    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra wondering what you has become of you? Lost 2 hours this morning on two separate calls. The first call was magically disconnected no effort to call me back. I follow up with a call only to be constantly told I had to attend a store for the solution. 1/2

    @Telstra if u are think of going with Telstra i don’t recommend it they can fix and thing and on top of that they are rude iv been with their for over 8 years and there not been 1 month with out 10-30 drop out look to other provided

    @hirschirsch That's poor form. Shocking to say the least🤷 on the flipside @SAPowerNetworks fixed my SWER line issue by replacing transformer-magic (180v not ideal) & Optus/Telstra installed tower🎉 all in 2 months. I'm on 🚜 and can actually be productive 👍hope its contagious

    My 4G Internet is so slow today that I can't even check e-mails. Contacted @Telstra and was suggested to upgrade to a better plan. WTF?

    Once again @Optus manage to raise the bar in appalling service. Constant poor advice & incorrect guidance resulting in no service for a week. Your service agents show no interest in trying to fix the situation. Time to start looking at other options - @Telstra or @VodafoneAU ?
