    @TPG_Telecom had a less than satisfactory customer experience today … any chance I can get some one to contact me? Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think

    @TPG_Telecom Terrible internet connection and on top of that horrible customer support..Have been waiting since an hour and I can only hear amazing useless tips on IVR..If I don't get a call back i will switch to #Origin @originenergy tonight itself!

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
