    @JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

    @Telstra Looks like Telstra released a feature without testing it on devices. I tried migrating to ESIM through "My Telstra" app on my Samsung device and it failed 2nd time in last 4 months. Now i am left with no service for the night. (1)

    @Telstra Submitted a change of ownership in store nearly 3 weeks ago and when following up it up online they tell us an order has never been submitted… a bit of a joke that this is happening to me again after the troubles of last time and the fact it takes reaching out on social media

    @Telstra @Telstra I hope you know the active service on sim have started after esim activation. Now i don't have service on my phone to make calls or initiate a new transfer. I have no telstra stores near me.

    I was looking where to penny pinch on my mobile plan, but… $40, 40Gb and full Telstra Network including 5G. Or… $30, 32Gb on an Optus MVNO with only 4G and lesser coverage. Might just stay where I am I think.

    @formallypedro Without the assistance of my Federal member, it's highly likely I & the other ppl affected by the outage would still be waiting until the evening of 15th of November. Telstra is a corporate thug.
