@Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

Had an odd spam call yesterday, No Caller ID claiming to be from @Telstra saying my internet is being used by others, they'll help me log into my modem to stop it from happening. Told them I know how to do that myself & they got stroppy & told me they were trying to help me (1/2)

@Telstra Tried to activate online, paid $50 as an initial recharge. Called because 20hrs later it didn’t go through. Agent was able to activate it, but cannot see my $50. Then offered no resolution and proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for a manager. Can someone help?

@Telstra (2/2) before giving up to go to bed. I lodged a complaint through the app which said someone would be in contact within 24h, so im hoping they will help, but its getting late in the day and I'm not hopeful. Any other ideas for getting in touch with your hard-to-reach team?

Telstra auto-operator system is designed to corral &sort callers; send text link for inadequate message bot systems, &hang up asap. I’ve been on hold for 5 HOURS recently - after repeatedly calling &being dumped. @andy_penn

@jaquix173 @MichaelWestBiz With @telstra you have to have a landline if your connected to the NBN. Not sure why other than they can tag an extra cost on. We never use it.
