    About 3 weeks ago, the @NBN_Australia was down for 8 hours. Since then my internet connection has been utterly shite. I also recall @TPG_Telecom tweeting me that they would look into compensation, but no. Nothing. I'm so over this fckn country. So over it.

    @TPG_Telecom Thanks for reinstating the connection, what was the issue? Has it been fully resolved or should we expect more outages without previous warning like the last one?

    @TPG_Telecom Okay, a technician called me again and solved the problem. He was extremely capable and had lots of patience. Great professional. But I am prepared for the next problem as it happens all the time with this company 😩

    @kaffando @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Weirdest thing happened to me - we had an old provider, got taken over by an AU company and was about the same. Following this was taken over by Vodafone here and service went to pot. Fast forward, when we shifted, chose a larger NZ provider - been good since joining, no issues.
