  I have 2 @NBN_Australia /@TPG_Telecom outages in the same month. Last Friday during work hours which I lost a whole day’s pay for and next week after work hours which means i’ll lose my relaxation and down time… why am I paying for this service again??

Wasted an hour on the phone y'day doing factory resets, spent over an hour 2day setting up router 2 how it needs 2 B 2 suit my network. 24 Hours later, same ****...   @TPG_Telecom Our FTTP internet in Melbourne has been down for the last couple of hours. No outages listed with you or @NBNCo in this area but it’s definitely down. Have rebooted everything multiple times. What’s happening?!
