just got charged again all the same. What gives?
