    @Telstra The same thing they say every time we call… “I understand” “we will send a technician to fix it” “they will fix the wires” sadly there is just no fixing copper wires that flood every time it rains!!!

    I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

    @Telstra as I'm not a moron and know that I'm no longer a customer of Telstra, it didn't take me long to realise it was a scam. They have my details, I don't like this. Telstra needs to report this to the relevant authorities in that country and get them shutdown

    Dear @Telstra and @Transperth: please improve the signal strength into, within, and out of Elizabeth Quay. The moment any tesltra customer enters the tunnel, everything cuts out, and at least I have to flick in andmout of Aircraft mode to recon ect once out of the tunnel.

    @corduroy @Optus Last year Telstra was the same man. They just have no clue about customer service.

    After 8 years with Optus i’ve decided to dump them. Their service in the areas I need it has become so rubbish. Sadly I think it means I need to switch to Telstra, which doesn’t feel me with happiness.

    @Telstra I have received two calls this week from the Indian scammers who stole your customer's details. They pose as Telstra, say there is an internet problem and give you directions to give them remote access to your computer. They have my details, you need to fix this #scam

    @Telstra can you please advise if there is any ongoing issue with the NBN in Kings Park Vic 3021 area. It’s been over 3 weeks now and it keeps dropping in and out. I’ve replaced a cord and it’s still happening. Thanks

    Rubbish Telstra 5G in North Parramatta again today. No one paying premium price for Telstra garbage internet has any data. EFTPOS machines; Nothing - THIS IS A NATIONAL DISGRACE - FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!!
