  @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

  @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

  @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!
