    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra hi i have applied for my itemised call history on 6th of December and being told that i will get it with in 5-6 days. Today I contacted costumer care and they told me they don’t have access to it. Could you please suggest me where should i go to get help. #poorservice

    Can't get over @Telstra's "small" SIM only plan is $55/month. And pre-paid isn't much better at $30 for 28 days. Thankfully there are many MVNOs, though only @BoostAus is able to use the "full" #Telstra network.

    @Telstra According to nbn it’s a planned outage. This is the 4th outage in a week. Why do these planned outages during working hours and continually disrupt peoples work.

    @Chrys_Stevenson Its difficult. I have experienced same. Nbn believe they have no interface with the public and seem respond, eventually, to supplier notifications. Telstra now give money back but still slow response. Yr friend is due for a lot of compo.

    @Telstra If costumer care can’t help me with that could you please suggest me where should i go? I just being told that they can’t access to it and wait patiently. I have already wasted my time and i need it urgently. Thanks

    @delmaclifton Theyre awful delma Ive been with telstra 25 yrs In 2017 telstra; *no bs....they sent me an email In Greg ***s name,address acct no.the lot And denied it!!! The ombudsman didn't doubt it , I let him'remotely access my laptop' I got a very quick apology. And no bill 1yr.
