    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    Anyway, all i can say is look carefully at your ISP’s cancellation policy. I can’t remember having such a problem with @iiNet so maybe it’s just @TPG_Telecom

    They are now saying they need 30 days notice to cancel the account. How interesting. Didn’t take that long to get connected. Bet if i had transferred with tpg at the new address, it wouldn’t be a problem either. But they want to take money for nothing.

    Tpg internet sucks. Trying to disconnect account (for old address). Rang before line closed and they’ve played pass the parcel with my call until it’s after that time and now “the specialist” required to disconnect has gone home. Pull the other one.

    @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom 13 hours later, got a text from @TPG_Telecom letting me know it's possible there is an issue with my internet 🙄 You're both large technology businesses; this is a solvable problem.

    ok 24 hrs later.. net is back up.. thank you @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom, whoever manage to fix it. I just wish things like this can be fixed a lot faster than 24hours in the future.

    @TPG_Telecom I have sent you a DM, assistance would be appreciated. I have called 2-3 times the other day, mostly on hold when answered, I was given a very vague answer also was told that the issue should be resolved by midnight yesterday.
