    @TPG_Telecom Yeh, I really don't think you do. I get that your job is to placate but there's just no excuse for this length of outage. The issue is clear cut and could have been resolved long ago had someone cared enough.

    @sunny20842465 @TPG_Telecom If you can change your dns to say Google's 8.8.8.8 server it will all suddenly work. It's an issue with the TPG DNS servers I'm fairly sure.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi , how do i use the 5g connection from the modem? My network card is asus pce ac56. The 5G connection doesn’t show up on the network selection. I’ve already turn the 5G on.

    @TPG_Telecom we been having internet issues for 2 months with no solution despite contacting TPG multiple times. My partner and I both work from home and it’s making life incredibly difficult. We’ll have to switch to another provider if this isn’t resolved properly soon.
