@TPG_Telecom I’m aware it’s temporary. We have HFC and I’ve been a customer with TPG for well over 10 years, should I expect this temporary upgrade to happen to me? Or am I going to miss out.

@TPG_Telecom I need someone to reach out to me regarding my wife's elderly parents new NBN bundle. There is an issue with the phone line and this is their only means of communicating to the outside world. I am an admin on the account. You support number isn't working correctly.

@TPG_Telecom nbn has been down for about 5 days now due to damage to the cables on your end? Called 3 times and been patient about it but it's been out for too long now. I haven't even been given an estimated time on when this could be solved?

@TrudyMcIntosh @tomwconnell @TPG_Telecom I’ll support him this once because I know he’s just trying to get online for more #wapol preparation

Hey @TPG_Telecom why do you keep deciding my internet connection issues are not your problem? We are into the second week of no internet and despite the NBN technician telling us its a server issue you keep insisting its NOT. Sort it out.

@Aussie_BB touts itself as having the best customer service. You die on your sword ABB. As a shareholder I am appalled and disappointed. How can @TPG_Telecom , the ISP with objectively the worst service succeed where you couldnt. Maybe I was wrong about TPG.

@tomwconnell @TPG_Telecom Honestly Tom TPG ain't what they used to be. They used to be all about speed and a good service....not anymore. I recommend Aussie Broadband.
